Hey! My name is Olivia. I'm a 22 year old living in Ontario, Canada. I've been on my fitness and mindset journey for about 3 years now and my spiritual journey for a little under 1 year. As a young adult navigating my way through life, I understand how difficult and confusing these years can be. If there's one thing that I believe to be important during this time in life, it's falling in love with yourself! Which is exactly why I bring to you, the Internal Glow podcast. My mission is to help women build their internal and external confidence through fitness, mindset and other relatable topics, with the goal of helping you find your internal glow.
