Passionate On Purpose - Heart Talks With Sha
Welcome. I’m so glad our paths crossed.
I’m Sha, and these are heart talks—the kind of conversations that remind you you’re not alone.
Life has taken me through cancer, motherhood, marriage, raising children with complex health needs, career changes, self-doubt, healing, and more moments than I can count that made me question everything. Along the way, I’ve realized something powerful…
We all have a story.
We all carry invisible struggles.
And we all deserve a safe place to remember who we are.
Each week, I share honest stories from my own life and invite guests to share theirs.
Together, we explore healing, resilience, relationships, self-worth, intuition, perspective, purpose, and everything in between.
These aren’t polished conversations.
They’re real ones.
My hope is that every episode leaves you feeling a little lighter, a little more hopeful, and a little more connected—to yourself and to the people around you.
If you’ve ever felt lost…
If you’ve ever questioned your worth…
If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re the only one…
You’re not.
So grab a coffee, take a walk, or simply sit with me for a while.
Let’s have a heart talk.
Let’s get Passionate on Purpose. 🩷

Is This the Only Story Available?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
One comment.
One assumption.
One story I told myself.
This week, I almost deleted a post because I thought someone had completely misunderstood what I was trying to say.
But after taking a step back, I realized something…
The comment wasn’t creating my emotions.
The story I was telling myself about the comment was.
How often do we do that in our own lives?
Someone doesn’t text back…
We tell ourselves they don’t care.
We make a mistake…
We tell ourselves we’re a failure.
We compare ourselves to someone online…
We tell ourselves we’re behind.
But what if those aren’t facts?
What if they’re just one version of the story?
In this episode, we’re talking about the space between reaction and response, why our minds are such incredible storytellers, and how asking one simple question can change everything:
“Is this the only story available?”
Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do isn’t change our circumstances.
It’s change the story we’re telling ourselves about them.
💗 I’d love to hear from you after you listen.
What story have you been believing… and what if there was another way to see it?
