You can feel “fine on paper” and still carry something heavy in your body. That’s where our conversation with Erin Wilkins goes, straight past quick fixes and into root cause healing. Erin is a longtime nurse and holistic practitioner, and she shares how her work blends practical care with energy healing tools that focus on what symptoms might be trying to say.

We talk about soul fragment work, a method Erin uses to help people identify parts of themselves that got stuck after trauma, grief, shame, or even subtle moments of suppression. She explains the idea of a “soul room” connected to the heart chakra, where those fragments can be seen, heard, and gently reintegrated without forcing anyone to relive painful experiences. Along the way, we unpack chakra balancing as a frequency based system, plus how color breathing, grounding, and aura awareness can be used as real practices instead of abstract concepts.

The conversation also touches the pineal gland, altered states, and modern lifestyle concerns that may affect sensitivity and clarity. We share stories, ask hard questions about symptom based medicine, and come back to one central takeaway: healing requires openness, and you’re allowed to be fully yourself again.

If you know someone who’s tired of chasing symptoms, share this episode with them, subscribe for more conversations on holistic health, and leave a review with the biggest idea you’re taking with you.

Welcome And Why Erin Returns

SPEAKER_00

Well, hello and welcome to the Healthy Living Podcast. I'm your host, Joe Grumbine, and today we've got a very special guest. Her name is Erin Wilkins, and she's been with us a number of times before, and it's great to have you back. Welcome, Erin.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you so much for having me.

SPEAKER_00

So we were talking yesterday just a little bit about this and that and healing and and the gardens, and and you are a practitioner, a healer. There's all kinds of words people use for people like you. Uh but uh I I don't necessarily get hung up on labels, but you you work with a lot of different healing modalities, different tools that you work with. And I was wanted to get a little bit into this. You have a a business where you offer your services, and I just think that a lot of times people have a problem, whatever it is, and they go, Oh, I gotta go to a doctor, oh, I gotta go see the psychiatrist or psychologist or the counselor or whoever. And there's these sort of cookie-cutter solutions that are out there that help some people in some ways sometimes, but generally don't help most people really well, and often leave people with problems that they didn't have to begin with. Absolutely. And there are these other ways of healing, you know, that's kind of what this show's all about is you know, health and all the ways you can get there. And yeah, there's things like herbs, there's things like energy work,

Beyond Cookie Cutter Healthcare

SPEAKER_00

there's things like touch therapy, massage therapy, frequency therapy. I mean, there's there's things that can help you that are like part of the natural elements that are here in the universe that we can harness or work with or use, like kind of like riding a sailboat. You know, you don't you don't need an engine, you can take that sail and turn it just so and let the wind push you along. A lot of the things that you work with are it's a rough analogy, but but in my opinion, uh kind of working with forces of nature already, and then part of what you do is relying on your own power. We all have abilities that we don't tap into. Some do more than others. It's funny people talk about oh, you only use 10% of your brain. Well, that's really not true. You use all of your brain, you just don't use it, you don't use it very well. Yeah, it can definitely do a lot more than than we give it credit for, but all your brain's working all the time, it's it's busy doing something. Um and that brain has the ability, you know. They say we have five senses, some people say we have six senses. I think there's probably as many senses as there are dimensions, and who knows what that means, right? Yeah. But you work with some unseen forces, if you will, or you have the ability to see some things that not everybody can see. And why don't you tell us a little bit about you know, about how you work that way?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so I mean, originally it started kind of similar to what you were saying of people just go to a go to a doctor and just it fits into that cookie cutter. You're gonna be prescribed a medication and they're not gonna get to the source. And so I have been a nurse for 26 years. And I started when I started my practice in 2010, it was I want to find the source. I want to find out exactly what it is that's causing whatever symptoms you have. So that's the the goal of my practice is to, you know, I've got a headache. Well, okay, is your neck out? Do we need to do massage therapy? Do we need to realign with osteopathic alignment? Or do you have something traumatic going on? Because we do store a lot of trauma in the neck. And so one of the modalities

Soul Fragment Work Explained Simply

SPEAKER_01

that I do that's on the path of similar to energy healing, but it's called soul fragment work. And it is going in and mapping your soul room, which everybody has in their heart chakra area, and finding all of the fragments and all of the things throughout your lifespan that have happened to you at different ages, you know, and it could be as simple as, you know, your dog died when you were 10 years old and you were never able to let that go.

