Why do smart, capable women entrepreneurs struggle with money anxiety, underpricing and the constant fear that there will never be enough?

In this powerful conversation, Julie Fairhurst sits down with Scarlett Stanhope, also known as The Biz Hippie, to explore money mindset, scarcity, financial safety and why earning more money does not automatically make you feel secure.

Scarlett explains that abundance is not simply a number in your bank account. It is a relationship built around three things:

• How you think about money
• How you feel about money
• How you use money

Together, Julie and Scarlett uncover the three scarcity beliefs that can quietly sabotage a woman’s business:

Not enoughness: The fear that there will never be enough clients, money, time or opportunity.

Unworthiness: The belief that you do not deserve to earn more, receive support or charge what your work is truly worth.

Starving artist syndrome: The idea that meaningful, creative or heart-centred work should not be highly profitable.

Scarlett shares how these beliefs affect pricing, selling, receiving money and everyday business decisions. She also explains why even successful entrepreneurs and seven-figure earners can continue to feel financially trapped.

In this episode, you will discover:

• How to recognize a scarcity mindset in your business
• Why money avoidance creates more anxiety
• How tracking your finances can create calm and clarity
• The connection between self-worth and pricing
• How to stop undercharging for your services
• Why financial safety is emotional as well as practical
• How to make business decisions from possibility instead of fear
• Why earning more will not heal an unhealthy relationship with money
• How women entrepreneurs can receive money without guilt or shame

This is not another conversation telling you to simply think positively and wait for abundance to appear. It is a grounded discussion about combining mindset, emotional healing and practical financial habits.

If you have ever avoided looking at your bank account, questioned your prices, felt guilty receiving money or worked harder while feeling less secure, this episode is for you.

SPEAKER_01

Well, hi everyone, and welcome to another episode of Women Like Me Stories and Business. Today I'm joined by Scarlett Stanho. She's known as the biz hippie. So we're going to get

Welcome And Why Money Hurts

SPEAKER_01

into that. That I think is just a love of the hippie thing. So we're going to find out all about her. She's an abundance coach and she helps entrepreneurs transfer their relationships with money so that they can create the life and the business that they truly desire. So you're going to want to hang in to hear about what she's got to tell us. So let's be honest, money can bring up all sorts of different types of emotions: fear, guilt, pressure, shame, scarcity, old stories, family patterns, and that sneaky little voice that says, who do you think you are to want more? So today we're going to talk about money, mindset, business safety, scarcity, identity, and what it really means to build a life that you love without waiting for the perfect bank balance to give you permission. I want to hear about all of this, Scarlett.

SPEAKER_00

So thank you so much for being willing to join us today. Oh my gosh, thank you so much for having me. I am so excited for this conversation. Excellent.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, here we go. So I would like to start with learning a little bit more about you. So who are you? What brought you into the world of abundance coaching?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, absolutely. So hello, everybody. My name is Scarlett Stanhope, aka the BizHippie, and I am a money and abundance

