Yo, Ishmaiman Rashim Rasiel, man. You ever had a project so big, so chaotic that you feel like that you couldn't just grab it or do it or maintain it or put it in the right, you know, structure to have it, you know, processing your thoughts, processing your life. You feel me? If so, man, today, man, you're in the right place, man. Because today I'm gonna tell you how to pick up that mess, you feel me? Like how to make sure that everything you're doing is is like it got you know some structure to it. You feel me? Because without structure, you know, a lot of things go corrupt. A lot of things uh, you know, just look like it can't be done. You feel me? Like with a million things, um, glooming, rooming, you feel me? It overwhelms you sometimes. So you so forgetting something is crucial, right? So today, man, the secret isn't working long hours, man. You feel me? The secret isn't just sitting there, you know, breaking down the chaos into a bulletproof system. In this video, I'm gonna show you exactly how to take a giant messy goal and turn it into a crystal clear work breakdown structure, then map it out on a flawless timeline schedule, right? So, how we're gonna figure this out and how we're gonna do this, right? We're gonna make sure that first of all, we do this thing called the work breakdown structure, right? And we're gonna learn it. We're gonna I've been reading it and we're gonna read it together, right? So, the first thing we doing, man, phase one is the work breakdown system. You feel me? The purpose of this is decomposition. You feel me? You are breaking down a single mess of gold into a smaller manageable chunks, right? So, say if you're trying to run a marathon, you feel me? You just wanna uh you wanna build a business or you're trying to build something, right? Well, this what's the top? You feel me? We're gonna that's why it's time to get my wall and time to get my my board, right? So anyway, say you're gonna put whatever you want at the top of that motherfucker, right? And you start breaking this down, breaking that down, and breaking that down. You feel me? You draw you three lines. Three lines, you feel me? And once you break it down, you see what you need for this phase, then you see what you need for the next phase. You feel me? Then you see what you need for stage three, right? And that's you breaking it down. You feel me? Like you seeing, okay, if I got a financial runner, I need all these specific expenses, target the six-month savings and open a separate account, right? Like access infrastructure, buy domain slash, host and build core website, create first product slash SVC. So just knowing that, okay, if I break this down small enough and I see everything that I need, I can have available visual. You feel me? Like sometimes you don't even think, like, man, you start thinking you like, hell nah. It's too much thinking, right? And once you think it's too much thinking, you're gonna automatically not do it. Really? You're gonna automatically not um you're gonna automatically not wanna have that discipline or that structure, right? Because you ain't put it down on paper. You ain't see what you finna doing for the next few months. Like somebody make a tour, they seen everything that needs to be done. Like what's what's needed for this whole tour? They checking the expenses, they checking the timing, they checking the the dates and seeing what's available, right? So this is the same thing with your life, man. You want to project what do I need to get me in a better position? What do I need to get me to the best version of myself? Like, that's the main thing. What do I need for that? What do I need to make sure this project will succeed? You feel me? Like the 100% rule states that the work um the work breakdown system must include all work defined by goals, but should you buy the goal if it's not in the um work system? It it doesn't get done. Like the level one, the ultimate goal, the phases, and number three, the packages, right? So you got level one, the ultimate goals. I just said right there at the top. Level two is the phases. What phases am I have to go through to get to this shit? And next three is the what? The work packages. What do I need to put the work in? What do I need to put the time in? You feel me? So this all goes on with planning. Planning is such a such a such a pertinent subject because it goes over our head, man. We don't want to sit down and plan. If I can sit down and plan with some people, I know I can get some shit done. But if we sitting there playing and talking and shit, plan, you're not gonna know. Ain't nobody gonna sit to the plan because they think it's a game. They think the planning phases is the wrong phase. Like you think they think this phase isn't no, this is the main phase. If you can't plan with people, you can't really get nothing going with them, right? So the next thing, the phase two is tells you what you need to do, but it doesn't tell you when. To build a timeline, you must sequence the time based on the dependencies. What must happen before something else can happen? You feel me? In the cognitive