Dan began his transformation journey 14 years ago, in an attempt to improve his limited mobility in his hips which were the result of number hip reconstructions during his childhood & had left him with chronic pain, scoliosis & stage 4 osteoarthritis by the age of 35.
Dan takes the lessons taught from the ancient yogis, applied for the modern world to create powerful, lasting transformation for his clients both in body & mind.
Outside of coaching you can find him either swimming in the ocean, hiking the NSW national parks or on the sofa with his nose in a book and a cat (or two) on his lap.
