Accident of the motherfucking decade around this motherfucker. Ain't no motherfucking way I thought this shit would happen. You feel me but it happened and now you gotta what? Deal with it. No matter what it was, or was it business failure, you feel me? Loss of loved one. God damn it. You knew that was coming. You ain't know when. You understand me? Accidents. God damn it. Oh, or goddammit, lump sum, warrants, all type of shit. You ain't no telling who's watching you, what's going on. But you now you gotta what? Deal with this hected ass moment of your life. You're currently trying to what reinvent it, invent it. You dig? Or you just trying to figure out the next step, you feel me? Because shit went sideways for a second. But you are not alone. Today we're gonna talk about the messy, beautiful art of picking up the pieces, man. Welcome back to the channel. If you're new, man, y'all hit the like, comment, and subscribe button. Understand me? Get up in there for your boy. And don't like here. And don't feel like starting over isn't the end of your story. Mm-mm. It's just the beginning of the comeback when you gotta pick up the pieces. When life falls apart, you get the rare opportunity. You get to choose exactly how to put all the pieces back on the motherfucking puzzle. Understand me? This is what I've been practicing in my life. Let's pick these puzzles up. It's okay. This could have been a mistake, Raheem. But this is what I knew, Raheem. We went to school, Raheem. It's okay. We went for school for the wrong thing, Raheem. Okay, Raheem. Okay. What you finna complain about it? You finna get mad about it? What you finna do not do nothing? Say I went to school, man. I'm for the wrong thing, but I'm finna I'm finna quit. I ain't gonna do shit. Fuck no. You're gonna get the fuck off your motherfucking ass and find some find a motherfucking way. Start this shit over today. Understand, you gotta be it. You gotta be in life no matter how long we don't get to choose how long we be here. You know, you can shorten your time up, you know. You can, you know, you can end this bitch, of course. But you don't get to choose how long you gonna be in this bitch. Ironically, you can't just say, ah, I'm gonna end this bitch today. Nope, it ain't just happening like that. You can't hit the button like that. It don't happen like that. You have to starve yourself out for some days. God mean that's like hard, huh? You can have to pull the trick yourself. No, no, no. Uh-uh, this is gonna be it's gonna be hard. You can pull the trick your damn step and still end up alive. Thought you would die. You can try to overdose and still be alive. No, it's it's not, it's not gonna go the way you planned every time. It's not. And that's just and that just is what it is. Once you know that it's some shit is not just gonna ride and slide the way you think it's gonna ride, right? You gotta choose to say, look, I can pick up these pieces and put them back perfectly. I can spend more time. I can I can do better. I can think better, I can think clear, man. Fuck that. You can come back, boy. Like, that's so right, right. You show you can come back a rare, huh? Fuck it, let's go and go for that. Put myself through school. No, school for me yourself is long. It's a long, it's a long school of life. It's long as hell. You ain't in this bitch learning, you in this bitch burning a bunch of calories. You mad, sad, ugly, fat, black, white, ass crack, showing all motherfucking day ass motherfucker person. Like you, use a motherfucker that don't give a fuck. Cause you don't learn. You don't learn. You don't like it. You like to be complaining. I hate that shit. That shit does it each me. I don't even hear it. I don't complain around me, watch I cook. I'll leave I talk. I got them get on down from your way. And you look like the motherfucker that complain. I'm not nah. You look like a motherfucker that just wanna be the average. Nah, I don't I don't want to be around him. I'm not even nothing. I'm not finna even put my mind on that shit. You look like a motherfucker who gives up today. No. We not doing that. So man, when you want that shit, man, you want to pick up no pieces, you're gonna get that, man. So I done yap about four minutes about the goddamn it, you know, about the intro, but let's get to it. You feel me? There is a distinctive, quiet kind of courage in looking at life or a phase of life that has completely shattered. You feel me? Like choosing to roll up your sleeves in a way saying, fuck that, man. Shit, man. You know what? Come on, get to work. I'm tying my motherfucking shoes up. You feel me? Let me just still do the fuck I gotta do. Let me still have been there. I done made it all, made all these damn kids. I gotta take care of them. You dig? It ain't