What if we’re spending more time training our kids to compete than we are teaching them how to cope?

In this conversation, I sit down with Amy Jo Hamilton, founder of The Balanced Child Method, to talk about something that feels urgent right now: raising emotionally regulated kids in a world that feels anything but calm.

Amy shares her journey through miscarriage, fertility struggles, and entrepreneurship. She shares how those seasons shaped the work she’s doing today inside schools, sports teams, and communities across Central Ohio. We talk about why breath work matters more than we realize, why mental wellness can’t be an afterthought, and why carving out space for our kids to slow down might be the most important investment we make.

If you’re a parent, coach, teacher, or someone who simply cares about the next generation, this episode is your nudge.

Follow Amy and learn more about The Balanced Child Method here.

And as always, follow, subscribe, and share this episode with someone raising the next generation.

SPEAKER_02

Thanks. Thank you for having me. I'm so excited to be here.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, I'm always excited to spend time with you. You're just um you're just joy. You're just joy personified, aren't you? Thanks. You're a good gal. Thanks. So we met. Why don't you tell the people how we met?

SPEAKER_02

Well, really what's crazy is we actually met originally, I don't know if you remember this, at Mia's hair salon. And I was super sick, and she like introduced me to you, which I shouldn't have probably been there anyways, but you know, we gotta get my hair done. Um and then like, you know, nothing really came of it. And then you launched the B Lab kind of soft, but you were like, I couldn't quite figure out what was happening. So, but I was intrigued. So I messaged you, we had a call, and uh, you know, the rest is history. So we still haven't launched it yet.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. We've we're still on the soft launch phase.

SPEAKER_03

I love that. I love it.

SPEAKER_00

It's so funny. It's like, what is this? What is this thing? We're like, well, I guess it is kind of part of the marketing where it's like people get intrigued enough. They're like, wait, what is this? You're doing it. I was like, I think she's doing something. I'm not really sure what I'm giving. You know, what the people call a hard launch is uh happening in 2026, if you want to call it that. Yeah. So you were one of my first clients. I love it. It was you're so organized. Like you're so like you have your shit so together. It's like all you can really do is sort of like help plug in in terms of who can I connect you with, how you know, like you were just like ready to go.

SPEAKER_02

You know, it's so funny you say that. And then I had a situation this week that I took my kids to get their passports renewed and I didn't have anything. Like, I didn't have the paperwork or anything.

SPEAKER_03

And I'm like, what am I doing? This is so not like me. My husband was like, what is going on right now? It's like something happening in the world because my wife is so Did you just like forget it?

SPEAKER_02

Um, I I I why I booked it in December, I don't know, you know, and like just going a million miles an hour, but it was so funny. They like looked at me like, Are you a crazy person? Uh, it does not seem like you actually.

Birth Of The Balanced Child Method

SPEAKER_00

Hey, some things need to fall through the cracks at some point. Shit's gonna fall through the cracks. To show that I'm not a perfect person. Right, correct. You don't have your all your shit together. It makes everybody else feel a little bit better. So the balance child method is your baby. Yes. Tell us a little bit about this little baby of yours.

SPEAKER_02

So um, it happened really organically. Um, I was staying home with my son. I had worked in retail, corporate retail for 15 years. I was a buyer at every retailer around Columbus. And then stayed home with my firstborn for a year and wanted to just get back out there. I needed adult interaction. Um, and I always had a passion for fitness. And um, I taught Bockeye aerobics at Ohio State. I taught at the YMCA, like all of that stuff. Um, and I was just looking for something, and my husband got asked on a last-minute business trip to go to Florida. Went to Florida, we were at the Ritz, went to a yoga class, and the lady teaching was wearing an Ohio State tank top. And I was like, I have to talk to her, like, you know, Buckeye for life. And um, she just like made such a good point that you can do yoga anywhere, any language, any age. You don't need anything to do it, maybe a yoga mat if you're lucky. And so I started like researching how to become a yoga teacher and all these things, and just went down that rabbit hole, got my 200 hour. And while I was doing my 200 hour, um, I was in a group with all these people that were in college. And there was me and another lady that were like the moms of the group. And everyone was like, You just have this motherly instinct. I'm like, well, I have a kid, you know, all this stuff. Found out I was pregnant with twins, my girls. Um, after a lot of fertility, we had no help getting them. So it was just an answered prayer. Um, but it also made sense why I was very like nurturing during my yoga classes. Um, and everyone was like, You should teach kids. And I was like, Okay, that sounds fun, cool. And I just thought I would do this as like to get out of the house a little hobby. And um, a friend of mine opened a daycare, and I went in and I left and I called my husband and I said, Well, Henry's going to school one day a week and I'm teaching yoga because she was gonna have YouTube do it. And I was like, I'll do it. And so we got going with that, and it just snowballed, and um then the ladies, the sisters from Balance Family Academy heard about me and called me, and I started teaching there. Um, and then the pandemic hit, and we were like, Oh, this is super fun. Good times, yeah.