Scarlett’s High Achiever Backstory

SPEAKER_00

coach. How I got into this was originally growing up, I was a type A high achiever perfectionist. I was the straight A student. I was also the eight-year-old with consistent migraine headaches because I was just in the stress of being a perfect child. And this bled into my young adulthood. When I was 16, I started hostessing at restaurants. And then by the time I was 18, I was managing those restaurants. So by the time I was 20, I was checking all of the boxes of success. I was managing restaurants, working 30 hours crammed into a weekend while going to school full-time, getting my bachelor's in business management, accounting and finance, maintaining my 3.9 GPA, paying for college out of pocket, no student loans, no credit card debt. And by the time I was 20, I had about $30,000 in savings. So on paper, I was crushing it. People looked at me and said, oh, Scarlet really has it all together. But on the inside, I felt like a zombie living my own life. I felt dead. My life felt purposeless, meaningless, and I had consistent weekly migraines. I was depressed and I was covered head to toe in eczema because it was so uncomfortable to just be living my life. And up until that point, I had been chasing this version of success and money and thinking that if I just worked harder, got enough job titles, increased my savings to a certain amount, that someday I would cross a magic finish line that said, you've done it. You've done enough. Finally, you can start to enjoy your life. But I realized from hitting a pretty harsh rock bottom that life was already happening and that it was already passing me by. And that if I continued to live this way, defining myself and defining my life based on money and success, that life would pass me by. And so I started to discover who am I? What's important to me? What kind of life do I actually want to live? And instead of waiting for someday when I retire, how can I start to live that life now? And that began my own personal growth journey. And a couple of years after that, as soon as I got my bachelor's degree, I took a complete 180 from high achieving business mode to full-on hippie mode. And that's when I began my coaching business and started saying yes to every single opportunity that came my way, like traveling the world, attending retreats, becoming a yoga instructor or Reiki practitioner, and getting 10 other certifications under my belt. And then about a year into my business, I realized that money really was the common theme, the common umbrella that hold people back from living the lives that they want to live. And I combined all my skill sets, the more woo-woo coaching, internal work modalities that I love and that transformed my life with the tangible practical money strategies that I learned in my finance background and combined them together to create the work that I do now.

SPEAKER_01

Wow. Wow, that is that's quite the story. So I I've got some things I'm gonna I want to ask you, but I just want to ask you first of all, so what do you think was causing what was causing that that internal push for you? That that internal, you know, I've got to keep working, I've got to do 30 hours a week, I've got to do this, I've got to do that. What was that in your life that was causing you to be that way?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that is such a great question. I really believe that this was ingrained at a very young age.

Where Perfectionism And Worth Begin

SPEAKER_00

And I think it's common for a lot of people as well, just based on the type of society we live in and the school system, right? When you go to school, you're taught when you check all the boxes and turn in your assignments and get the good grades, then you're doing something right. And I actually growing up went to boarding school for many years. So from second grade to eighth grade, so ages seven to 14, I was surrounded by constant authority. And so this idea of like school is something I can do well. I know that I can succeed at it. And I feel like when I do, when I do get the street A's and get that external validation, it proves my worth. And this is a similar theme to adulthood. It's it's everything you're told, like get the degree, get the good job, make the money, and then you'll be happy. And so I think it started at a young age, and that narrative was continued to be fed for my whole upbringing and my young adulthood.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. Wow. Well, let's jump in to making money after all that. So, what does it actually mean beyond just positive thinking and making more money when we're talking about entrepreneurs transforming their relationship with money?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, totally. So the the conversation that I find

Relationship With Money Versus Income

SPEAKER_00

myself most often having is many people are focusing on making more money. And that's like a common theme across the board. And we all have this expectation that someday, once I make more money, then things will be better and then things will be different. The problem with this is that it's actually more about your relationship with money than the amount of money that you have. And we've seen this time and time again. I experienced it in my own journey when even when I was checking all the boxes and making more money, it still felt like never enough. I felt like I could never cross that finish line. But I've had conversations with people who are seven-figure business owners and they're on their bed in the fetal position crying because they just don't have that feeling of freedom that they expected. And if anything, they're experiencing more money stress than when they had less. And so the work that I do and really what I what I preach is that we can actually feel this sense of freedom and abundance and fulfillment that we desire, that we think will come from more money now. And we can create that by changing our relationship with money. More money is great, but if we don't have an abundant and healthy relationship with money, that more doesn't make a difference. It just expands whatever your current relationship with money already is.

SPEAKER_01

Right, right. So I think a lot of women believe that they, if they just made more money, they would finally feel safe and secure, right? So why doesn't more money automatically create that abundance feeling that we have?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So your relationship with money is made of three things. It's how you think about money, how you feel about money, and how you use your money. And these three factors play a massive role in how you actually feel around money, what your relationship with money looks like. And so you can have very little money and have healthy thoughts, healthy feelings, and have a healthy strategy for how you use your money, and you can actually feel very abundant. But if you're someone that has scarce-based thinking around money, a misaligned money story, if you have feelings of stress and not enoughness, if you don't know how to use your money intentionally, you don't know how to see your money clearly, you don't know what's going on, how much you have or where it's going, when you add more money to that equation, it just expands and turns up the dial on everything that is currently there. And so, in order for more to actually feel like more or to create the sense of safety and freedom that you desire, we need to start with the foundations of changing how you think about, feel about, and use the money that you already have today.

