Susannah Alexander founded ‘No Drama Nutrition’ to challenge the accepted norms and the hyperbole that pervades some areas of the wellness industry. She champions plus size people who’ve been body shamed by health professionals, giving them the confidence, knowledge and vocabulary to understand their bodies better and advocate for their health on their terms. As a lifelong depression sufferer, she is passionate about the connection between food and mood, and enables those living with depression to use food to support their mental health.
Taking the drama out of healthy eating starts early, so Susannah founded ‘Kids in the Kitchen’, her fun online cookery club for children.
