Today we dive into the 3 phycological reasons why change is so HARD to navigate & why our brain has a tendency to RESIST it. As humans we crave CONSISTENCY and a sense of COMFORT so how can we become more open to the idea of CHANGE.

& maybe the only way to GROW in the change is to GRIEVE the loss of the familiar.