SPEAKER_00

And so we hold on to those parts. Why don't you explain to the listeners what what that even is?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, I apologize for that. So, yeah, we have seven energy centers on our body, and so one of them is that that heart chakra, and you have seven that just align down your body when the energy frequency is off, or you're suffering, you know, some sort of of disease, it impacts that. So your chakras can impact not only your mental health but your physical health as well. And so opening those up and clearing those.

SPEAKER_00

But you talk about an energy center. Is there like some kind of a parallel that that you could like a like a battery or like a place where a room where energy is? Or I mean, I I'm just trying to yeah, I have my thoughts about it, but I I'd like to, I don't necessarily I never really talked about chakras much. I don't really have a clear picture about you know really what they are.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I mean, and you'll see it in a lot of the Indian art, you know, you'll see the seven colors going down. So each chakra correlates to a color of the rainbow. So we have each of those. Each one has a particular frequency or a particular note. And so if you're a musician, for example, and you know, you those tunes can, you know, each frequency will open up to that. So like your heart chakra is in the frequency of G, but they're kind of like a battery, kind of like an electrical charge system. So similar to when we go out, you know, barefoot and ground on the earth, we pick up Earth's frequencies and Earth's just that that electrical, and that's kind of what we are. We're like a giant battery, and there's all of these frequencies, and that's why frequency work by

Chakras As Frequency And Power Centers

SPEAKER_01

feedback, and you know, a lot of like the the healing bowls, those frequencies work so well because they tap into those different frequencies that communicate with different parts of our body.

SPEAKER_00

So is this these chakras do they exist in an energetic plane only, like like an aura, or are they something that's physiological as well?

SPEAKER_01

Both, yeah. So when people talk about being able to see auras, that's that's what you're seeing. You're seeing we can operate in any of those chakras. So if people are like, oh, I've got I see a blue aura over you, you're probably operating in your throat chakra at the time. When I see auras, I will see maybe shards of black within that aura, and that shows me that something's damaged, something needs to be cleared, or the frequency of that chakra needs to be added. So you can work a lot with color therapy or color breathing to enhance your chakras.

SPEAKER_03

All right.

SPEAKER_01

So color breathing, color medication.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I know we're bouncing all over the place. Um, no, I know. It's good.

SPEAKER_00

I I'm I'm hearing a lot of things that I'm I'm not all that familiar with. And if I'm not familiar with it, I'll bet you most of our listeners aren't either.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, absolutely. So one of the things I do, I always combine grounding with color breathing to bring in those, to bring in all of those colors. And that's just like imagining the color. Each color has their own frequency. And I've taught classes so that people can, you know, feel the different colors and understand their frequency in the use of healing. So when I am doing energy work on people, someone has a burn, I will employ the blue because blue is a very frequency of uh cool, and then I'll use that to cool down the burn. So they can be used very, I mean, you'll see the results physically in them as well as energetically.

SPEAKER_00

No, it's interesting. I I guess you've got an ability to do this without any assistance, but I've worked with a lot of sacred medicines that you know affect your mind in a lot of different ways. And in the while sitting with some of those medicines, I've heard colors and smelled colors, and I mean I've I've experienced colors in different ways than just you know seeing something that recognizes. And I always thought, you know, sometimes you go, Well, am I seeing something that's really there? Am I experiencing something that's real, or is my mind just helping me along and enhancing things? And you don't really know for sure, but I always suspected that I was experiencing things that were really there.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, no, and it and it is there. It's it's I think that we are humans are taught to just live on this very, you know, just the few-dimensional plane, and they don't realize there's so many more dimensions, and that veil is so thin, and you can you can tune in to those frequencies, you

Auras Color Breathing And Practical Use

SPEAKER_01

can open up and be able to. I mean, one way is using like the biurnal beats is fabulous for using that to like open up your pineal gland so that you are more aware of the colors and the things around you. Every movement produces a color, every note, every song, you know, music, everything is making colors all around us and frequencies.

