If you’re waiting for your day job to get less busy, your baseline expenses to drop, or your life to perfectly stabilize before you start building your dream... you’re going to be waiting forever.

In this episode, we’re breaking the classic loop of waiting for the ideal external environment. We argue that waiting for a "calm oasis" is a mirage, and that true clarity and momentum can only be forged in the middle of a mess.

Yo, it's your main man. Rahim Rossel man. You probably said I'll start tomorrow. Or I start when my money starts rolling in. Or I start when I get a new job. Or I start when my kids go to school. Or I start when some more shit happened. You feel me? Basically looking for the perfect time, looking for the looking for the exit route. Sometime in life, there's no exit routes. There's no, oh, you can go over here and start over here. No, it's no ending and beginning. You feel me? You just gotta walk your ass in the door and start doing what you do. You feel me? Like sometimes you're not gonna see the word finish line actually right there. Or you're not gonna see the word start right there. You dig? That is not life. So today, man, we're gonna talk about, man, there's no perfect timing. You feel me? Because it's the often, it's the ultimate productivity trap, right? We treat the future like a magical oasis where our calendar is clear, our energy is boundless, and our life is in a perfect stable condition. But let's be honest, man, that day is never coming. Every time one chaotic chapter closes, a new flavor of chaos is immediately taking its place. You dig immediately, you dig? In today's man, if you're waiting for the ideal environment, hey, it's over with. You feel me? If you're trying to build your dream through the best conditions, like right now, I had to go through a whole lot today just to get to here. It's 6.51 in my state, right? So I didn't went to work, I didn't fix my car. Now I'm here, right? It was no perfect time, and I posed the did this right after work, man. I got people far needed to fix, so it's a lot that I gotta do later, right? So sometimes this shit is not gonna be perfect, right? So today, man, we're gonna tell you why, man. We're gonna break down why clarity and momentum are the only built during the chaos, never before, and exactly how to start building your thing today, man, while your life is still a mess. Let's get into it. You feel me? So the first thing we're getting on, man, is the myth of a clean state. The myth of a clean state. Like, what's the myth of a clean state, right? So, the myth of a clean state, we habitually defer action because starting in the middle of a mess is uncomfortable. We'll tell ourselves stories to justify the delay. Once the big quarter, once, once this big quarter at the uh at work wraps up, once we settle into a new apartment, once I save up an um it's the cushion so I'm less stressed, like just waiting on this. You feel me? This is actually a substable form of perfectism and fear of failure by setting the entry barrier to an impossible perfect condition. We give ourselves a guilt-free pass to procrastinate. We get to feel ambitious about taking an actual risk, right? So just the myth of thinking that it's shit for them. Nah, we're gonna we we can what we got? What we need to do? This is where we started right there. Like, we can't start from where we're not at. We we we're not thinking about that. We we didn't got that right now, so don't even think about that. Let's just do what we can from where we at. You feel me? Because the myth of clean state is over with. You feel me? After their problem, another problem finna come. You feel me? After I fix that part of my car, something else gonna mess up. You feel me? So it's just part of the game, right? It's just part of the game. So clarity is is born in chaos. You feel me? Like, this is the second thing we're talking about. Clarity is born in chaos. So that means what? You want chaos, you want things not to be going right, so you can learn, so you can know when next thing go around, you what you ain't like that no more. You feel me? The biggest flaw is waiting on the mindset, is the belief that you need clarity before you take action. It works um the entirely opposite way. Clarity is a lacking indicator of action, not a pre-request, right? So, whatever the word is, pre-requested for it. So, clarity is a lacking indicator of action. So, once you got some clarity, it's because you took some action, right? That's basically what they're saying. You don't think you don't think your way into finding your passion or building a business. You do you do that, you do that the way there. You feel me? It's the only it is the only when you are in the thick of it, testing ideas and hitting walls and managing your time