no way around it. It ain't no way I'm finna not take care of them. You dig? You got to say, it's time to get in. No, I didn't do this first. Nah, I don't give a damn. You gotta start from where you are. You feel me? You gotta do what you gotta do from where you went today. You can't do nothing today about tomorrow. You can't do nothing today about the next day. You gotta do something today about that. You can't wait. You can't wait about life. You gotta really do something today. What would you do that day and get some money? What would you do this week to get some money? You gotta line this shit up. You gotta keep your accountable somewhere close to you. You gotta have this shit focused. You gotta have this shit near you. That's how you only you gotta become obsessed with this shit, man. Like we live in a culture who's obsessed with the after picture. You feel me? We love the clean, polished comeback story. You feel me? The glossy redemption. You feel me? The arc. The triumph in this line. But that actual act of picking up the pieces, it isn't clean. It isn't linear. You dig? It's messy. It's a brutal form of art. You dig? And we're gonna talk about how it looks in reality, right? So you know this shit just gonna get, you know, just it don't it don't look pretty like right now. This shit, man, look at my hair. Look at my roof. Look at hey, it ain't bad. But it can be better. But I ain't finna touch it right now. That's how motherfuckers be looking like T.I. when this shit was like that. Oh nah. Let this shit grow. Getting that shit done every month when it gets this long, nah, that's how you fuck it up. I gotta go through the ugly to get to the beautiful. That's all. I love though. You gonna see that I'll see this shit grow from here to here to here. Y'all gonna see that shit. That's how I see it already. You understand? But it's gonna be different environments every time. It's just gonna get though. That's how it's gonna get. You feel me? So don't worry about the picture right now. Don't worry about the picture. Get in the picture, though. Get in the picture so you can see yourself real. You feel me? See yourself goddamn, you know, turn to, you know, this and that, that, that hood. From go from this hood to that hood. Man, come on, man. Fuck that. Fuck how I look. Once you get over that how I look, shit, you're gonna be crazy. Trust me. It's a person listening right now. Ooh, I show how I look right now. I'm sure the only thing about how I gonna look when I get right. Fuck it. Because you don't believe in yourself too much. If you believe in yourself, you can get a friend that bitch no matter what. How you look, fuck it. Get on that motherfucker right now. Come on. Let's record, hit B-roll, let's go. Action. You feel me? Like you get to cut. Like the reality, right? When something breaks, whether it's a relationship, a career, a hearty journey, or a version of yourself, your thought, you'll be forever. The immediate aftermath is chaotic. You out of there. You sick, you down, you lost your job or your dreams. You went to school for nothing. Your ass gotta go overhill. Man, this shit get crazy. You you you don't know what to do with yourself. You didn't get to go to the NFL. Now you fucked up. You didn't get to go to the NBA. Now you feel like, man, life is coming to a dead end. You feel the worst way. You don't know how to feel no more. You feel me? You didn't make it to the major leagues. Now your ass gotta go to the motherfucking major goddamn conditioning place. Like it goes, man. And you gonna you you just gonna do cry about it? You don't get your bitch ass up. Life don't care about that crying shit, bro. It's like a flower dying. Bitch, I don't care about you gonna get no sunlight. That's on you. You ain't gonna give me no sun, I'm gonna die. You understand me? That's why God made the sun to go around the whole everybody. The same sun, the same wind, it it fills us all up. We all feel it. I feel that heat just like you feel it, motherfucker today. You went outside, I felt it too. That shit hot. We all connect to that damn sun. You felt that wind blowing and drying, and I felt it too. We all out here. So once you know, man, it's gonna be messy out here, man. Get your ass up. Get up. Get the fuck up and try it again, Raheem. That's all I tell us. Get up. I don't give a fuck. Try it again. You feel when you get cut? You can't shift through the broken glass without getting nicked. In real life, man, the experiencing the grief, anger, anxiety, the frustration of taking one step forward and two steps back, it's gonna get there. But you gotta learn, okay. I know what I'm fucking up at. Learn what you're fucking up at and get that shit out the way. You feel me? Like confusion of sorting. When you are standing in a