I suppose it will look different for us all. We all have different goals and conceptions of who we are and who we should be. We are all in different situations and have different contextual experiences to work from and orient our goals from. So firstly, take the pressure off yourself and free yourself from comparison with others. This awareness will give you space to come at your goals in a new, more compassionate and natural way. Then move from there.