as a scarce commodity that actually uh figure out the works, what works, you feel me? So basically saying you you're not going to no chaos, you scared to do this and do that. You will never know what works and what don't work. So so put yourself in that position to go ahead and feel the chaos, feel the thrill, feel the pain, feel the things that make you change, like feel it. Once you feel it, then you what you go to the next thing. But right now, man, you need to be focused on you, focus on getting yourself in the game. You feel me? While the chaos is the best timing, then let's talk about why chaos is your best training ground. Like it's the best training ground. You feel me? Build a momentum while your life is loud and busy isn't just a hurdle to get over. It's the secret to sauce, it's the secret sauce. It forces ruthless um prioritization. When you only have 45 minutes a day because of your demanding day job, you don't waste time scrolling or overanalyzing, you focus strictly on the high-leverage task. It builds an anti-of-ferity. If you can figure out how to make progress on your goals while stressed, tired, and balancing a budget, you become unstoppable. Chaotic start builds a resilient progress. I mean, process. Then number three, it lowers the stakes. When you start small amidst your current life, this is less pressure. You can experiment, fail quietly, quietly, and pivot without the crushing of the weight of I cleared my whole life off of this and now and it and it has to work. So saying that like Matt right now, right? Ain't nobody watching me. Ain't nobody watching the fuck up. Ain't nobody really, you know, tuned in like that. So I get to change it up, switch it up, change my name, do this and do that a million times because I'm in the beginning stages. So as long as you're in the beginning stages, you ain't gotta change up. But once people know you for this, yo, you can't change. So it's sometime and the most of the time, it's good to start where you at, to start where you stand. Don't be thinking about how you everybody else look. Nah, they had they just then you didn't see it. You feel me? So you just keep pushing, and once everybody catch on, it look, you already rich. So you just keep on pushing your mindset to the set that it gotta be. So you can be disciplined and you can break the habit of not want to go to chaos. You want chaos, you want to learn, you feel me? So the more you learn, the more you earn, right? So how to break the loop today, man? Lord of bear the entry. We're gonna keep talking about this all week. You feel me? Like lower the bar. Like take some waste off. You feel me? Stop trying to find that four-hour block of time. Like right now, I only got like 10-15 minutes. I'm trying to catch a meeting and everything. Like, you got 20 minutes. You can can you write a paragraph? Can you outline the idea? Can you send one email? Like, then next thing you can do is audit the waiting excuses. Write down exactly what you are waiting for. Then ask yourself, is if that thing never changes, and am I willing to accept that I will never do this? If that answer is no, you have to start today. You feel me? Like, just go ahead and get on it, bro. And then in the um embrace the messy start. Accept that your initial output can be sloppy, your schedule will feel tight, and you will feel will be tired. Do it anyway. Momentum isn't get generated by a perfect calendar, it's generated by movement. Stop waiting for the stomach pass. Learn to build your thing while it pours. You feel me? Like, fuck that. You want the worst conditions. Like this job on me now. I I came in the worst week. I came when they was doing overtime. I'm like, man, y'all doing 66 in the sun? This is ridiculous. I was complaining my ass off. But I made it through the first week. Then now they're getting off at three now. So now it's more easier. You feel me? So make it through the make it through the hard, man. Make it through the shit that that feels like is it's is making you breaking you down, but in the end, man, it's really building you up, man. If this video helped y'all in any kind of way, man, y'all like, comment, and subscribe, man. Sorry I couldn't get get into it today because it's so late. But anyway, man, I still had to come through because today is Wednesday and I had to come through with that part three, man. So this video helped y'all, man. Y'all like, comment, and subscribe, man. I appreciate y'all for watching. If y'all even watching. But like I just said, hey, this is the chaos. This is the part with my schedule is tight. This is where I'm learning and still what being consistent, man. So y'all learn and y'all get the game of y'all, man, man. I hope y'all get the discipline and the guidance y'all need in y'all life, man. Amen.