Fertility Loss, Support, And Hope

SPEAKER_00

Good times, yeah. So, speaking of fertility issues, so you said that you had two miscarriages before your first and that you were in a really dark plot like place, and you told your husband, like, just leave me, just go find, just go find a woman who can bear your fruit. Like, but at the time, you know, you were probably so devastated. Like, just like tell me, like, take us back to that a little bit.

SPEAKER_02

So the first, I mean, they're both equally heartbreaking because it was, but um, we were in Italy, and I found out a week before we left for Italy that I was pregnant, and we were like not trying, trying yet, you know. And so everywhere around Italy, we took pictures and you know, all these cute, I mean, I really didn't have a bump yet, but all this cute stuff. Literally came home, had an ultrasound, everything was great, announced it, and then we did the genetics testing. And this was really early on in genetics testing, especially if you weren't high risk or over 40 yet. And our my doctor was like, I just will give us a roadmap. Um, and we got back our genetics testing that she had Turner's syndrome. Um, and so we went through that whole thing um just to go into Riverside and find out, you know, we had lost the baby, which was a blessing in disguise because I just don't know what we would have done if we would have had to pick a lane there, you know. Like I just my heart breaks for anyone having to deal with those decisions because it's not an easy one. Um and that was really hard, but like we had a reason, you know, and we could like be like, okay, that was nothing we did and we understood why it happened. And then the second one, we had no answers, it just happened and we don't know why. And that's where it got really, really dark for me because I just started blaming myself for all of it. And um, like Andy, we had done testing on him too, and he checked all the boxes off. So, like, I had was like, this has to be me. Um, and that's when I told him, I'm like, just leave me. Um, and we went on a trip and we accidentally ended up on this trip because we were supposed to be in Vegas for our really good friends getting engaged. And I booked the trip a week early. Again, see, this is like not like me at all.

SPEAKER_00

This is becoming a little bit of a thing here.

SPEAKER_02

Um, but it turned out for the best because we just kind of reconnected there and like said, you know what, like we're on this journey together. We're gonna see what happens. We're still young, and like he was like, no matter what, like we'll figure this out together. And, you know, I was even thinking about that this morning I was prepping for this. Like, that is the one thing I sometimes take for granted is how supportive he is of like me and what I am doing, because there are so many spouses and partners and husbands that aren't. And like, even just thinking back to that situation, like he was like, I'm with you. Like, I don't care if we have to like, you know, fly across the ocean to get a baby, like we're doing it together, and that's how he's been through our entire time together.

SPEAKER_00

Like, his name's Andy?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, he's Andy. Yeah, he's a good guy.

SPEAKER_00

We love you, Andy. I don't know you yet, but I think I'm gonna like you a lot.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, usually everyone likes him more than me, so I wait for a while to introduce him to him.

SPEAKER_00

How how can you not like a guy named Andy? Yeah, you know, Andy's such a good name. Yeah. Is his real name Andrew? Yep, Andrew. Yep. Um, okay, so then how long, like how far along were you with your second miscarriage? I was eight weeks. Okay. So it was pretty early on. Okay. And then the third, the third time was a charm.

SPEAKER_02

We did we went um and did some fertility stuff, and we were a month before we were gonna do IUI, and we got Henry. Yeah. The best is this is probably TMI, but you'll love it. Um, the like you have to do it within a certain window, you know? Like you're giving yourself the shots and all the stuff. So we had friends in town and we were tailgating for an Ohio State game, but like our window was like right before like the game and like in between tailgating. So like we were like, peace out, and like they're like, What?

SPEAKER_03

Like, went home real quick.

SPEAKER_02

We gotta go make a baby. Oh my God. That's amazing. I mean, it would have been better if it was like in the varsity club or something, but you know, like we had a little bit of standards in a port-a-pot somewhere. I mean, you gotta do what you gotta do.

