Why do so many of us stay stuck in careers, routines, or situations that drain us?
It’s rarely a lack of desire. The truth is, most people don’t stay in unfulfilling situations because they want to—they stay because they don't see a safe path forward. Without a clear bridge to the other side, taking a leap feels less like a strategic pivot and more like a blind drop into the dark.
In this episode, we break down how to build that bridge step-by-step, allowing you to transition into your next chapter while strictly minimizing financial and personal risk.
Yo, it's your main man Raheem Rossiel, y'all. Most people don't stay in unfulfilling situations because they want to. They stay in unfulfilling situations because they what? They put themselves in a situation where they can't go nowhere. They put themselves in an um unfulfilling situation because they don't know how to bridge that gap between doing what they want to do and doing what they gotta do. You feel me? They think they gotta always just do this thing forever. They finna go do this and be stuck in this rut forever. So today, man, I'm gonna tell you how to quit your comfort zone, how to get out of town, how to stop the safety rim, how to say, fuck it, I gotta get on down. I gotta go trucking. I gotta go off the rig. I gotta go hill. I got to go do it. I gotta go change the environment. I gotta go change the future. So I gotta do what I gotta do right now, man. So today, man, we finna get into it. How to break down the bridge while minimizing the risk, man. You feel me? Let's get into it, man. So the first thing that we doing, man, that the audit this thing is always like putting ourselves in a position to like audit the baseline expense, like cutting financial leakage to lower the cost of your transition. You feel me? Like once you cut out the financial leakage, you ain't gotta worry about no other stuff. You feel me? Once you cut out doing the thing that you know you ain't gotta do no more, you can what? Thank now. You can move now. So your exit plan is is more clear. You feel me? Like you ain't, if you doing something and you see that this is not taking you to where it needs to take you to, it's time to get out of that situation. It's time to go. It's time to say, alright, look here, I gotta go. You feel me? I gotta make a move. You feel me? Once you know you gotta make a move, it's time to make that move, right? And I'm finna get more into this part, man. So let me just let me let me load this thing up, get right, right? Because when you target the right thing, you're gonna stop, you're gonna take that leap of faith. You feel me? You're gonna take that thing that most people think you have to quit everything and finally jump, which triggers the brain survival mechanism and causes perilous. You feel me? Today, man, I'm gonna show you how to build a runway, not a damn a trap door. You feel me? Like every time you people put themselves in a trap by going to a job, accumulating bills, accumulating debt, now they stuck. You you you there. You feel me? So here's the man, I'm gonna show you how to construct one, man. In the core execution thing is the first thing you gotta establish the runaway capital. You feel me? You gotta have a fucking safety net before you say I'm finna go do anything. You need to have three to six months, six months to 12 months, six months to eight months of what income before you say I'm finna go do anything, like tackling your absolute baseline for survival, the rent, the food, and the basic bills for six months or what a year. You feel me? Like, this isn't a lifestyle panic, it's a it's a what it's your panic button number. Knowing this exact figure scrips away the VOGs, ambient fear of going broke. Now you know you ain't got you ain't going broke no time soon because you didn't what saved up your money, you don't owe nobody. You feel me? So this is how you save up. You just gotta have a plan. We've been talking about planning all last week, right? So we gotta put ourselves in that position. So when we ready to cut loose and break loose on some shit, we can go. You feel me? Once we ready to know it's time. Oh no, once we see we in a position, oh, it's time to switch it up. This week we're talking about switching it up. Like, what I gotta do, what I gotta switch up, you feel me? Like, once you know how to switch up some shit, you can build, you feel me? Like, build your assets in the dark, the parallel track, derich the transition by validating your move while you have a steady paycheck. You feel me? Like, you gotta uh see what your paycheck bringing in, and it's a good amount. Stay there, build that money up. Don't try to hop to some new shit and go get a new house, a new car immediately. No, let's build this damn saving funds. Let's let's got them, let's lower our risk. Use low hour energies early morning to dedicate our weekend blocks to the founder foundation to validate the demand of secure the initial clients. Your current funds, your current situation funds your future assets. So you feel me? So seeing how you can fund your future, like what is money gotta go to? Well, like what I gotta put it into, like you thinking like