SPEAKER_01

Right, right. Yeah, it's um it's it's just so important to get that relationship and get that under control rather than, like you say, you're just making more money, you're just probably spending more money. And you're just it's that cycle that we end up going through. So, what are some scarcity patterns that quietly block sales or business growth?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and this is such an important question for everybody, but especially if you're an entrepreneur, entrepreneurship really turns up the dial and exacerbates your scarcity seeds, like your beliefs around money. And it's going to

Three Scarcity Seeds That Block Growth

SPEAKER_00

make it a lot harder to be successful in business if your money mindset is not in alignment. And so in the work that I do, I talk about the three scarcity seeds. These are the three most common scarce based beliefs that everybody has some version of across the board. They're just built into our society. We are all taught these things growing up. The first scarcity seed is not enoughness. There is not enough to go around. There's not enough for me. Life is a pie, there's only so many slices to be had. And once those slices are gone, there's no more left. And I might not get some. This is what breeds competition. If we didn't have the belief of not enoughness, then competition would not exist. The second scarcity seed is unworthiness. If life is a pie and there's only so much to go around, who's to say that I deserve a slice? Especially if my slice is going to take away from someone else's. Not enoughness is the external version, whereas unworthiness is the internal version of am I enough? And when it comes to your relationship with money, it's not just the tangible, it's also bleeding into your sense of self-worth and deservingness as well. And then the third scarcity seed is what I call starving artist syndrome. This is a belief of either or. Either I can do what I love or I can make money, but I cannot have both. And these three scarcity seeds will hold you back from ever feeling like you have enough. It will sabotage you from bringing more money in. Or if you do bring more money in, it could cause you to throw that money away as fast as possible. It can prevent you from selling yourself and receiving money from clients. And it can prevent you from being able to build a full-time sustainable business that supports yourself financially and allows you to do the work that you love.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. It's um yeah, it's all up here, isn't it? It's really all up there. And I love the I love that that you explained that you know, we we can set we're separating ourselves from doing what we love to actually being paid. And that's a dangerous place to live.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and that one can go both ways, which is really interesting because you can be in a job that you really enjoy, but because you're getting paid to do it, it will suck the fun out of it, which is one of the reasons why people are afraid to make money from their hobbies because they don't want to ruin it. And so it can actually, maybe even if you're not an entrepreneur, you're just in a job, but you used to enjoy it, this same belief will suck the life out of your work because it goes both ways. And then vice versa, if you really love your business, but then once you start making money, it changes the energy behind it, or you prevent yourself from getting paid and receiving money because subconsciously you're afraid of it becoming work. And that comes down to this foundational belief.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. Wow. Well, what does financial safety mean to you?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, this is such an important question. So we just talked a lot about the mindset around money, and the mindset is foundational. It is key because if you have any of these scarcity seeds holding you

Financial Safety Through Clear Money Tracking

SPEAKER_00

back, it doesn't matter how hard you work or how much money you make, you're gonna feel exactly the same with your money. But equally as important to that, when it comes to creating financial safety, we actually need to know how to see our money very clearly. Because around 70% of money stress comes from not having a clear and accurate picture of what is going on with your money. And so your money becomes this big, intangible, foggy cloud of a question mark where you don't know how much you have, you don't know where it's going, you don't know if you're actually safe, you don't know if it's gonna run out or when the other shoe is going to drop. So you can make more and more money and still be just as stressed out because you have no tangible evidence, no tangible proof that you're actually safe. And so that just takes all the scarcity seeds and turns up the dial on them, no matter what's actually going on in your bank account. And so something else that I help my clients with is learning to manage their money, track their money, and see their money clearly. That way you know the financial reality, you know how much you have. And what that does is that boosts the mindset. Because even if the situation's not great, it's going to alleviate tons of money stress because now you can do something about it. You can't solve a problem that you can't see. But once you can see your money clearly, now you can be the one in control of it.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes, that makes complete sense. I I've uh I've known people that have refused to open bills. They just because they think I can't pay it. I I if I don't if I don't look at it, then I don't have to deal with it. But the next thing you know, the power's cut off, the government's knocking on your door, you know, and and it's just so much more important, just like you said, to be aware and then and and and not to and to let that fear go. You know, if if you can't pay it, make a phone call or something, do something, not just sit in complete fear.