SPEAKER_03

So if your friends ever say they have to leave, let them leave. Oh, yeah, don't sure.

Twins Surprise And Early Motherhood

SPEAKER_00

That reminds me so when I milked my friend Molly in a Portajohn. Like, I'll never ever see a Portageon the same again. Like I literally milked her with solo cups because we did not want her to leave that damn tailgate. It's the bad, it is so the best. Like true friendship. I know. I'm like, there's a million RVs around there. We should have just probably paid someone like 50 bucks and like your proper couple. You're a pro and Andy. I mean, he's a I can already tell he's a proper, he's a proper man. That's so great. So then you just got pregnant naturally with twins, huh?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Well, so I was on for Mara, which gives you like a higher percentage, but not very high. So yeah. But then yeah, but like it was kind of out of nowhere. But I remember when we found out because of what we went through, I knew like the blood work and the numbers and all this stuff like that, you know. And we went in for our first appointment, and they called me with my blood work numbers, and I was like, that's pretty high for just one baby in there. But I was like, you know, you don't want to get yourself too excited, and I of course didn't tell Andy. And then we went in and it was two separate sacks, so you could see it right away. And I'm laughing, the doctor's like, oh my gosh. And Henry's like, or Andy's like, what's going on? What's going on?

SPEAKER_03

And I'm like, there's two babies in there.

Entrepreneurship Myths Vs Reality

SPEAKER_00

Oh my God. That's so great. That's so exciting. Okay, so back to the balanced child method and you just being kind of thrown into entrepreneurship. So, what has surprised you the most about starting and creating your own thing?

SPEAKER_02

How much work it is.

SPEAKER_00

Like you hear people, right? You hear like Instagram and you know, all this stuff about, you know, starting your own thing, and they make it sound so easy. Like it's this thing you go to the store and buy, like it's like, oh, here you go, plug and play.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. And it's so easy. And and like I just went through the Goldman Sachs class and there was 30 of us. And I think the other thing was you think you're the only person that these things are happening to, and it's this hard for. And it's everyone. It's just how good people can make their businesses look on Instagram. And it's it's wild because you think you're the only one that it's like this hard, and you're like, Am I doing something wrong? And then you realize, no, we're all it's all this hard. It's just we're the crazies that decided to sign up for the for the hard.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I think that on the other side of it, on the other side of the hard is the freedom, but not just the freedom, like the fruition, bringing something to fruition that you only you can. Like the things that are on the other side, I think far outweigh the hard. Oh, yeah. 100%. You know, and so that's that's really the allure of it. You know, I mean, and it just again, it I think it ebbs and flows, right? Oh, yeah. Depending on the time that you're in.

SPEAKER_02

And the heart is like it's different than like normal heart, right? Or even like when people are like, Are you stressed? or like it's different stress because it's something that you are so passionate about, and you it's like again, one of your children. And so, which that is hard too, right? You know, but you love it so much. So again, to that, it is you have really good, amazing days and really, really hard days. And um, but it's it's really cool to be able to like bet on yourself and see it work out.

SPEAKER_00

What'd you learn the most from Goldman Sachs? What was the best part of that?

Lessons From Goldman Sachs Program

SPEAKER_02

Oh, uh, gosh, learn so, so much. I mean, it hands on, I've done a lot of these different I love learning and trying to get better and taking that all in. But this one was probably one of the best I've ever been through. And I think just like the most important thing is surrounding yourself with the right people and getting yourself in the right rooms because the rest is easy. Like we can all say these things and do it, but if you don't have those people, and like I said, getting yourself in those right rooms because just you would feel it every week, that energy and that belief, and someone else is there that's gonna believe in you and pick you up, and you know, that you can call. And like I think that's just the most important thing is that network and connecting with those people.