SPEAKER_00

And it can be slightly overwhelming, but it's interesting that you say that because the pineal gland is it's area of your brain that a lot of people don't use well enough. It gets calcified, it doesn't work actually after a while for a lot of people. And it's actually the area of your brain that activates lights up a lot right before you die. And it's an interesting piece of the body because certain drugs or certain medicines activate it. And like I said, when I sit with peyote or bufo, they contain compounds that stimulate the pineal gland. And so I think that's makes sense where I'm seeing some of the things that you're describing that are connected in that way.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely, yeah. And there's a lot of, I mean, fluoride is probably one of the huge calcifications of the pineal gland, you know, and it's dumped in our water. Well, some states are taking it out now, thank God. But yeah, so it's you know, it's dumped in our water. You go to the dentist and they're using these things, and you have to be like, hey, ah, don't put that in my body. Um, any genetically processed foods, a lot of our foods do it as well. Um and so I mean there's there's ways to eat and and purge that, but yeah, usually, you know, with the vaccinations and food supply with the fluoride, I mean, by the time you're, you know, in your teens, you're starting to already get calcification on that gland.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I I I encourage people to you know do the research. You know, there's so many things people like, oh, you know, it's gotta be safe because this is that. What you're talking about with fluoride, like for them to put fluoride in the water, if you look at the way it has to be stored and and labeled, it's a friggin' poison. Yep. And and it has to be labeled as a toxic substance, so they just dump it on in there and it's like, yeah, ah, you're fine. It's no, it's good for your teeth. It's like, well, I don't know. What about the rest of me?

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. Yeah, it's a neurotoxin and it has been, you know, shown to actually break down bone. And so, you know, but you know, hey, dump it in the water, it keeps you coming to the doctors and the dentists, right?

SPEAKER_00

So, exactly. Yeah, well, when you talk about soul rooms and souls, a lot of times people have some sort of uh conception about the concept of a soul. To me, I've always thought that the soul was like that your essence, your humanness that makes you you, you know, sort of a little ball of light or something that that is without it, you're you're just a shell, you're just a you're just a meat lump, and with it you get to be alive and you know, and all of that. So explain the idea of a soul room.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so and it's interesting you say because I think people think that we are just bodies, and we're not, we're souls that get to wear a body while we're here, you know, and so like for a short time we're wearing our body, right? Um but yeah, so that soul room is, I mean, in psychoanalytical talk,

Pineal Gland Awareness And Altered States

SPEAKER_01

you hear of it, you know, the child within, or you know, let's heal that that part of you that got injured when you were young. So it's kind of like that. And I think when you either, you know, you go to counseling or you try to heal your trauma, they're gonna go back to these super traumatic events and you know, try to heal it. But that's based on what they perceive as trauma. And it could be, it could be a small, it it varies, yeah. So I mean, yeah, somebody, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Realize that your memory is horribly flawed, and and your body, your you have mechanisms in your brain to erase your memories so that you don't go crazy. And otherwise we'd all be crazy, you know. Just the the trauma of being born. Imagine that, you know, you're in this lovely warm, wet spot, and all of a sudden I get squeezed out into this loud, friggin' dry place and you gotta breathe on your own. I mean, it'd be horrible. But we all went through it, but none of us remember. Yeah, so yeah, and and people don't realize that memories aren't like the way we remember isn't what we think. Like we think we just go into a box and pull it out and and it rewinds, but your brain actually recreates every memory every time, and so depending on the uh emotions that are attached to it or the trauma or the whatever, your brain's gonna either downplay or upplay elements of that memory. And the truth is our memories are horrible, and oh yeah, yeah, remember things accurately at all. So these traumas, like you know, if if if you got a third party who's trying to get to your trauma, well, you have to remember it to tell it to him so that he even knows what it is. Yeah, that's true. And the odds of that being for real are you know less than 100%, I would imagine.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, and it can be it can be so flawed, and a lot of times it just, you know, it doesn't work right because what you're again, like you're saying, you know, your your traumas and those things, they're based on what you were feeling at the moment and what it did to you. So something, you know, oh, I'm walking down the street and someone jumped and stabbed me with a knife. That might not affect somebody, but it could like traumatically affect someone else, you know. I've I've done work with a a lady, she was in her late 50s and she had held on to the trauma from when she was like six years old and she'd killed a frog. And she had felt such guilt that she was never able to let that go. So she had taken part of that and just like locked it away in her soul room. And then when we found it, it unlocked this whole like, oh my gosh, you know, I've never forgiven myself for this.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And so that just opened her to be able to, you know, pretty much what you're trying to do is you're trying to unlock the ability to be yourself because I think that the world tries to create us to be something that we may not be meant to be.

