Duston Harper is a thriving sales leader who attributes his success to his lifestyle of productivity. He is an empathetic leader and avid learner. He embodies the principle of a lifetime student who believes in investing in oneself through coaches, mentors, masterminds, and experts within their field. After graduating from The University of Georgia, he quickly became a sales leader earning multiple accolades in the power tool, medical device, and healthcare staffing industries.
Duston’s passion for helping nursing and healthcare leadership find a work-life balance has been his primary focus; however, he recently turned that focus towards all organizations needing a positive influence, a healthy mindset, and help with their people. He can understand the stressors and frustrations of the employee workforce, dedicating himself to making lives easier and safer and solving problems. He equates his success to flexible productivity hacks and daily routine discipline.