that. Like, what's what's gonna put me in a place where I can define a better future for myself, right? The next thing we're gonna do is the emotional trigger, the hard line. Never leave, never leave based on a bad day at the office. See a factual objective trigger. This could be financial milestone, example, side matching, side income matching, 75% of the baseline survival needs for three consecutive months or a specific uh trigger, right? So once you see, okay, if you had a job and you see that the timeline is very slow for you at this job, it's time for you to go. If you're not making enough to make the ends, me it's time to make your exit plan. It's time to go ahead and build a blueprint on how to run away, how to get away from everything that's making you have to do this, have to do that. Okay, let me zero everybody out. You feel me? Like, this is how you want to close in on your method. Like, when you closing in, you ain't you ain't worried about okay, I gotta do this, I do that. Nah, you once you closing in on your six months, that's all you focus on. You feel me? Because you feel it coming, and you're working for something, then you got a real purpose to be here. Like for me to work, it got to be a real purpose. I need to be having to pay something off or do something that that can be done in a short period of time with this type of job. So put yourself in that position, man. Like, go ahead and say, fuck it, I got to go. And look at how long and and and and map out your options, right? And this is the last one, man. Three, the the close call into action, right? The mindset, remind, remind them that the patience during the the build-up phase is installing. It's the risk migation. The bridge feels slow to build, but it's only structure that that won't collapse under pressure. The CTA asked the um audience to identify the very first plank of the bridge. What is your uh baseline survival number? Drop a comment or you write down it so so we can start building, right? So this is just saying this is a this is basically like an extra, right? So it's saying that we need to make sure that we not stalling on our on our greatness. You feel me? You know that you can be doing something something better somewhere else, go do it. Don't just sit in that job and and and and allow yourself to to shit just disappear. You feel me? Become the depressed, to become um, become less of. Like nah, no, you need to have your mind on. No, I ain't feeling I gotta get up out of here. This job is not what's paying you enough. When it's time to go, it's time to go. You feel me? When it's time to find something else, it's time to find something else. You feel me when you know you can go find something better and do something that's worth your time, go do it. You feel me? Because this is gonna allow stress to be a um alleviated off your back, off your mind. The dark cloud won't be so dark no more. You feel me? You'll know it's sun is you you'll know it's sunshine coming. You feel me? Some jobs pay you and you know sunshine is on the way. You feel me? Some jobs pay you and you you'll you'll never see it. You you know a bonus ain't come, you know a raise income, you know a raise only only 0.2 percent. You feel me? You know you want to get finna get a 10 10 cent raise. You feel me? 25 cent raise. Like, come on, who who the fuck who the fuck is supposed to be getting those 25 cent raise for a whole year? You feel me? Only employee, only employee that's what not valuable to the market. So let's get more valuable to the market, let's get more valuable to ourselves, let's get more valuable to our clientele. The more valuable we become, the less we have to do at work. You feel me? It might have to work a little harder at work, but guess what? At least we're coming out on top with some money. You feel me? And if we're smart enough, we don't do that for so long if it's risking us out. We just do this for the income. So this income can put us in a better position quicker than we could have been. You feel me? Like the more money you get, the quicker you can be in a comfortable position situation. You feel me? The less money you get, the longer it's gonna take you. And when it takes you so long, sometimes you forget about the goddamn mission. You start doing other shit during the mission, you just stop working and start doing some more shit. You didn't stop handling your business and just start, you didn't get back in the work got the work race. You feel me? Like, let me see. I can I work these motherfuckers. Let's let me stay here to till I get this, let me stay here till I get that. Like, then you just stuck there for the 30, 40 years, and you didn't spent all the money 401k just sitting there, you can't touch it, you didn't get no retirement plan, you don't got no emergency fund, you don't got no car fund, you don't got no house fund, like you just got a bunch of money just scattered out and spent on what? Nothing. Shit that you don't even remember that you bought. So, man, today is the exit plan blueprint. How to quit, man. Get that baseline and treat your transition like you trying to build something great, right? Like treat your transition, treat your