Tina is a midlife career coach and therapist empowering men and women who are at a career crossroads trying to navigate the emotional and practical struggles preventing them from taking action and creating a more aligned and confident way of being in their career and life.

She approaches midlife as a time of renewal, exploration, growth, and opportunity.

Tina moved into Coaching and Therapy after 30 years working within Human Resources and Executive Search.

After training as a Career Coach and Counsellor, she chose to study for an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  This course is unique and the only postgraduate course in the UK that offers the integration of counselling and coaching practices.

She takes a holistic, empathetic approach, understanding that one size does not fit all.
