Stop Over Complicating Fitness

Fitness is quite simple and often viewed as unachievable to the general population. In reality, it just takes an individual who can commit to executing specific habits on a daily basis but a lot of people aren't willing to change their habits to reach their goals. Did you know that there are more people in the world who are millionaires than people who have six packs? What you need to do is find balance and harmony between working towards your goals and still enjoying life. You don't need to be going absolutely crazy in the gym and eating a strict diet, but you also can't be sitting on your ass all day. Here's where most people go wrong though, they try to implement these habits without a specific game plan or structure on how to get there. And then they say to themselves "THIS DOESN'T WORK! I'M DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT!" Well sure, you're doing everything right but you have absolutely no plan which is keeping you stuck and plateaued. A lot of people fail to realize that there's a difference between being healthy and being healthy while achieving a fitness goal. One has a clear cut plan and the other does not. I bring this to you all because I was once here but now having the knowledge I have, I know exactly how to get from A-B. I hope this helps my loves. xoxo -Liv
