She also serves on the advisory board of San Jose State University and advises several start-up companies. Erica is known in the technology industry for her role as VP of Engineering at LinkedIn for 13 years, founder of WomenInTech at LinkedIn, and a prominent engineering leader with vast experience gained through her 30-year career in tech. She will always be a software engineer and builder at heart, and is now following her passion for building community through the HumanizeHer movement.