SPEAKER_00

Right. When you go through it, when you go through that discomfort and then start to go into solution mode based on the reality of the situation, that feels empowering. And I actually have a really great example just from my client earlier today, who's starting to see her money clearly for the first time. She she said that, you know, sometimes I'm I hold my money a little tightly. She's also an entrepreneur, she holds it tight-fisted, she puts off paying some of her bills. She like doesn't pay them right away. And she just realized, looking at her money, she's getting charged like an $8 late fee. She does that. And I'm like, isn't that so interesting how one you actually can afford to pay those bills, but this like fear is preventing you from doing it, and now you're paying more. And so many people don't realize how much money is slipping through the cracks. Sorry about that. Can you hear me now? I can perfectly.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, well, that's okay. We'll clip it out. So let's um where were we at? Why don't you start again about telling us about your client?

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah, okay. Okay. So yeah, I have a great example from a client just today who is looking at her money for the first time and she is an entrepreneur, and she said that she's a little tight-fisted with her money. Like every once in a while, she doesn't want to pay the bills just because she's worried about not being able to pay it. And now looking at her money, she realized for the first time that every time she waits, she's getting charged an $8 late fee. And she didn't even realize how much this money was slipping through the cracks, especially when now that we're looking at her numbers, she can totally afford to paint it. So it's really interesting when these old scarce-based beliefs cause us to take actions that actually cost us more in the long run.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. Yeah, it's the it's she's in fear a different way of re- of guess, you know, that release. Yeah, and then it costs her in the end. Absolutely. So so for entrepreneurs, what do you think? I know you've given us lots of unhealthy beliefs, but what do you think the the the worst one is for entrepreneurs? If if if I said to you, I just just give me one thing, one thing that I should be working on with my beliefs, what would that be?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think that this really comes down to having alignment with your pricing. Because if your pricing is not in alignment, it can actually block sales in a couple different ways. And especially

Pricing Alignment And Self Worth

SPEAKER_00

if you're the kind of entrepreneur who offers an intangible service, it can be kind of hard to set a price that feels good for you because it seems completely arbitrary. You're just like, I'm just gonna pull this number out of thin air. So something that I help my clients with is to find the aligned price point for you. And it comes down to a couple different factors, but one of those factors is believing in your ability to deliver that value. Because if you are undercharging or overcharging, not based on any external standard, but based on your belief in yourself and your ability to deliver the services, that's gonna drastically impact your ability to sell. Because either you're going to be, if you're undercharging, there's gonna be a part of you in that conversation who's thinking, oh, please don't sign up, like don't work with me because it doesn't feel like it's gonna be worth my time. Or if that client does work with you, now you're bringing resentment and gunk into the relationship. Or on the flip side, if you're trying to price yourself higher than your belief level, it's gonna make it really hard to sell. Because when those money objections come up in that conversation, there's gonna be a part of you that's like, please don't sign up because I don't even know if I can deliver these results. And so really what this comes down to is your relationship with money and self-worth, especially when you're offering an intangible service, and that service is tied to you and your belief in yourself.

