Nicole started her career as an artist specializing in interior design for small residential clients in the Seattle/Bellevue area. And like most recruiters she fell into it. She started her career at a startup in the area and was able to really build out the recruiting function and learn so much. She went on to work at some wonderful  companies and fell in love with recruiting leadership. In her free time she loves to travel and is a self proclaimed Disney nerd. She is so excited to be on this journey with you all!