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_01

And so your soul room is the true essence of who you are with all of your gifts and all of your talents. But what happens to you along the way, it can get, you know, pushed down or you're told, like, hey, no, oh, you like to draw, uh, you can't be doing that. And so it suppresses that. I had one client whose parents told her that she was an artist, she loved to paint. But when the time she was like 10, they said drawing is for little kids. You need to just practice your schooling and arithmetic and do these things. And they suppressed that artistic side of her. So once we, and she hadn't, she didn't even really know it was happening. So we went in and in her soul room, I saw the color blue and this blue bird. And she was like, Yeah, I was always suppressed. I wasn't allowed to fly free. And I said, and we we dealt with that, we integrated that part back in, and she immediately went to, I think it was Hobby Lobby and bought a little bird house and started cleaning it, you know. And she's like, Oh my God, I feel like I can finally be me. Like, it's okay to do art to paint. And it was this this beautiful part of her that, you know, had been suppressed by her parents. So seeing that and seeing people really come to life when that soul room is is cleared and all those little hangups

Fluoride And Modern Lifestyle Concerns

SPEAKER_01

from our lives are gone.

SPEAKER_00

You know, it's interesting. I've been sitting in our sweat lodge a lot, and they call it a Temascal. And when you go in there, the idea of it is there's a there's a hole in the ground, and you put hot lava stones, red hot lava stones in there, and it's all covered in blankets, so it gets completely dark. And the idea is it represents the womb of Mother Earth, and so you literally go back into the womb in that place, and the person who pours water or the person who facilitates the ritual, it's it's it's a it's a ritual that you do, and there's four cycles, they call it four doors, and and each time there's a different message or a different level. But a lot of times, while you're in this dark place where all of a sudden the steam's coming in, it's getting really hot, and you're in this, you know, different world. Um and as far as you're concerned, you're all by yourself in this, you know, different universe. And a lot of times, one of the things that you're asked to do is to connect with your inner child, and I have seen in that sweat lodge so many people open up and just let go of something that they were just like what you're talking about, so they were holding on to. I wonder, it's like to go into your own soul room in that experience, and you're just in a place where you're able to, I don't know, I guess feel safe enough that you can see things for what they are. I don't know. I've just seen a lot of people, and I myself have connected with some memories that I didn't really remember, and and and you know, connected with my younger, my younger self and you know, forgave myself or thanked myself or just loved myself, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. No, and yeah, and that's that's fabulous. I mean, that's an amazing way to do it because yeah, they do that and they have like rebirthing, you know, pretty much like psychoanalytical talks where they take you back to your womb and you're rebirthed because it is a very traumatic experience and event for us, and we don't remember it. And so being able to, you know, step back to that and you know, everything, everything that happened when we were in the womb, all the voices, all the words, whether your mom was happy that she had you, whether she wasn't, I mean, we soak that into ourselves and to our essence. So we could have already been born feeling unwanted if it was kind of like this, oh crap, I'm pregnant. Oh, you know, and so it's like you're which is fascinating because our ears in auricular therapy, which you know uses like ear seeds to pressure point different points because your whole body is in your ear. But when you, if you take a baby, turn it upside down, it fits like right on the ear, and that's where all of the parts go. And so it said that like

