Mel Deane

Mel moved from Ireland to the UK aged 13. Already a keen rugby player, Mel joined Ruislip RFC and later Wasps RFC.

Mel studied Sports Science at Brunel University, and established his unshakeable work ethic on building sites during school and Uni holidays.

Mel secured his first professional rugby contract 1 week before graduating in only the second season of the professional era at Richmond RFC.

Mel has played for Richmond RFC, Sale RFC, Harlequins RFC and Connaught RFC. 

Mel quickly established himself as Strength & Conditioning Coach at Richmond RFC & Harrow School following retirement and simultaneously began to set up his Personal Training business which he has run for the past 14 years. 


He is famed for an outrageous sense of humour and for knowing exactly how far he can push people's limitations

Vicki discovered fitness late in life. With a career in advertising and marketing behind her, she found barre fitness which changed everything.

She secured a new WORLD RECORD in 2021 for rowing unaided across the Pacific ocean

 

She undertook a 5 day foot race in the Arctic in 2022, carrying everything she needed to survive.