load, managing your energy so that you don't burn out. Same thing from what? Yesterday. So, what do I have to do to make sure that I'm managing this right? You feel me? Because you are managing this alongside daily life. We map this out using our realistic sequential timeline. So, what do I have to do? Let's go ahead and get the muscle. Oh, I gotta go to sleep. You feel me? Alright, that's out the way. Okay. What's next? Okay, I gotta go to work. Okay, that time gone too. You feel me? Now you got more time. You gotta travel time. You how far take, how long take you get to work? Then you got okay, what time, what time would I be back? You feel me? You feel me? If you got kids, okay, what time I gotta get the kids? You dig? So you gotta make sure that you are setting up this shit the right way and from your situation. You feel me? So you can manage time for yourself and manage time for your business and manage time for your systems, mainly. Because it's the only thing we surviving off is systems. Only reason some person is doing something is because of the system is you know, the system is a certain way. So that's phase two, man. And the next thing is, man, to put all these together, man, like months pro before being actually secure your peace of mind. Week one and two, all these three, the last three months of your expenses, identify your baseline survival note. So, say what this is what I need to survive. I need two cases survive, I need five K to survive, I need 30 cases of survival, you know, for a monthly basis, okay? So I need to, you know, make sure I got that settled right. So week three to four, open up a separate union, save an account to dedicate solar to your exit fund. Like, this is trying to get you out of your fucking job. This is how you're gonna get out your job right here. Setting up an exit fund, you feel me? Weeks five, eight, set up a transfer to pay yourself first every single paycheck to build your six-month buffer. So this six-month buffer is gonna cover you so you don't need nobody else. Uh or have to, you know, survive off a job for the next six months because you got your bill money. You feel me? You got your rent money. You feel me? You got you send your next six months building your business because your rent is paid. You feel me? You got you got your money put up so you can go make sure this is done, right? And phase three, man, transition it lunch, right? Now it's time to what go ahead and bridge the gap. Your current state to your new reality, right? Week 21, system and automation. Set up the recurrent blocks for the calendar, marketing to business, your um that runs smooth, verify the runway, ensure the six-month saving goal is met and the client system works perfectly. So them systems, everything revolves a system. So this is how you build it, man. Just having that timeline. You feel me? Like we got 52 weeks in the year. We on week 26. So we gotta get get right, man. You feel me? We got another 50-something weeks left. You feel me? 51, 52 weeks left. So let's get right. 53 weeks to the exact. So let's get our mind right. Let's let's let's make sure that we're planning to win, not to fail. You feel me? Because if we don't plan, we don't, we, we don't become the man that we want to be, man. And I didn't good these first six months, no lie. You feel me? Paid most of my damn debts off. Now I'm finna work on these school debts, and I'm I'm finna ch I really just want a good ass job to just throw all that money at that at that debt. You feel me? Kill it. The less debt I got, I got no car note. You feel me? The less I gotta pay, the more I can really do what's needed for a business or do what's needed for my exit plan so I can make something better out of myself, man. Because I know working a job is not forever, and it doesn't suppose to last forever, man. So the golden rule for this man is guard against decision fatigue and protect the critical path, man. For real. Like, have your this mind made up. You feel me? Have your mind made the fuck up and and and have that plan bulletproof. You feel me? If snow have that if this happened I can do this type of mindset. You feel me? So if you plan it, you can't lose. You feel me? Because it ain't too many scenarios that can happen. You feel me? The worst scenario is death. So you pray you're gonna have to worry about that. But other than that, man, you should be able to plan for this or that. You feel me? You should be able to plan to make sure that if this go like this, I still can have time for this. I still can do this. You feel me? And you got this, man. I believe in you, you believe in you. And you watching me, you see a young brother who ain't got nothing going on right now. Nothing. But I'm still what trying. I'm still putting out a million videos if I can, you feel me? Because I make time for what I feel like is um I plan this. You feel me? I plan to get up and make another video to keep myself going. You feel me? This is part of me. So this is what I do, man. Hope the video helped out in some type of way, man. Y'all like, comment, and subscribe if it did, man. Let's get it. Let's go, man.
