Dr.  Bill Lavender is a missionary and church planter serving with Baptist International Missions, Inc. (BIMI). He is planting Liberty Baptist Church in El Paso, Texas.

Pastor Lavender has been faithfully serving in local churches both as layman and ordained minister of the Gospel since 1988. He also retired from the U.S. military in 2014 after 20 years of service. 

Pastor Lavender earned his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree from the Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity both as a resident and online student.