wreckage, it's hard to tell what's and worth saving and what's needed to be thrown away. You might be clinging to the old habits or people that are no longer fit to new reality simply because they are familiar. That's it. They just too damn familiar. What? You remind me of doing nothing. You think this shit funny too. No, a person just like this. Not having shit is funny. Man, you don't man, I'm finna get from run. This shit ain't nowhere near cool. You think goddamn it being broken instead? Nah, uh uh. Let me get from around your way with this shit. No, I know I'm gonna be gone. I fuck with you. The timeline. You feel me? Just the just the myth of this shit. Motherfuckers think they really can beat this shit like this. I'm gonna enjoy life like this forever. I'm gonna stay in this position forever. Oh hell no. Yo, ass, I gotta get my round. It's new. I like I'm I'm a I'm a nigga. I like reading new shit. I like doing new things. I like going new places. I don't want to go to I've been out 10 times before. Nah, I'm good on that. The timeline if there's no schedule for healing. Some days you feel like entirely rebuilt the foundation. The next day a small trick reminds you that you're still standing on that same construction zone. You feel me? Like, you ain't built shit yet. So that's how it be with me sometimes. Some days I'll be up, some days I'll be down. Some days I'll be like, damn. Why the fuck I'm still alone? You know, you're gonna have that type of feeling. But what you fuck you gonna do? You you won't let that feeling stay with you all day? Hell no. I'll kick that feeling out about an hour. I'll probably be in my feeling about 30 seconds, about a minute or two. You feel me? It depends. But if you say you're gonna be in your feeling sometime, you're lying. Hell no. Every day I'd be in my feeling about something for a couple of seconds, probably a minute or two. But I mean them bitches for sure. I be sick about some shit sometime. You feel me? I fuck around and go to sleep. Let me go to bed. When I go to sleep, missing. This is how I'm a depression. I know. Uh-uh, I don't want to be here. Let me go to bed. You feel me? I get to have dreams and good dreams. I have good dreams. So I'll be ready to go to sleep. Motherfuckers, I don't have bad dreams. So sleeping does nothing means sleeping ain't got no motherfucking, we ain't got no type of problem with each other. We love each other. You feel me? The beautiful art of this, man, though, you you can rebuild this shit, y'all. You feel me? You you can discover your true intention. You can you get to choose. You feel me? When life is perfectly intact, we often run on auto pattern. You feel me? When it breaks, you get a rare blank came opportunity to ex. Who do I actually want to be next? You feel me? So that's where I'm at right now. I get to choose this shit, and I get to choose. Alright, shit. Well, fuck, I'm gonna do this. I'm over here with it. You understand me? I'm over, I'm gonna get on this podcast and this um motivation and this healthy shit. That's what I want to be on. This shit doesn't keep you around long anyway. Yeah, if I don't try anything, I'm gonna try that. And that's what I'm doing. You understand me? Like you gotta know what you want to do. You feel me? You gotta know what you are doing. I wanna be healthy, fit, hell out a lot of money. Helping a lot of goddamn people doing it. You feel me? That's the only way I'm gonna get it anyway. Helping a million motherfuckers get healthy, get mentally fit. You feel me? I'm gonna find a way how how to maneuver this shit so it what helps others mainly though. Because that's the main thing. This shit here, I can do this shit all day. That's why I'm doing it now. I can talk this shit and get in front of the crowd and I can talk this shit all day. But we can go, we gotta go. I'm gonna get some shit going, though. We're gonna be some good exercise and some working up. But I gotta what? Build into that person. I can't expect to hop in that person's body like that. I can't expect to be the motherfucking man like that on top of the rip. Nah. Just like it took me a minute to get my clientele up doing phones. It's gonna take me a minute to get my clientele up helping people out with their mental and their physical and they, you know, just the whole aspect of this shit. I gotta become that person that I'm I'm talking about. I ain't even him yet. So I don't expect the the crowd to sink in. I expect me to build this discipline and this morale through what? Consistency. You feel me? Through pleasure in doing what I do without compensation. You feel me? Because when you can do something for free, oh I ain't gonna be fucking up there to fuck with you when it's time for a fee. Now it's gonna be the price gonna be way up there