#RockStarLife: Coffee Break is a caffeinated transmission from the haunted edges of Baltimore, hosted by drag rockstar, punk hairstylist, paranormal investigator, and cultural commentator Zenobia Darling. ☕👽

Part pop culture spiral, part paranormal field report, and part underground diary of an emotionally haunted society, the podcast dives into paranormal obsession, reality TV hysteria, beauty culture, underground art scenes, internet and media decay, queer nightlife, and actually good stand up comedy—exploring the meta-theater of modern life as it collapses in real time.

With a mix of sharp commentary, drag-alien camp, dark humor, and unapologetic punk energy, Zenobia treats Bravo meltdowns, haunted locations, celebrities, and cultural collapse with the same level of importance—because honestly, they’re all connected and absolutely deserve serious shade thrown at them.

One episode might spiral through Ghost Adventures, cryptids, and haunted Maryland history, the next dissects The Real Housewives as a sociological collapse of capitalistic aspiration—approached with academic precision, a well-earned sense of humor, and the understanding that Bravo TV has become emotional infrastructure for a lot of us just trying to get through life with our sanity partially intact. This isn’t for basic bitches. It’s a glitter-stained broadcast through the crumbling facade of modern life—a survival guide for people getting through existence with good hair, strong coffee, a warped sense of humor, and at least one ghost story.

For today's Coffee Break, I beam down to Gallery 220 in Havre de Grace, MD, to have a coffee chat with Lexi Hauck. Lexi is a local creative, photographer, filmmaker, theater kid, and art administrator in my friend circle in Havre de Grace. I had Lexi watch one of my favorite movies from 2000, Erin Brockovich, starring Julia Roberts and we talked about Erin being such a Baltimore woman who has a John Waters vibe. We dish about the paranormal activities of Gallery 220 and The State Theater of Havre de Grace, Haven, John Waters, the magic of Baltimore, the new creative scene popping up in Havre de Grace, Street photography, filming the paparazzi scene of #RockStarLife: The Art Film, photography done on an iPhone vs an actual camera, the ethics of mid 2000’s paparazzi, and so much more! Also, towards the end... I go into a rant about Erin Brockovich's connection to Erika Jayne from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules!!
