#11 - Vevin Mathew - Youth Athletes, Training Load Management, and "The Art of Coaching"

On this episode of The Exercise Intervention, we have Vevin Mathew on the podcast.

Vevin is a coach, soon-to-be accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist and father of 2.
Previously, he was an aviation engineer, having graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in aviation in 2012.
In 2018, Vevin changed his career and started in the Fitness industry, where he worked initially as a personal trainer for 2 and a half years.
Fast-forward, Vevin is now a volleyball coach. He coaches schools and clubs across Brisbane, as well as the Queensland state team and the Volleyball Australia junior national program.
On the side, he works as a semi-professional strength and conditioning coach for a number of facilities. He currently works with St Peter’s, East Tiger’s Rugby League, and The Boxing Shop.
