Building the Perfect Home Gym...And How to Use It!

► Keep it simple: 

  ► Stretch Cords or dumbbells 

  ► Exercise ball (aka - Fit Ball) 

  ► Jump Rope (if feasible: Concept 2 Rower or Ski Erg; Wahoo Kicker with Zwift) 

  ► Soft Tissue resources: 2-liter bottle of soda or a Trigger Point foam roller 

 
► Workout Routine: 

  ► Strength: 2-3x a week (for a functional strength routine: Contact@CoachRobb.com 

  ► Cardio: 2-3x a week (low heart rate to burn more fat) 

  ► Soft Tissue: daily for 5-10 minutes feeling for any hot spots