SPEAKER_01

Wow, that is a great example. Thank you for for explaining that. I know a lot of ladies that so why do you think it's us, why do you think women have this big problem? Men don't seem, I mean, I'm sure there's men that have problems as well, but they don't seem to have this not charging enough problem.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, well, foundationally women have a different financial background than men. For many, many generations, women weren't even allowed to have bank accounts and weren't taught the foundations of money management. And there's a lot of stigma with like whatever it's called, like girl math and things like that. Like there's a lot of expectation of we're not the breadwinners, we're not capable, money's hard, it's not for us. And I think even though now we're at the point in society where this is less common and we're no longer stuck in those dark ages, residually, that still can play a role. And I think that there's a lot of women, especially women entrepreneurs, who are afraid of the money, afraid to look at it, afraid to manage it. And when you're running a business, your business is a money-making machine. That is its sole purpose. So your relationship with money is foundational to your business's ultimate success and stability and long term stability. Because you have to be able to not only have a good relationship with money, you also have to see your money very clearly and know how to manage your money. Otherwise, your business will not survive the long term. That

Why Women Undercharge And Avoid Money

SPEAKER_00

is required in order to actually reach business success. And I think women just were not taught these foundations and have extra resistance and fear to looking at it because it ties so deeply into safety, because it ties so deeply into self-worth. But I also believe that we can get to the flip side of this coin where money can actually be your greatest tool for creation and manifestation. And it can feel really empowering to be in control of your money instead of a fearful, shameful, bad thing that you avoid.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely. Absolutely. Well, how do we know if we are making business decisions from fear instead of our truth?

SPEAKER_00

Wow, that is such a great question. And I think that there are two components to this. As always, there's the tangible and there's the intangible. So on the intangible side, something this is this is a key component that I teach my clients, and it's

Fear Decisions Versus Truth Decisions

SPEAKER_00

towards versus away energy. And this is recognizing that what matters more than the actions we're taking, than the decisions we're making is the energy behind those actions. And some of those, that energy can fuel us and move us in the direction we want to go. And some of that energy can detract us and have us creating results that we don't want. So away energy is I'm trying to run away from something. I don't want to be poor anymore. I don't want to suffer anymore. I don't want to feel this way anymore. I don't want to X, Y, and Z. So I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna work really hard so I don't have to feel this way. I'm gonna spend this money so I don't have to feel this way. That's away energy. You're trying to run away from something that you don't want to try and get somewhere else versus towards energy is I really want to feel abundant. I really want to be my most abundant self. I'm excited to move in this direction. I'm excited to create this result. And so I'm going to do X, Y, and Z in order to get there. You could take the same exact action, but the energy behind that action is what matters most. And so when you're taking towards actions, that's coming from a place of abundance. It's self-fueling, it's regenerative, it keeps going and it points you in the direction you want to go. Versus if you're making scarce fear decisions away from what you don't want, you think you're actually running away from that thing, but really you're still running towards it and you're just creating more of what you don't want because you create what you focus on. And when you're focusing on the thing you want to get away from, you're still focusing on that thing. So that's like the simplest way you can tell if you're in scarcity or abundance when you make decisions is tapping into towards versus away energy. And then to second that, again, when you can see your money clearly, that's when your money becomes a tool to strategically help you create your best life. So when you're able to be in that towards energy and look at your money and move your money intentionally to make powerful decisions that feel good for you, that you can feel safe in, even if it's risky, that amplifies the power of your money.

SPEAKER_01

Ah. Well said. Well, was there a moment in your own journey where you had to look at your relationship with money?

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh, absolutely. So, you know, when I shared my whole story about,

