Weight Loss will always be a hot topic for women because we go through so many changes over the course of our lives! From hormone changes in puberty to lifestyle changes in college and then pregnancy and perimenopause, our journey as a woman requires us to listen to our body and fuel it well in order to feel our best! Let me be very clear, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DIET or RESTRICT in order to lose weight. I lost 40 pounds in college and then I lost 40 pounds after both of my pregnancies/c-sections. I am fit and lean in my 40s and have maintained my weight loss for 2 decades because I live a simple healthy lifestyle and enjoy my food. Weight loss that lasts takes time and takes patience and once you learn how to lose weight in a healthy way, by fueling your body and loving it, you won't need to stress about weight gain/weight loss so much! I am sharing my TEN TIPS for sustainable weight loss with you and breaking it down in a simple and relatable way so that you can start to implement these ideas and see results for yourself!