The Soul Room Trauma And Memory Limits

SPEAKER_01

your ear is kind of like a womb, and everything that you hear when it goes in, it creates. And so you want to be careful, you know, what you hear and what you expose yourself to and what you accept. Yeah, and so like that when you're in a womb and you're hearing all these things for the nine months, you're soaking it in. And so being able to go back to that place and just like you know, releasing what everybody else said and what you may have accepted as yourself is powerful.

SPEAKER_00

That's wild. And when you were talking about the, you know, that experience of people going back or that technique, is that are you talking about past life regression, or are you talking about something different than that?

SPEAKER_01

No, not past life, just up until you were born in this life. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So it and and that's more of a hypnosis thing, isn't it? Where where they kind of walk you back and sort of semi-conscious state. I've never done it myself, but I I know a lot of people who have.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. Yep.

SPEAKER_00

Tell me about this experience. I mean, I've I've done this with you, but for a well, explain how it works.

SPEAKER_01

So usually just from an energetic standpoint, and it can be done, you know, in person or remotely. I just sit down and ask permission to view your soul room energetically. I just go in there and then I just kind of draw what I see and then we'll mark where I'm seeing fragments or parts of you that, you know, were struggling with the ages. And then we just kind of go in and either talk about that age and let memories just kind of flow, or oftentimes people that I work with will hear that that fragment speak to them, or we'll hear voices or just different things from that time period. We just kind of let it all flow out. It should never be traumatic. You should never be like reliving an awful experience. And then once that fragment feels heard, which is just a part of you, they usually will integrate back in to you. And it's fascinating watching that because it opens up this huge window. I know that when I first did it, and this is from personal experience, back in the day, and I didn't know anybody that did this kind of work. And I was like, oh my gosh, what is going on? I'm seeing all these fragments. And I saw my own soul room and then had to reach out to, you know, counselors and different people, like, okay, help me out here. And so just a lot of study and reading books and just, you know, experiences with it. But I had a six-year-old fragment who really loved coconut. And for some reason, I grew up just saying, like, I hate coconut, I don't want anything to do with coconut. And I could hear my six-year-old talk to me, and she's like, I don't think it's fair that I don't get to have coconut. And it was like, it was interesting. So I just kind of let her talk, let her express herself. And then when she integrated, it was crazy. It was like someone else looking out of my eyes for a few days until she completely settled. I love coconut now. I love to eat it. So I mean, it's kind of a funny example, but it's like this thing that, like, for some reason, I, you know, I had some trauma in my past, some abuse, got stuck with my six-year-old, and then for some reason I just shut down my whole liking of coconut with her, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, that's wild. Yeah. When somebody is gonna do this with you, whether they're with you in person or remotely, what do they what do they need to do? Like, do you have to prepare? Do you have to fast? Do you have to dress a certain way or lay down or any sort of thing that you have to do?

SPEAKER_01

Nope, absolutely nothing. Just be willing, you know, just be willing to heal. You know, I think I think that's the biggest thing with any of my modalities is people being open and wanting the healing because you have to, you have to accept it in your mind that I want healing, something's not working, I want to move forward. It's when you're closed off and think that I'm perfect just the way I am, and I don't need to, you know, change or heal that you hit that roadblock. And you know, but when people come to me and say, I don't care what you're doing, just help me. And it's like awesome because they're open, and that's the biggest thing, just being open and wanting to heal.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that applies through a lot of different uh things that sort of surrender that you know technology that you don't necessarily have all the answers, you might have all the abilities, but you don't necessarily know how to do them. And yeah, yeah, it's good to let go and surrender sometimes. Has there anybody ever been somebody that you that came to you wanted to do this, but for whatever reason you weren't able to get in?