Risky Money Moves And Being Imperfect

SPEAKER_00

you know, my past being a type A high achiever, there was so many people who looked at me at a young age and thought, like, I have a really great relationship with money. And in many ways, it did appear to be the case based on the amount of savings that I had, based on the credit score that I had, based on the lack of student loans that I had. And in many ways, yes, I had great money skills and great use of my money that I was taught. But again, your relationship with money is made up then more than just how you use it. It's also your thoughts and your feelings around money. And so even though on paper it looked like I had a great relationship with money, money had been dictating and controlling my life. And I was in not enoughness and unworthiness, and I was chasing more and hoping that someday, once I got more, then I would feel better. And so for me, actually a huge part of shifting my relationship with money was being willing to be imperfect with money. And so when I started my business, I took that $30,000 of savings and I slowly plowed through it over the course of a year to invest in myself and get my business up off the ground. And that was really hard and that was really challenging because it went against all these old scarce-based beliefs of having a bunch of money and savings being the right and abundant thing to do. And so I really had to create a relationship with money where I could make powerful, sometimes very risky decisions with my money that other people thought was crazy and irresponsible, but I knew was pointing me in the direction of the life that I wanted to be living. And I had to learn how to feel safe and solid and aligned with that and not make it mean that I was irresponsible or doing something wrong.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Wow. Well, what is something that people misunderstand about abundance?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think often people find themselves on two ends of the spectrum. One end of that spectrum is just focusing on the intangible side of money manifestation and just thinking, I'm

True Abundance Needs Mindset And Strategy

SPEAKER_00

gonna say a bunch of affirmations, I'm just gonna think positive and I'm going to magnetize and attract abundance into my life. Now that can be really great and it can work really well, but it's just one half of the equation. And especially when you're too far in that direction, you're missing out on a lot of other pieces that contribute to abundance. Versus on the other side of the spectrum, some people are not tapped into like the mindset, the belief system at all, and they're only focusing on financial strategy. These are the doers, the high achievers, the I'm gonna work harder, I'm gonna work more, I'm gonna make more, and someday I'm gonna have enough. They're micromanaging their money, they're penny pinching, they're they're chasing the future, and they're not tapped into the mindset and the beliefs around money. They're over-dired up on the strategy side of money. And so when it comes to creating abundance, we need to find that place in the middle that balances both. And I have had clients on both ends of this spectrum when we have an aligned relationship with money, when we've changed the stories around money, but we also have a very specific framework for seeing our money clearly and managing our money and we balance those things in harmony, that's what actually creates true, sustainable, long-lasting abundance.

SPEAKER_01

So so give us a what do you do when someone comes to you and they're they're like, I need help with my money? What what what what what's the process? How does what what are you teaching them

The Five Step Abundance Process

SPEAKER_01

or helping them to? I guess changing their beliefs is a big one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So I actually have a five-step process that I walk all of my clients through. We've talked about some of them more than others already. The first step is uncovering scarcity seeds, which is uncovering what are your, what's your primary money story, your primary money beliefs, and using specific techniques and modalities to unwind it. The way I like to talk about it is if your most abundant life was a beautiful vegetable garden, we got to go in and dig out all the weeds first so that we can build the foundations of getting to that beautiful vegetable garden. So first we dig out all the weeds of your mindset and your limiting beliefs around money. The second step that we've also talked a lot about is building financial foundations. This is the tangible side of learning to see your money clearly, learning to manage it, track it, and have a very clear picture of what's actually going on with your finances so that we can get tangible with it. The third step that I help my clients with is tapping into the vision. And this can be challenging for some people. If money wasn't an issue, if money wasn't controlling your life, what is actually most important to you? What kind of life do you want to be living? What do you care about most? And what is your unique definition and vision of abundance? We have to get crystal clear on what that is because that's the target that you're aiming for. We need to know what kind of life you actually want to be living and you want to be creating. The fourth step is cultivating the abundant identity. Now that we know that destination, we need to bring up the mindset that matches it. This is becoming the version of you who is already living that vision. And it's also learning to make that vision real, starting right now. So now that we've dug up all those weeds and tilled the soil, this is planting the seeds of who are you becoming? Who do you need to be to start to live that vision, not someday in the future, but today. And then step five, the final step is again making it tangible, making it real with aligned financial strategy. This is when your money becomes a tool for creation, where every single dollar that you spend is in alignment with that vision and is actively bringing that vision to life every single day. So at all parts of the process, we're aligning your mindset and your money together to help you create your specific, unique definition of your most abundant life.

