Elias Kanaris is a thought leader in the area of resilience, leadership and building trust. With over 25 years' experience in corporate and not-for-profit organisations, Elias has used that experience to become an expert in helping leaders lead. Elias has spoken in 13 countries, on four continents.

Elias is the CEO of the Insight and Strategy Group and has served as President of the Global Speakers Federation (2018-2019) and was the President of the National Speakers Association of New Zealand (2015-2017).

He is also a Founding Partner of the Conscious Leadership Team.
