Don YOUR mask FIRST!

We have all heard the Flight Attendants say "Put your mask on first" & maybe we have even been the ones to say it- but so often in life we forget to TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES FIRST!

Today's episode is just a friendly reminder from friend to friend, crew member to crew member that putting yourself first is NOT SELFISH- it's actually extremely necessary to SHOW UP as the best version of you for others!

& I hope this episode is the permission you need to take whatever time or action is necessary in order to make sure your NEEDS whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual are MET!
