I live in the mountains of Colorado with my yellow lab, Penny. When I'm not writing, I am renovating a 110 year old house that has been owned by my family for generations. I moved back to my hometown in the Colorado mountains, 60 miles from anywhere. I've been a writer for years and decided to answer the call to an unconventional life and write full-time. 

I have been spending the last few years building my travel writing portfolio, and braving the cold winter months as I rebuild my former dance hall/ancestral home in the process.  I'm not a carpenter, but I'm a fast learner.  I am also a good cook, decent photographer, and about a dozen other things.  I am a solo international traveler.
