As a Flight Attendant the only thing that is CONSTANT with our jobs is CHANGE- so how do we build a ROUTINE that is sustainable & works for us?!
Today's episode we talk what it takes to establish a routine and healthy habits. When life feels too full of CHAOS, leaving no room for CONSISTENCY sometimes it means we need to take a moment to REALIGN our goals and SIMPLIFY the actions we take.
