Caity is a 23 year old mama married to Sam, and has a 6 month old boy, Luca. Caity has loved health since freshman year in High School. Her passion for wellness grew stronger while she lived in Australia and learned lots about herself and who she wants to be. Once she got pregnant, her “healthy addiction” to wellness expanded! She desired to give Luca the healthiest life mentally, physically, and spiritually that she could. She believes God created our body, mind, and spirit to all be connected and we’re to honor Him with every part!
