I’m an 80’s baby... I lived through suppressing all my emotions and feeling pretty alone. I felt pretty different growing up. I felt like it was almost impossible. I didn’t understand why I felt so hard and why I knew things before they would happen.
Fast forward awhile, when we started acknowledging life was hard. I realized we all have been dealt the cards, it was just some hidden weird secret growing up.
I realized that knowing was a pretty strong intuition. A gift I would say now.
My life has been full of so many life situations. I have had thousands of real life conversations all from my nail desk ( nail tech most my adult life ) and let me tell you, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
I could go on forever, with what I have learned. No degree, just the real raw and personal. Which brings me to a podcast. I can’t think of a better way to express the words in my mind.
My goal is to speak from the heart, hence the heart talks with Sha 😉
My goal is to find the guests that have been through it too.
My goal is to have a special teen edition, because that’s the stage of life I’m in.
My goal is to talk relationships, because I married my high school sweetheart.
My goal is to talk perception, because that is a HUGE contributor to our day to day life.
My goal is to show you where I came from and where I am now. Not without plenty of struggle, but struggle is just a learned moment in this journey of life!

Releasing the old, forgiving yourself for what you feel 2024 lacked, moving in to 2025 with love and grace!
I often have a million ideas but lack the time for follow through. I was gearing up for the longest holiday I have ever had ( the most days off in a row, EVER ) and had a huge list of all I was going to conquer.
When my first day off came, my mind completely changed. I had an overwhelming feeling to book a healing session and had slowed my mind right down. Yes, I love to create and was so excited for the time...but the message was clear. Intentionally, slow right down and just exist in this time and space.
Clear the old.
Heal the old.
Clear the space first...
Then you can create and build!
Join me in releasing the judgement you have on yourself for 2024. Remember all that didn't happen, wasn't supposed to. It wasn't you failing....again. It was divine timing. It was the exactly what you had in you. It was the season you were in. Now you get to go In to 2025 with a completely fresh energy.
Hustle and go go go mentality doesn't create worth. There is a time and place, but there is also a time and place for SPACE. Slow down, lean in and trust the universe. Show up authentically you.
