NO, January doesn't mean GO DO ALL THE THINGS!

Im screaming to myself to say:
NO to the lists
NO to the new gadget
NO to the new drink powder
NO to the new workout
NO to the new shake
NO to the new diet food
NO to lists
NO to the new key words - Fasting, cortisol, girl boss...

NO NO NO - I don't subscribe anymore.

What if we actually just slowed down and honoured this hibernation type season?

What if we didn't have to grab the next quick fix?

What if "skinny is better mentality" wasn't a thing?

What if you're just meant to come home to you?

What if you're meant to stop burning yourself out?

WHAT IF YOU'RE MEANT TO LEARN TO BUILD YOURSELF UP AND THRIVE??

And what if it's supposed to be done differently than before?

What if the slowness, building yourself up, releasing old emotions and coming home to you came first? 

What if that very thing then allowed your body to finally release and heal all else?

What would you actually do if you listened to the season you're in and what you truly need?

Will you give yourself the permission to heal every part of you?