SPEAKER_00

And and you know, it's like you just never know when you're in a room with people or even with just one person when they hear you and they care, and they're like, okay, going back in their mental role dex, like who could I who would make sense for you? You know, and it's not that that one person has to give you a hundred things, right? Like or even Goldman Sachs, like something like that doesn't have to give you a hundred new things for it to be successful, it could be one massive unlock. Yeah, but you're right, it is truly getting in the room and getting the pe the right people endeared to you and your purpose is everything. Because you can learn shit along the way, honey. Yeah, right. Like I mean and chat can tell you anything else. It's so true. Stress and inflammation take a toll on your body and your wellness. Relax, restore, and rejuvenate at Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique, book any service of a hundred dollars or more and enjoy two hours in our luxury amenities, unwind in our Himalayan salt saunas, recharge in our wet retreat space with a eucalyptus steam room, hot hydrotherapy pool, and cold plunge. Then drift into deep relaxation with our hanging loungers. What's your panacea? We'll help you find it. I have a new obsession and I need to put you on it. Mia Santiago is a celebrity stylist right here in UA, and she's the only person I trust with my hair. Her precision cuts grow out perfectly, and she's created something unreal. Headspace by Mia, her chic scalp spa. It's not just a hair appointment, honey. It's a full-on reset. Your scalp gets healthy, your hair looks expensive, and your nervous system finally exhales. If winter has you feeling dry, tired, or overstimulated, this is your moment. Go book with Mia Santiago and her amazing team. You'll leave glowing, you'll feel lighter, and yes, you'll thank me after. So I I mean, that's exactly what I was hoping that you would say. I figured you would say. Like, you know, I was I didn't think you were gonna say, like, you know, E equals M C square. I learned this really great, smart, you know. No, it's like those people, like bites by Annie. Um, well, that's great. And you guys are done now, right?

Energy Of The Right Rooms

SPEAKER_02

We're done now. Yep. We graduated. So it it's and now I have 30 people that like literally, and it's like it's like having those friends from college that are around the con around the city, you know, like you can call them and they'll be there, you know, or they'll be like, Yeah, I have this connection. Or, you know, like Annie's coming to talk to my admin team. Like, I literally was like, hey, I need a favor, boom, you know, like it's and no questions asked. And I think that's the like super cool part. And, you know, I listen to all kinds of podcasts and business and self-help, all that kind of stuff. And it's like, it really is getting yourself in those people that are pushing themselves just as hard too. Because if you're sitting around with people that just wanna, you know, watch football, I love the buckeyes, but you know, like just veg out all day long and don't have those ambitions, you're gonna become a couch potato. But you put yourself in a room like that and you're like, I gotta do something to look at least halfway as good as these people do. Like you're so you're gonna push yourself because they're you don't want to let them down almost too. You know, like even though they're not expecting anything out of you.

Sponsors & Wellness Plugs

SPEAKER_00

You just it gives you that the energy, man. I mean, it's a real thing. It's absolutely a real thing. How are you with balancing motherhoods? You got three kids. How what are their ages?

SPEAKER_02

Um, Henry just turned nine and Rose and Violet are six and a half.

SPEAKER_00

How I mean, how's that juggling act?

Networking, Community, And Growth

SPEAKER_02

I mean, it it's an art. I have a lot of calendars. Um, and everyone always told me it wouldn't get like when we were in the NICU, I remember people saying, it doesn't get easier. Like the NICU days were probably actually like the easiest days of our lives, if you know, we would think back on it now, because we had all these nurses that were just helping and doing everything. Um, but I think like I said, Andy's incredible. He's a great dad. He stepped up so like when we this Goldman Sachs thing came out. I mean, it was every Friday, eight to six o'clock, like 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Like, I don't work those hours ever. Um, I have to get my kids to school, pick them up, but he stepped up big. Um, and the kids stepped up big. Like my kids, you know, we just we make them be involved in the household too. Like Henry, his he folds all our laundry. I was like, God bless him, because I will never do that again if I don't have to. But and he sorts it and like all the things. I'm like, I should hire you out, dude. People would be like, does he really? Does he enjoy it? Yeah, like he sits and watches Monday night football and he folds and everybody has their stacks of all their stuff. I like it's almost like I don't want to put it away because it looks so good. I'm like, you are gonna be the best husband someway. He does yoga, he has good skin, and he folds laundry.

SPEAKER_00

That's amazing.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I'm arranging marriages for him right now.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god, that is so great. That is so great. What do the girls do?

