Today's episode we discuss the reality that whether we recognize it or not WE ALL have found ourselves in times and struggles of NUMBING. And if left unchecked or UNMANAGED it can leave us not only numbing the negative emotions we are running from but unintentionally KEEP US from the POSITIVE emotions as well.

What are we numbing WITH? 
What are we numbing FROM?

Once we have navigated these two questions it's time to shift our MINDS to a state of AIRPLANE MODE- with no distractions and sometimes left in a place of boredom because this is where we can truly RECOGNIZE and WORK THROUGH what is weighing us down & keeping us from FLYING!