SPEAKER_01

No, I've well actually waited I take that back. Yes, there was one that wanted to do it, and it was the it was the strangest thing. It was very reluctant. It was almost like I need help. It was a very, it was a narcissistic type personality that came to me wanting help. Hey, I've I think there's something that needs healing. And as soon as I started going towards the soul room, it was like this steel door just fell down and all I felt was cold. And I was like, okay, well, we're not going in, you know. And that was that that was that unwillingness of just like, you know, saying with your mouth, yeah, I need help, but like he didn't want help, he didn't want help at all, you know. And so it was like as soon as I approached, I could start seeing the soul room, but then it was like bam, you know, yeah, wow heads off.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, access denied, huh?

SPEAKER_01

Yep, access was denied, and that's fine, you know. I mean, you know, you have to you have to desire and want that healing.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, absolutely. I think that's people. We I there's a scene with some of the practices that I'm working with that just say, you know, we are the medicine, you know, you're you're when you are healed, it's not an external force changing you, it's somehow aligning you to where you're you heal yourself. And yep, you know, a true healing, you know, like a drug can force a symptom or force something to happen chemically or or magnetically or however it works, some some physical mechanism. But true healing, your body knows how to do that. I mean, it's absolutely designed to replenish, re redo, rewire. Your brain will rewire itself, your your cells will stem cells, will come along and go, Oh, I need to be this now. And you know, I mean, it's just like so amazing what what your body can do in these rooms, you know, when you go to somebody and you're sitting here, is it like you open a door and go inside of a room the way we see it? Or how how how does that sort of manifest?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's it's like I just go in, it's like I can see all the doors, all the exits, you know, all the different fragments, the you know, the darkness, the light. A lot of times it is very dark and closed off. And so that's when I'll just increase the frequency of the heart chakra, which is your color green and that unconditional love center, just increase that light to just kind of like flood the room a bit and let all the fragments know, like, hey, we're finally here, we finally are starting to see you, and you don't have to be scared, you know, it's a safety, but yeah, it's it's fit, it's I can see it in my mind's eye, like I'm actually there.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. And when when you've been doing this, you've been doing this for a long time, worked with a lot of different people. Has there ever been a time when you came in there and you saw something that you didn't know what to do with? Like there was something you're just like, whoa, I don't know what's going on there.

SPEAKER_01

No, I mean, I I guess I'm not I'm not too scared about what I'll find in there. So we just kind of approach it little bit by little bit. I mean, I've encountered everything from like you know, soul watchers that the persons created themselves just to kind of guard over the room. We've encountered demonic entities, we've encountered angelic entities. There's all sorts of stuff, you know, spiritual forces and ourselves that are just kind of hanging around doing things there, you know, within our being.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. I I so suspect you've had a a wide range of responses where some people probably go, Yeah, I think it did something. Or and what's what what do you think? Is there a story that you could say that was the most or a story that was very dramatic where the outcome was very noticeable and and you know profound?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, there's a gal that I work with. She came to me, she was working with. We have a a place here in town, Voices Against Violence, that works with women that have been abused. And traditional counseling wasn't working for her, so they sent her to me to do the soul work. And she said, like, I was talking to her, and so we went into her soul room and I said, Something happened when you were one. And she's like, No, not really. I mean, my parents didn't want me, so they just shipped me from Mexico to the States to live with my uncle and aunt. And then at eight years old, he started treating me, you know, molesting me. And she was every almost every day until she was 25, which is when she came to me. And seeing how she was, she was she was shut down, she was scared of men, she, you know, somehow felt like this was her fault. And going back and starting at that one-year-old where she had felt abandoned and neglected and unwanted, and then going

Sessions Openness Breakthroughs And How To Reach Erin

on, she is such a vibrant force right now, and she has a desire to be a teacher, um, loves children, and just really wants to impart that to people. So her going through her healing awakened her desires of who she really is, and she's out there helping others, and she has such wisdom and such insight. It's amazing. Yeah, so it's it's powerful to see where she comes from this place of you know, barely talking, very withdrawn to, you know, now she's just this huge life-giving force, you know, it's amazing.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, that's fantastic. Do you think that there's much of a difference between women's willingness to do this and men's, or is it about even?

