We’ve been conditioned to believe that success has a specific look: the designer wardrobe, the pristine aesthetic, and the constant broadcast of luxury. But what if the highest level of success is actually completely invisible?
In this episode, we break down the psychology of "stealth success"—the power of being winning in reality while remaining entirely unassuming to the public eye. We talk about why the truly successful feel no need to project it, how the obsession with looking rich keeps people broke, and how freeing it is to let go of the external validation trap. If you’re ready to trade superficial status symbols for real, quiet leverage, this conversation is for you.
Yo, it's your main man. Roshing RCL man. Did you know that most people are burning a million amount of calories? A lot of energy. A lot of time. You feel me? A lot of ways just to make you feel like their progression is flawless. You dig like they ain't got no flaws. You dig like their progression is just it's there for audience who don't even care. Like, but the true discipline, man, true discipline is entirely different. It's the willingness to look completely stagnant, even unsuccessful at times. You dig to be to the untrained eye, while you quietly build the unshakable massive stability behind the scenes. It's about trading your short-term social status for long-term leverage. You dig? Like it's about just making yourself the person that you know you gotta be by really growing the trees. You feel me? You ain't finna go get no fake plant. So while you try to build a fake plant, you feel me, you're gonna end up right where you're supposed to be at. Back at mom's house with your nice car. You dig? So today, man, we're gonna talk about it, man. How to build up yourself without needing an audience or somebody to make you feel a way. You dig? Or make you do the things that you know that is not worthy, but for a crowd, man. So let's get into it, man. Let's get into it. RJ. Y'all talking too loud. Y'all get out. I'm telling you, be quiet. Alright, man, the trap of the performance of success. Most people are trapping the cycle of optimistic for the audience. You feel me? Like, they try to buy things they don't need, a set road they don't want, a broadcast, a broadcast, milestones they haven't even actually earned. All to maintain the veneer of progress. You dig? Like, true discipline recognizes the public um validation is expensive, not an investment. You feel me? Just it's I mean, it's an expense, not an investment. It's just something that you you purchase, but you know, it don't, you know, it don't go nowhere. It it don't move. It's just like saving your money. You feel me? You're not investing the money, bro. You're just saving it long enough, it is it's it's gonna not uh be what it would be. You dig? So it's like just you know, when you want the the um opinion, you want the the crowd to clap for you, it's a it costs you a lot. You feel me? The cost is maintaining the image requires a massive amount of time, energy, and capital. You feel me? The reality, you are burning resources to look stable. You aren't using these resources to become stable. You feel me? You doing this shit just to look like you got some shit going on. Now you got a house full of bullshit. Now you got a garage just packed out. There's got a whole bunch of shit that you don't need. You feel me? You bought this shit that you don't even you forgot why you bought it. You feel me? The garage so goddamn packed to the point that it's it's damn near you can't you been can't drive the car in that bitch number. That that shit dead. You feel me? You just got a bunch of shit in here because what you wanted to look like you had this, you wanted to look like it was easy to buy this, you wanted to look like you could get this. And really at the end of the day, it really don't matter what you look like you can do. You feel me? Like in my mind, fuck that. I'm gonna ride this hunter because it this bitch feel good not having no car, no. You feel me? This bitch feels good, not goddamn having to answer to nobody and and do this and do that. Nah, I go I do this shit how I want to do it. You dig? Like I I got them, I make sure this bitch maintained. You feel me? Like, I feel good having that freedom to just drive without with the the the constant pavement every month. You feel me? Fuck some insurance. No, I'm not paying no insurance, I don't really need that. God is my insurance, you dig? Like when you know that, you you ain't fuck that. We we know when you in a position in life, we know what's what's really needed. No, I drive too slow for that. RJ, shut up. You feel me? I drive too slow for that, man. So if I know that I ain't got time for this, man, come on. What I'm on, you feel me? Like once I know I ain't got a look like this for y'all, man, fuck a haircut. I can cut my own hair. You feel me? I can like I ain't cut my shit in two weeks now. I'm feeling I'm really finna let it just grow, keep growing. Because I work outside and this shit just purify my face and it make my hair grow like flourish, like fuck it. I ain't got all black hair, my shit be like like brown. So I don't know how it's gonna look, but I'm gonna let it grow and see what's popping though. But you know, anyways, get back to the topic though, man. Like when you want to maintain the image, man, you burn a