transition like a project, establish a resource allocation, clear timelines, a structural work breakdown. Like y'all know about that work breakdown. Like, break that shit down. What I need to do first. You feel me? Like how I need to be coming, like building private assets on the side before cutting the main core. Like what I need to, you know, turn myself on to go ahead and make this thing here stronger than what it could be. And once I do that, then I can say fuck a job. But right now, you and that, I gotta get a job phase. Don't cry. Don't bitch. Let's go get it. Go ahead and move. You feel me? Some people know what they want to do for the house too, some people don't. You feel me? But once you know what you gotta do to do it, go ahead and do it. Go ahead and start planning. Go ahead and start being a man of your motherfucking dreams and make it happen because the prison moment is the only time you can make something happen. The prison moment is the only time you can do something. So once you know the present moment is the only time you finna make some shit shake. Let's make it shake. Let's do it from now. Like, let's make it shaky, baby. Like, like let's do something that's gonna really appreciate and not what depreciate. Something that got an asset and something that's that's gonna grow. You dig? And today, man, this video is for the ones that's just trying to exit, man. Build an exit plan. You feel me? How to quit your comfort zone. How to get the fuck on down. So just keep your mind on that. Keep your mind on leaving if you got to. If if this is gonna make me better, let me go be a man. Let me go, let me go do what I gotta do. But if not, man, let me stop making motherfucking childish mistakes and and and and and making babies and and making and making responsibilities that I can't take care of. If you're gonna do it, it's time to what? It's time to what? Like you, like a nigga, you reap what you sow. If you don't take care of them, they won't take care of you. You feel me? So if you're not taking care of the house, if you're not taking care of yourself, it's because you what you you just it's you're too much in your comfort zone. You too comfortable being fat. You too comfortable being broke. You you too comfortable not having nothing. You too comfortable not doing nothing. You too comfortable not being in a being in a position that you want to be. You you you done got comfortable doing all the wrong shit. You feel me? You done let your mind say, nah, this is what we do, this is our safety zone. And you stronger than it. You feel me? You watch me, you know you're stronger than that. So go ahead and act like you're stronger than it. Act like you want to be better than it, and you're gonna start being it. Whatever you act like, you are. You feel me? So act better, you do better, man. If this video helped y'all and it can away, man, y'all like, y'all comment, y'all subscribe, and the main thing, man, y'all build up that motherfucking tribe so y'all can get through whatever y'all get through, man. This we're gonna talk about how to switch up the route, how to switch it up, like the cost of delay. Like, we're gonna talk about this. You feel me? The identifying liquidation, like the hardest part of changing direction. Then we're gonna identify what? That again up in the morning again. This shit is never stopping. Because sometimes you know you can change it by just one or two hours of what? Change direction. And we're gonna pivot, man. Like managing the chaos of shift. Like, sometimes when people gotta shift some shit over or get into another gear or turn it up, sometimes they don't know how to turn it up, they don't know how to lock in on that one thing, man. So this week we're gonna go over focusing on one thing, one thing only. And once I learn how to focus on it, I'm good. I ain't thinking no more. You feel me? Because I know how to lock in, I know how to think. I know how to put myself in positions where I'm not fully um misunderstood. So once you understand yourself, you you you're not gonna put yourself in a bad situation. Once you understand yourself, you're not gonna hang around certain crowds. You dig? So understand you, understand yourself, understand your exit plan, understand where you're going. Like, everything needs to have a date on it. Like, nigga, because nigga, this is life. You need to put a date on that shit. Like, nigga, what you making? Okay, what you taking? You feel me? You need to know what's going on so you can have an end game. Like, I used to look at me, like, damn niggas, you can have bills forever. You gonna make it? It shouldn't be that many damn bills. Forever? Hell no, y'all niggas tripping. And once I saw it, I said, nah, it's I it's somebody I can listen to that that has been through this shit and it's a different way. You feel me? Because credit don't end. It don't when you pay this shit back, you want another credit loan. You want a discredit, no, I don't want no car loan. I don't want you want you want another house loan, you want another money? No. I see now the more you want, the more you down there make yourself need to do. Nah. Won't let you be your best. Let's go, man.