SPEAKER_01

Um, you know what? I think I've probably done more men's soul worm work than women.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Um, so it's it's pretty even. I think women probably feel it a little bit more or are a little bit more open to you know, the the emotions behind all of it. But you know, men or women, we're still dealing with all the trauma. I think men tend to bury it because they feel like if I feel this emotion or if I start crying, that's not very manly. And it's like, no, you can be hurt. I mean, the creator created those emotions in both of us, in both genders, you know.

SPEAKER_00

So, yeah, the more I work on myself, I I tears just I'm a freaking crybaby. It's tears just pop out like nothing. I don't even think about it anymore. I would just be sitting there talking to somebody else, and I'm weeping. I'm like, really?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and I used to be like that too. I would be more like, probably like more like a guy in my emotions. I'd be like, No, I'm weak if I cry. And it's like now, you know, like something like little sweet would happen, or you know, I step on a grasshopper and I'm like, oh my god, poor night, you know.

SPEAKER_00

I find myself crying without it being sad a lot, like just something will happen, and I'll just like start weeping. And I'm like, okay, what what the hell? You know, I I I don't think I cried at all until I was probably 30, you know, and that I can remember, anyways. And you know, then I started working on myself, and next thing you know, it's you know, these things happen, but now I just like geez, I something important or or profound happens, and just you know, even a song, you know, beautiful music comes, and I'll just like you know, weeping. I'm like, really? Yeah, and that's good.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, that's a good thing because you're in touch with those feelings, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I I think it's funny, but it's it's it's good. I mean, it feels good actually. Tears are really very few things feel better than letting go of tears, you know? Yeah, it just so if somebody wants to, you know, I I suspect this is gonna arouse a lot of people's interest. Yeah. How how does somebody get a hold of you to to figure this out, even make an inquiry?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, probably for this, just texting me. Just send me a text and just say, Hey, this is tell me who you are. So I don't think some odd person's just sending me weird messages. But yeah, just text me and just say, Hey, I'm interested in this, and you know, we can have a phone conversation, or I can just kind of text back any questions. That's probably the easiest way, or my website if they just kind of want to look at all the other things that I do, and then you can send an inquiry, you know, straight from there.

SPEAKER_00

Nice, nice. And if there was a thought that you'd like to leave our listeners with today, what would that be?

SPEAKER_01

Oh goodness. It's okay to be you. There's only there's only one of you in the entire universe, and don't let the world suppress that, you know, be weird, be crazy, you know. As long as you're not hurting others, be you know, unapologetically yourself. The world needs more of that. And each of us have a gifting and a talent to contribute to the society, and yeah, use it, recognize that, and be you.

SPEAKER_00

Fantastic. Well, Aaron, I think we we opened up more doors than we closed today. I think we have more to talk about than we did when we got in here, but I knew that was I really enjoyed time with you and getting back into this stuff. I I think that you know, healing comes in so many different ways, and so many things to be wrong with you, and getting to the core of it, I think more often than not, if not completely, at least in part, there's something emotional or spiritual or mental behind everything that's physically wrong with us.

SPEAKER_02

Yep.

SPEAKER_00

And I think that, you know, when you go to a doctor and they treat a symptom, I don't think most of the time, I don't think it actually contributes to a healing at all. So I think the stuff that you're working with, I think at very least, can can get you to be aware of a problem that you can work on that can, you know, have a cascading effect on healing. Absolutely. At very most, it can, you know, bring some real healing around.

unknown

True.

SPEAKER_00

Awesome. Well, it's been an absolute pleasure sitting with you again, and I look forward to doing it again soon.

SPEAKER_01

That'll be awesome. Thank you.

SPEAKER_00
