Born and raised in the beautiful South Africa, she was privileged to grow up surrounded by strong business leaders.

Joining the family business in 2011, Michelle set out on a mission to automate the company and its operations whilst it remained underpinned by traditional values. They have a philosophy of continuous improvement, and so they are constantly reviewing their systems, processes, procedures and technology to optimise and, in so doing, improve the numbers. 

She is here to lead with impact, inspire the overwhelmed, and motivate people that change is good as we move rapidly into a new generation of technology and innovation. In addition, she wants to share the knowledge she has gained over more than ten years of experience leading various businesses to new heights.