lot of fucking calories. You you feel me? The true discipline individual is willing to accept the temporary title of uh the underdog or the outsider because they know that untrained eye judges by variables that don't matter, like titles, luxury, marking, immediate, and immediate loud results. You feel me? Like, motherfuckers gotta come pull up on you. You know, I got motherfuckers be yo, come check me out right here. This this dumb type of nigga. I mean, I I fuck with it, bro. What's up? You feel me? I'm gonna I'm gonna run your ass down. How much a car know? Shit, you nigga, I'm gonna motherfucker, you know. You don't don't talk too long. I'm gonna ask you all type of questions about this shit. You feel me? And then look like damn boy. I just you don't even party about that shit on right here. No, no, I ain't gonna tell you that, but you gonna you're gonna see about my aura and how I'm coming at that shit. If I know you and you living with moms, you better pay this bitch. Better be paid to fuck off. This house better be paid to fuck off. You better make sure everything in this bitch is done. You need to be adding another part on to this fucking house. You feel me? Like at some point, man, you can't just be maintaining and and your happiness can't be uh just snatched off uh material. You shouldn't the material should not make you feel away. You feel me? Like real relationships, you feel me, like real love. They should make you feel away, you feel me? And let's get to the man, the mechanics of this shit. This this number two the mechanics of quietly stability, you feel me? Quiet stability. While the world sees a lack of moment, movement, true discipline is actually a state of intense focus, velocity. It's it's the directional rather than performative. It involves building the infrastructure that no one sees but everyone relies upon. Paying self first in time, it means waking up at the hours and second frights and weekends to work on the foundation, the skills, the system, or access before handling handling your energy over to the rest of the the world. The invisible compound effect. Discipline is boring. It is the repetition um execution of the the microhabit that yield zero visibility that return on a day or a uh 10 a day. Hello. What the invisible compound discipline is boring for sure. It's repetitive. The um um microhabits that yield the zero visible return day 10, day 30, or even day 100. Because an untrained eye requires the instant gratification to validate the effort. It assumes nothing is happening. Okay, yeah. So basically what I'm getting for this is it's like they looking at they they just looking at the motherfucker outside. They're not looking at progress, they don't see mental progress. They don't see um they don't see discipline, they don't know what they look like. Some people don't know what effort looks like, some people don't know what um timing look like. You feel me? Some people don't know what what motion looks like. You feel me? Like it's just a lot of shit that the eyes can't see. They also keep saying the untrained eye is gonna be like, nah, this nigga here. But any nigga in their right mind know what's going on over here with me. You feel me? Any nigga in their right mind know that, yeah. If he do that for long enough, he's gonna he gonna fuck around and know some shit. You feel me? If he, you feel me? Like I know every book I done read or got in my mind, it tells me consistency is nothing that beat it. And anything you keep doing every day, you're gonna grow and you're gonna get better, and you're gonna choose ways to do it different. 10 years or something. 20 years, like I got kids. My kids from ages one to shit, 13. So these I got I got gangsters in here. You feel me? So I got a lot of, you know, uh, I got a lot of energy. I got more energy, you know. You feel me? I'm gonna keep this. I run every day. I'm gonna outrun them out. They're gonna be on my day. I'm gonna be on day 1300 by the time they get 12 and shit. 13, 18, 20. Like, damn, 1500 days, daddy. Yes. 2,000 days, like, you know, just looking at this shit from afar. Like, this is how I know I just keep my compounding. You feel me? Because the compound effect of this shit is gonna be crazy. You feel me? The shit that I'm gonna know and be able to do is gonna be uh insane. So shed the need to be for approval, y'all. Like the moment you stop caring whether a bystander is understands your daily routine or your current professional trajectory, is the moment you become dangerous. You stop leaking energy trying to explain the vision and you start using that energy to execute it. Like, fuck all that talking. I ain't I stopped talking to everybody. I don't want to talk. Do what you're gonna do. You feel me? Like handle your business. Like that's how I think every day. Like, do what I'm gonna do. I'll talk about it later. You feel me? Talk about when you get done. It's the time to play and it's the time to work. You feel me? Because at the end of the day, man, ain't nobody gonna care about you in your position. Ain't nobody gonna care about you being old and fat and raggly and can't run, can't move, can't walk, can't talk but you. Because guess what? You gotta sit there all day. You gotta be by yourself. Nobody gonna be with you when you can't walk. Don't nobody want to be around nobody that can't keep up. If you can't keep