Ep 31: The Scale...Friend or Foe?

Ladies, we've all been there - that tempting urge to step on the scale each morning, holding our breath for the magical number that will dictate the mood for the rest of the day! But why do we do this to ourselves? Why do we define ourselves based on a specific number? Everyone has their personal reasons and we are NOT here to judge you or tell you to change, but we are here to share some light on a different perspective that has helped each of us and can hopefully help you too! Our goal for this episode stems from our company’s mission at 3FORMA which is - to improve women’s self-esteem. So today we are going to chat about

  • Our Mindset around the scale (obsession)
  • Understanding what the scale is telling you AND what its not telling you
  • How to use it as a positive tool
  • Introduce Nonscale victories