SPEAKER_01

That's fabulous. Seriously, I'm I'm impressed. I think that it's um it our beliefs are cause us a lot of grief in the world. And and and sometimes we don't even know where we got them, you know, but but we just carry on with them and and even when they're when they don't serve us. So I think that it's just, I think those five steps are you're spot on. Absolutely. I could see that if if someone worked through those five steps, they could absolutely get to where they want to be, for sure. Well, I want everyone to know that we are gonna have all of Scarlett's information in the show notes. So if you want to reach out to her, you'll be able to do that. I want to know, you've got a free quiz, discover your money mindset type. So who's that for and what can people learn from it?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I'm so glad that you asked. So this

Free Quiz And Weekly Podcast Plug

SPEAKER_00

free quiz, it's super short, it just takes you two minutes to fill out. And what it will do is it will help you identify your unique money mindset type. And this is really the most important first step when it comes to transforming your relationship with money is starting to bring awareness to what your current relationship with money already is. Because when we can start to see our current relationship with money and how it's serving or not serving us, that's when we can start to make shifts that help us get to where we want to go. So when you take the quiz, you're gonna find out your unique money mindset type. You're also gonna find out how to work with your money mindset type. Because, like I mentioned before, everyone's starting from a different place of the spectrum. And based on where you are in your current relationship with money, specific money manifestation techniques are gonna work better for you than others. And I think that's one of the biggest reasons why you can try a bunch of money manifestation techniques, but it doesn't seem to get you anywhere. So you're gonna learn about your money mindset type, you're gonna learn about your strengths, you're gonna learn about your challenges, and you're gonna learn the best next step for you to increase your abundance based on where you are starting from. So you can really move the needle forward the most. So that's what you'll find out when you take the quiz. Again, it'll take you two minutes, and that is available on my website, thebizhippie.com forward slash quiz.

SPEAKER_01

Perfect. Well, I'm gonna even try that out. I I wanna see. That sounds sounds super interesting for sure. Now you also have a podcast.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, I do. I do have a podcast. I publish episodes weekly. It's called the Empowered and Abundant podcast. And in there, I dive into everything that we've talked about here. I really turn up the dial on tangible money strategies, but also deep money mindset practices. And I work with entrepreneurs as well. So a lot of it is focused and centered around entrepreneurship, building your most abundant business, and becoming a sustainable full-time entrepreneur where you're able to do work you love and support yourself financially.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely. So, so important. Well, I have just loved our conversation. You are a fabulous wealth of information for sure. And and you you just bring so much to light, you know, it just very direct, just is the way it is. And and and I believe it, that is exactly the way it is. And the good news is that is that there's things we can do about it. Absolutely. We don't have to stay in that in that not icky place. We can actually move forward. Yeah. Totally. And the sooner you do, the better. Yes, no, absolutely, absolutely. So, Scarlett, if you could leave with with if you could leave women with one final message about abundance, what would it be?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, the biggest message that I would leave is honestly the same

Final Message And Closing

SPEAKER_00

message that I would tell myself as a young adult. And that is you have so much more control and power than you think. Because I know what it is like to feel like my life was not my own, to feel like I was just stuck on the never-ending hustle hamster wheel and that I had to keep going. I know what it's like to feel like money has control over my life. But the reality is that you are the one in control of your life. You are the one in control of your money, and it's possible for you to harness that power. And no matter where you're starting from or what your financial situation is, it's actually possible for you to feel more safety, more stability, more freedom, more abundance around money starting right now, because abundance is not an amount of money, it's a way of being. And everybody has access to that starting today.

SPEAKER_01

Love that. Oh, that was so inspirational. Thank you so much for that. So don't forget, everyone, go to the show notes. You're going to be able to find Scarlett's information there. Take the quiz. Sounds uh sounds very interesting. So uh jump on the quiz for sure. And that uh hopefully will help you out and maybe get you thinking about your life and and and your abundance or none. What are you doing? What's happening there? So try to get that on track. Well, Scarlett, thank you so much for being willing to do this and to share so many valuable tips and and opening up our minds to what our beliefs are and how our beliefs can damage our life.

SPEAKER_00
