In this episode we are joined by Dr Elaine Beaumont, a psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Elaine is also a Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Salford.
