Today's topic is about thinking positively when faced with a negative situation.
You may have heard this before: "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade."
But what does that mean?
It means that instead of seeing the negative side of a situation, look for the positive. Instead of focusing on what went wrong or what could go wrong, focus on what went right or what could go right. Instead of dwelling on your mistakes, celebrate your successes.
It's so easy to get caught up in the negative aspects of life—especially when they seem out of control. But if you control how you react to those situations, they don't have any power over you.