Parenting Logistics And Shared Load

SPEAKER_02

Um, they like to help, but you know, we're six and a half is like you know, you're like on that. Like, but you know, we but that's the thing. Like the other day I was letting them help rap, and I'm like looking at these presents under my tree. And if you get a present from us, just be excited. But it they look horrible, but I'm like, you know what? How are they supposed to learn? So like I think that's the biggest thing too. This, I feel like our society, like everything's supposed to look perfect. And I'm like, no, no, our kids have to figure this stuff out. So I don't care that, you know, they took a whole roll of wrapping or tape to wrap one present, or I don't care if it isn't how it's supposed to look because that almost is like the like true heart behind it, you know? And I think the more people are starting to see, like, we don't want these curated lives. We want the messy lives.

SPEAKER_00

No, it's true, the real lives. Yeah. Okay, back to like the business aspect of what you do. So I love it. I love that there's no like current like rent that you're paying. I love that there's a lot of margin. Like, I I love a lot of the things about your business model. And then as you expand, I mean, it's it's not gonna be without, you know, issues, but I feel like you have a really great, simple enough, highly profitable um little puppy on your hands. Where's the first market? So you said North Carolina, but you were talking about um Well, it's Winston Salem, which is North Carolina. That was the one? That was the first one you were talking about.

SPEAKER_02

And then you have someone there already. Yes. So we're we are really, really close. I like last or yeah, last week we had the, you know, we've had multiple calls, but then like this is what it would look like on paper. And then now I'm also getting into like, you know, talking to the lawyers about all of the fun legal stuff and taxes and all that stuff that comes with it. But we're we're moving. So I'm just waiting for them to give us like, okay, we're ready to sign the contract. So fingers crossed, it all it all comes to fruition. So, but like just even laying that out, it is, it's a very easy thing to open in another city. Easy in quotations, but um I do see like there is a lot of growth opportunity with in this and the biggest thing we wanna do is you know, impact as many kids as we can. with what we're doing because we are seeing like I really wish, you know, someone could follow us around and gauge all the results we're having, which will happen someday. You know, but um it's just incredible. I was in an a school for the fall and I got to see these kids every week. And just from September until December, like it just kids just blow my mind, man. Like they are just doing I mean they're doing the hard stuff. Like they really are. Like the amount of stuff that they are learning and we are asking them to do like is insane at their age. And like I just did a class yesterday and these kids are doing a little yoga flow and they're four and a half. Like it's incredible. And just like they actually breathe like adults you ask them to breathe and they don't they're like you know and like kids are like and you're like yes get it out like you know and they're gonna I just keep being like you know it there's 24 of you in here. And if I have three of you that don't end up you know in a hospital or losing your mind like I'm gonna do my job. I did my job.

Business Model And Expansion Plans

SPEAKER_00

I think sometimes we assume kids are too young for certain things, you know, like you think yoga and you're like oh you know they're not gonna be able to pick up yeah they are oh yeah and they they want they don't know how to articulate quite like m you know with Dane. He's just now able to kind of talk through like you know he's feeling frustrated or he's feel but when you help them with breathing or like calming mechanisms like they will really adhere to that and pick up on it. I think the younger the better.

SPEAKER_02

Oh yes for sure the younger the better because you I mean you don't realize like we do we start at 18 months and they just sit there and stare at you but then you get them at like two and a half and they're doing the whole class with you and they're breathing and they are saying the mantras and like just even the energy that we are talking about like having that calming energy around them like how are we expecting kids to be calm when we're not you know so like them understanding that or just being still like we are all moving a million miles an hour.

SPEAKER_00

We don't stop so them to just stop and lay still for two or three minutes like those things are way more impactful than anyone even realizes even than when I realize yeah so I mean you know I would like to put a call out here for anyone who is a teacher or a principal or a superintendent or has some kind of leadership role at a daycare um you know there is no reason why every single school isn't getting on board with connecting like yoga, mental health, kids wellbeing I mean look at social media look at some of the things happening in some of these middle schools in our our communities kids are unaliving themselves you know we are seeing this in our in our little nooks and crannies of the world like kids aren't okay all the time. And so what are we doing to proactively make sure we've got these programs in place to allow them to breathe to say the mantras to to tap into something the yamas the niyamas you know all those behavior those yogic behaviors that are really cool yeah when you when you boil it all down. It's just human behavior how we treat ourselves how we treat other people um and so if you do have a hand in any of that or an impact in the community I would highly suggest you reach out to Amy and just see what the balanced child method can provide. I mean just see what kind of curriculum and what kind of resources.