now. I ain't gonna know you. And this is and then this is life. This is how it's supposed to go. You don't supposed to help nobody out that didn't help you out when you was down. No, it's the price is the price. And the price right now is very low. You know how they go. You feel me? So this is what you do, man. Like, look at that shit, man. Like the crack, the cracks let the light in. Run, ruin, ruin is the road to transformation. The empathy, depth, and the wisdom you gain from putting yourself back together make you a profoundly more compassionate human being. You feel me? It's all I'm become really more compassionate with people. Like becoming a business, business-minded, a kind-minded, a god-minded, a spirit-minded person, man, it'll make you just damn I'm sorry. I'm fucking sorry. You feel me? Like that that how my shit comes out, it's different, but it's the same empathy that I anybody, everybody else view like pure um understanding of of um generality of people. Like, nigga, damn, I ain't know why I fucked you up like that. Well, I wasn't even trying to hurt your feelings, nigga. You feel me? Like, but now I know what's going on. Oh yeah. Tinder, tinder, tinder. Don't be saying that shit right here. But I had to know I'm tinder too. You just can't say shit to anybody. You can't say say shit to everybody. You gotta watch how what you speak, watch what you say, watch how you treat people, treat people the way you want to be treated. So it's a lot of shit. I had to start reframing and saying it a different way. You feel me? You love people, you gotta know how to say it, man. And there's ways to say it, you feel me? Because once you discover your true center, you learn exactly what you are made of. You feel me? The external scuffling falls away. Like what the people say on the outside, this shit, man. I ain't studying it. But he keeps cool. He alright with me. You feel me? So people know that about you, man. They good with you. And the last thing about this, man, we're gonna how to practice the art, man. Don't rush the sweep. Allow yourself to feel the weight of what was lost. You can't rebuild something sturdy if you're trying to ignore the debris. You feel me? So you gotta what, man, look at it, it's alright. Yeah, yeah. I wish, I wish. I say everything as some shit's my system. I wish. You feel me? I'm trying to get it like that right now. I'm trying my best. You feel me? Just keep on saying, and your body's gonna get there because you're trying. Don't say nah, hell nah. Uh uh, don't like annoy like you don't know what he's talking about, or don't nah, hell no. Acknowledge that shit. But not as the power, but knowledge the source, acknowledge the goddamn object in front of you. Acknowledge that shit so they can know it. Yeah, that boy, damn. He ain't got no mind saying either. I'm gonna hurt a little feeling. Nah, boy. It's a man over here. It's a man, look him in the eye. Talk to him. Let him know. You feel me? Like, pick up one piece at a time, too. Don't just fix your entire life by next Tuesday. Focus on that on their daily choice. Their next hour, really. Just focus on the next hour. If you're a real nigga, I'm gonna tell you the man to man. Fuck the next day. Focus on the next hour. You feel me? Don't try to fix your life and fix the next hour. Who can I do the next hour to help me out? That one hour right there, there's just for the day. Boom. Do it again tomorrow. You feel me? Now you picking up pace. Now you picking up momentum. So don't just try to fix everything that they fuck that. Let me fix it the next hour. Then like uh I can't do the next hour. The next fucking free hour I get to do something, I'm I'm gonna I'm finna go do it. You feel me? This is what I try to do with running. You feel me? The next I'll just clear my mind. Okay, now I'm gonna do some more shit. Cash this out. You feel me? Like just get that on your mind. You feel me? Like, and the whole time you're doing this shit, when you writing your damn story, expect some scars. You feel me? But paint them gold. You feel me? Make your scars gold. You feel me? Like make them bitches tattoos. You feel me? Accept a new version of yourself and what you look like. You feel me? Like the varies isn't failure. It's your history. You feel me? It's your strength. It's your it's uniquely yours. You feel me? Like this this scarves were made for you only. You survived these things. You feel me? You survived these acts. So you once you survive that shit, man. You just keep fighting. You pick up the pieces, and it's gonna work out. Pick them up and just keep moving, man. Y'all stop playing your time, y'all stop playing. Like many videos about the end call with me, I like, comment, and subscribe. Man, pick up them pieces. Thank God. Let's get a let's go.
