Gen Z is no longer coming. They're here.

The oldest Gen Z are 29. They're in the workforce. They're getting married. They're sitting in marketing teams making decisions about who gets hired. And over the next two to three years, they will become the majority of the buying market for creative service businesses.

In this episode I talk about why that matters, what fundamentally changed about the way Gen Z build trust compared to millennials, and what you actually need to do about it right now if you want to stay relevant.

We cover parasocial relationships and why they've replaced portfolio trust, the shift from marketing your final product to marketing the experience of working with you, why AI has made authenticity the most valuable thing you can show online, and why the timeline pressure in industries like weddings means you cannot afford to wait on this.

This is not about ditching what's worked. It's about understanding where the market is headed and making smart moves now before you're two years behind.
