From 10kms to 100 miles with Joe Thomas

Joe was a client of mine who came on board with the intention of running a 100 mile ultra marathon.
Before this he had only ever run 10km.
And to qualify for this race he had to run a marathon then 50 miler.
This is the story of how he went from 10km to running 100 miles.
