Hey girlfriend. It's so good to be back with you again, for another episode of the restored mind today, we are diving into another top downloaded episode. If you're just now joining us. Welcome. You have come at the most awkward time. Because there's some changes happening here inside that restored mind. And honestly, I can't wait to share my updates with you. There are going to be a few updates in next week's episode. That I am going to be sharing with you, But what I've been doing in the meantime is uploading. I get it. It's completely understandable. So my friend, I can't wait to see you at that group. Today's topic is going to be touching on loneliness. It is a feeling that I don't believe many people talk about, but a lot of people experience, especially as moms who struggle with self doubt, right. Or is struggling with this new routine. Or maybe even the lack of routine that they have. And so there's a little bit of loneliness in that because you're trying to figure it all out and you don't really know where to start. You're feeling stuck, maybe. And maybe you just don't have a sense of like, what's next? What can I do? how can I gain more confidence and what I am doing? And the midst of all of these thoughts that you're having. There's a sense of loneliness that comes in on the journey that you're on, which is totally understandable, i've been there before. And I love how this episode is pointing to the Bible for the encouragement and reminder that quite frankly, we all need pretty often. Because we get so distracted by the things that are happening around us and in our life. So my friend, as you listened to this episode, I pray that you are encouraged and that it lifts your spirits today. And it's all starting right now. My friend, it's time to break free from the lies that satan tells you when you're feeling unseen, unloved, and weak. And I have been at the pits of these three. So I know what that feels like. And I'm going to be talking about it with you today. We are solely going to be focusing on scripture that tells us otherwise, because it is up to you to break free from the chains that bound you to something that you are not called to be. I know this episode is going to resonate with so many of you in some way. So I hope that you listen in with an open-minded heart to hear God's works for you. So, what do I mean, when I say you feel unseen or feeling unseen? The two words that come to mind is forgotten and rejected, And I know that we all have, at one point in our life, it felt like we've been forgotten about and have faced rejection. In this time in our life where we do feel like we've been forgotten about, or we are facing rejection, it brings us. To question ourselves. because the lies that satan will tell you is that you are a, nobody. just someone who is taking up space in this world. You have no real meaning to life because you're not like the one person who is doing spectacular things in their life. That's worth something. If that festers and takes root in your mind, it's going to be all that you can focus on. Now, if you're in that season of feeling like you've been forgotten about the truth is this. You have not been forgotten. And I'll tell you why, because in Psalms 1 39, there's this song. That David writes, where he tries to flee From God's eyes and grip. In verse seven, David says you have searched me. Lord and you know me. Where can I go from your spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? So verse eight through 12 talks about all these places that he would go and how God is still there with him. First eight through 12 says if I go up to the heavens, you are there. If I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of Dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there, your hand will guide me. Your right hand will hold me fast. If I say surely the darkness will hide me. And the light become night around me. Even the darkness will not be dark to you. The night was shine like day for darkness is as light to you. How wonderful that no matter where we go in our life, no matter how forgotten we feel. God is still there. He sees us. If you feel like you are alone in the pits of your darkness. God's still got you. No darkness shall overcome. God's light. In Psalms is 1 39. I would have to say my favorite verse. Is verse 16. It reads your eyes, saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book. Before, one of them came to be. Pslams 1 39. I feel paints a beautiful picture of where we can be and God is still there. The struggles you're going through right now are very temporary. Think of it as your wilderness, just as the holy spirit led Jesus into the wilderness. Think of this moment. As your wilderness. And when you overcome this challenge, you're going to realize just how strong you are and you're going to see God's faithfulness through it all. One of the biggest lessons I've learned at how I broke free from the chains and the lies that I was forgotten, or that I was unseen as this. When you stop looking to the world to see you, you'll begin to realize that the world doesn't know who you are. Now, the world may know of your name and your physical looks or whatever you choose to share, but the world doesn't know who you are. God knows who you are. He knows your heart, your desires, your pain, your grief, your joy, and so much more. He knows everything about you. So why are you waiting for the world to turn its face towards you? I would encourage you. To break free. And begin by searching for God's face because my friend that is where your freedom is. Take a look at ephesians. Chapter three verse 17 through 19, it says, and I pray that you being rooted and established in love may have power together with all the Lord's holy people. To grasp how wide and long And high and deep is the love of Christ and to know, this law, that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. When you begin to understand the amount of love that God has for you, it's actually overwhelming and so comforting at the same time. The flawed sinful, imperfect and rebellious you is loved by God who saw your on form substance and calls you by name. How amazing is that? He is relentless in the pursuit of your heart. The question you have to answer for yourself as this. Are you pursuing him too? Sometimes. We may be feeling unloved because we don't feel him near, or maybe we're not drawing near to him daily. And so we feel like we are being pulled away from him. Don't let the enemy plant lies in your mind that you eventually believe. Pursue God daily and learn his love for you. Have you ever asked yourself how you ended up here to this point in your life or said something along the lines of I'm so exhausted and I'm tired all the time. And what I mean by when I say being here, I mean, not confident in yourself. Or feeling doubtful. Feeling like you're not strong enough physically or mentally. Being overwhelmed by the challenges in your life or having no energy wanting to give up and wanting to quit. Have you ever asked yourself how you've gotten to this point in your life? So usually when we feel like we are. in the weakest moments of our lives. And this moment, I believe that Satan would use your struggles to drive a wedge between you and God. Here's the truth. Yes, you will have trouble, but your strength is in God. He is the one that gives you the strength you need in your daily life. And we often think we can hold up our own little world by ourselves, but the truth is that we can't do it. Long-term we'll run out of energy. We can not control everything or anyone. Except for ourselves. and when we begin to read and understand and live in the words that God has for us, we are going to gain peace. In John 3 16 33. Jesus says, I have said these things to you. That in me, you may have peace. in the world you will have tribulation, but take heart. I have overcome the world. Jesus has overcome the world. And this doesn't mean that your struggles disappear by any means. And one of my favorite verses Philippians four 13, I can do all things through him who gives me strength. If you are a returning listener, you know that this is the heart of this podcast. And if you're new welcome again, and yes, where you hear the tagline, you can do hard things that comes from the inspiration of Philippians four 13. My friend, when you are weak, you are strong. Paul talks about this. In two Corinthians chapter 12, first one through 10. See God revealed some things to Paul in a vision. And as a result, a thorn was given to Paul as a messenger from Satan. To keep Paul from becoming conceited and he begs God three times to remove it. And God responds in verse nine saying my grace is sufficient for you. For my power is made in perfect weakness. And in verse 10, Paul says For the sake of Christ, then I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. From when I am weak, then I'm strong. My friend. In life, we have tribulations, as Jesus says, and yes, at times we may be feeling weak, but that doesn't mean that we have to be weak. Because we have power. We have the power of God behind us. Break free from the lies of Satan tells you when you were feeling weak. And replace those lies with the truth that is spoken in the Bible about how God's strength is in you. Breaking free from the chains means. Freedom. Peace and progress. Freedom from the lies, which gives you peace in your journey and helps you progress in areas of your life that you want to improve in. It's going to take work. It's going to be hard. Harder on some days I might say. But my friend. You can do hard things. Hey, it's me again.
