If you've struggled to feel aligned in the business that you're running, it could be that your business isn't optimally designed to serve your goals and dreams. I went through a crisis of purpose and goals in 2021 which led me down a path of pivoting my business model and ultimately starting a new business to serve my greater goal in life.
