This podcast is my own personal musings about therapeutic topics! Therapy is described as a science and an art- relying on some neuroscience, physiology, and data, but it also is philosophical. To me, that's the most beautiful part of being a therapist! The data, combined with each clinician's spin on theories from those that came before us, eastern healing, spirituality, and personal history.

This show will feature some science, some theory, and some personal experience.