up, that's your fault. You feel me? Because you chose to you chose to act like that you was eating healthy. You chose to act like that you was saving. You chose to act like that you was really trying to, you know, progress yourself and you really wasn't. You feel me? You didn't want to stay in the hood. You feel me? You didn't want to stay down. You feel me? You didn't want to go make a plan and stay and you know, stable moms. You just wanted to go stable moms. You feel me? So make a plan, get out your position, man. Put yourself in a um place of love, gratitude, and peace. You feel me? Like find a peace of mind and become more than stable, become more than able. You feel me? Become abundant. You feel me? Become massively um grateful, become massively um generous to others. You feel me? Like get yourself together, go go master the baby steps. You feel me? Go master, go master the things that you know you need to master to get your funds in order. You feel me? Because no funds, no fun. You feel me? And this is the iceberg principle, man. Public success is just the tip of the iceberg. True discipline is the massive, heavy, unseen beneath the water, the financial runaway, the deep skill acquisition, the psychological reliance that keeps the top from capping over when the storm hits. You feel me? Like when you like that, when you built like that, man, the power of this shit is crazy, man. The power of the invisible runaway is crazy, man. And let me get into one more, man. When you are comfortable looking unsuccessful, you gain a massive strategic advantage. You feel me? Stealth. Like, what does this word mean? I don't even know what this word means. Let me look it up. Stealth. The cautious and superstitious action of movement, the silence of stealth of a hungry cat. Why did you simple way by stealth? Okay. I like that word. That's a cool word. The caution and the action of movement. So it basically means like you just the stealth of okay. Okay, I understand it. Like you're just basically doing it quietly. You doing it quietly, you feel me? When people think you are stagnant, you you then they leave you alone. They get out your way. They just like he ain't going no way, he ain't got shit going. You feel me? They don't compete with you, they don't envy you, they don't try to pull you back in the crab bucket. This gives you a quiet space to execute on the exit plan, build a business, or reinvent your mindset without friction of the outside options. Like this is totally what I'm doing right now. I don't want to have to keep going back and forth with people about me and what I want to do, or me and what I'm gonna do. You feel me? Like just do it right here, and there's no talking. Like I use all the energy I used to talk to to do. You feel me? I'm not putting none of my energy in my 30s to nobody but myself. You feel me? Because when you're quietly building a bridge of immediate action behind the scenes, by the time you are untrained, the app foundly knows what you built, disabilities are already massive, inreversible, and entirely self-sustaining. You did like you did this on your own now. You feel me? Like me doing things on my own in my 20s, it made me way better. Like, let me do this on my own. Okay, I see where I can mess up at in the real business with other people. Okay, if they're not like this, then we're not doing it. You feel me? Like, it takes a high-level psychological maturity to realize that the ultimate flex isn't being noticed, it's being misjudged by people whose opinion don't even carry no weight. While you quietly uh accumulate that freedom they can only pretend to have. Like now you really, you really that person, you really that dude because you really what you was a patient. You took your time to do what you need to do. You made sure that things were going right, you made sure that everything that you did was what in the Pacific area, and you was getting the growth that you really needed. You were really mastering a certain thing, you was really putting down your your real talent. You feel me? And all you gotta do is, man, keep grinding and keep God at first. You feel me? Once you keep God at first, man, it's gonna be easy for you to maneuver and do what you need to do, man. So y'all think about that, man. Do I want to impress people or do I want to impress myself and my family? You feel me? Once you answer yourself that question, man, do what you need to do to impress yourself, to impress your whoever. You feel me? Do that. You can feel me, because at the end of the day, man, they the only one who really watching. At the end of the day, they the only one who really cares. So stop doing things to man get the approval of the outside world and get the approval of the inside, man. If the video up, try to anything way, man. Y'all like, comment, subscribe, man. Y'all stop playing with y'all time. Y'all start playing with y'all life, man. Hope y'all have a good ass weekend, man. Y'all keep your mind on something positive, y'all keep your mind on something good, man. Stay out the way and work up in silence, man. You ain't gotta record every time, but you can. You feel me? You ain't gotta post it when you record it. Just record it on your phone. You feel me? That's how you do that, man. So y'all know what's going on, man. Y'all stop playing your time, stop playing your life. Let's go, man.