Kids’ Breath, Yoga, And Resilience

SPEAKER_02

Yeah and I mean that's the biggest thing we're trying to be proactive with these kids and these kids have these instincts like they are born with this stuff. We just need to help continue to foster it as they grow older instead of like pushing those things away. And I think to parents like go to your PTOs, go to your principals, like give your kids that time you know if they're going to be there after school anyways like why not get this instead of just be sitting there, you know like they do enough all day long and they have enough stress like let's yeah let's add this in and we it's really cool too that we're starting to see in our own community where we have kids now that have grown up with us from daycares to the public school system and like they're coming continuing to come through our programming and that just like warms our heart because they are choosing that um and their parents and them see the importance in them doing that and taking that time. And you know we hear all the time from parents like my kids are teaching me more than I ever have known about my emotions or my feelings or self-regulation. I mean these are things that we like we were happy or sad when I was a kid. Like there was nothing else and you didn't talk about feelings at all. And now like our kids sometimes I'm like oh gosh I've taught my kids way too much because they just throw it back at me. Yeah but that's it it is it's so good and like that they are going to have these coping tools when they're older is just going to be a game changer.

SPEAKER_00

And I I guess I would say because I again living in such a tight knit community like Upper Arlington and parents are so involved and we all want the best for our children. And I hear a lot of conversation about traveling for sports. I hear a lot of conversation about you know is Jimmy in flag football is is you know Claire playing basketball we hear all of this. I don't hear a lot of chatter about any of the mental health stuff. So I would say could we carve out like 15% of our energy that we're putting towards all this competitive let's make our kid and get it I get it. I'm not saying that that's a negative thing. So don't come for me. What I'm saying is all I know you're putting time and energy into the vortex right of your kids you know of them becoming great adults. So what I am saying is as you're analyzing that right now and as the kids are coming up and as we have time to impact them as a whole, let's carve out some space now for mental well-being, for breath work, for some yoga and some some space from all the other crazy you know, so that we're not wondering when they're 18, 19, 20, 21 and they're struggling as these you know young adults, like let's get ahead of it now and implement and put some of that, even if you're not comfortable with it. Like even if you don't really know much about it. Exactly. Which I get that if we don't know something we just don't know it. But now you know the balanced child method exists. It's out there so you can't unknow it so let's carve out some space and time for it.

A Call To Schools And Leaders

SPEAKER_02

And it doesn't take a lot of space or time. No it really doesn't like you can, you know, this can just be implemented you know like I said after school or we work with sports teams. So have us come in even once a month and it makes a huge difference. And I know you know there are teams out there that work with yoga instructors, but like we will come and do workshops, we will come and work with your team and we will start as young as you will bring us in. We love all ages of kids and like you said it and you will be so amazed at what those kids take and run with that.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah so we're we're adding the coaches into the call now. Yeah coaches and you're entering the chat if you're a coach I mean that what a great way to diversify what you're doing with these kids.

SPEAKER_02

I mean not only from the mental wellness factor too but the physical like we are seeing this like college teams are doing yoga. Like they're seeing in injury prevention like all of those things that are just as important as well that we, you know, we don't want kids getting injured when they're 16, 17, 18 years old. Like they are young. They should not be, you know, and the more flexible they are the less injury there's gonna be and also parents we are going to be having some workshops this year too virtually and in person. So we can help give you these very like I am a very busy person. So I need things super simplified and super easy to in interject into our life and that's what we're gonna do for you. And I think that's the big thing too you don't need to be you know this 200 hour yoga practicing adult like you could have never done yoga before and we will help you help yourself and your child in these very easy bite-sized ways to you know carve out that time and make it impactful.

SPEAKER_00

Anything else for the good of the order around what you're doing like you'd you'd leave here and be like why didn't I say this?

Parents, PTOs, And After-School Paths

SPEAKER_02

No like you said, I mean we we have just tipped the iceberg in central Ohio and yes we're looking at other places but this is our home and we want every kid to have an opportunity to have access to this in some way. So please reach out to us. We do summer camps, we do after school if you don't see something we're offering on our website um we can probably do it and we will do it for you. Schools have brought us in for wellness days and I love that they're doing those kind of things now. And we're just I have a team that is so incredible with so much experience in so many facets. I have not only yoga instructors but I have guidance counselors. I have teachers I have PTs OTs um so girl you're stacked yeah and that's what's so cool too about like this isn't just yoga like we are doing a lot of things in our classes in those 30 minutes and we would love to work with as many kids as we can in 2026 and beyond.
