In this episode, we break down the architecture of personal truth—closing the dangerous gap between what you say matters and how you actually live. If you want an honest look at your true priorities, stop listening to your internal monologue and start inspecting your data. Your calendar and your bank account never lie.
We explore the hidden psychological cost of self-deception, unpacking how small broken promises and daily micro-lies quietly erode your baseline self-trust. Plus, you'll get a practical framework to audit your time-blocking against your core values, helping you dismantle friction and build absolute integrity with yourself.
Yo. Yo, it's your main man. Rahing. Ross yeah, yeah. Most people mistake their intentions for their identity, right? Like they look in their intentions on what they intend to do versus what they are really doing. You feel me? Like they define themselves by what they plan to do, by what they care about, by the standards that they hold in their head. But in their brain, in the real world, they only register what you execute. You feel me? Like people only gonna really know you for what you physically do for them. You feel me? Or with them. You dig? They're not gonna know you for what you think of yourself. You dig? If you want to know what you actually value, stop listening to the internal monologue that's in your head all day. Look at two places. Today we're gonna look at two places. We're gonna look at your calendar and we're gonna look at your bank account. The data does not lie. Every time you set an alarm or hit snooze or block time for deep work and spending the scrolling, you tell your subconscious one thing, my word doesn't matter. Like once you tell yourself that it's over with, like today we're gonna break down the architect of personal truth. Like how Marco lies, self-sabotage yourself truth. The exact three steps we're gonna add to these things today, y'all. Let's hop right into them, right? Like this is this one like this week we're gonna talk about intentions, like stuff that you can't see, basically. We're gonna talk about things that you can't just do, but stuff that you know this is this is actually you. Because like what you intend to do versus what you're doing, like that's a whole different subject. Like that's a whole different thing. So trusting yourself and knowing your trueness and knowing your real self, this is how you get to a different place, this is how you move different. Cause most people like when you mistake something for okay, this is me, but it's not you, like, man, come on, cuz like you can tell what you care about, you can tell what you love, you dig? So let's get into it, man. When you plan your daily actions consistently, they clash on your over your stated values, it creates an internal friction, meaning that you pull in two different ways. You telling your brain that you that you this person, but you doing this type of activity. You feel me? You having this type of company, you dig? Like every time you unpack yourself, every time you un every unkept promise to yourself chips away at your self-trust, leaving behind a subtitle, constant tax of self-deception. Like you deceiving yourself once you are not moving the way that you said that you supposed to be in your head. Like you had a whole plan written out for the day, but you telling yourself that you want to do this. You didn't do none of it though. Like, so how you look at yourself, you look at that as okay, I am deceiving myself. I'm not being the person that I'm trying to be. I'm not aligning with my intentions. Like my actions show totally different. When your actions show that, man, you gotta have a mirror test. The first thing is your calendar and capital. Your internal monologue is a subject, subject of cogn what the damn word. Cognitive bias, but your data is entirely impartial. If you know, if you want to know what exactly what you value, ignore what you say and expect in two places. Your calendar. How you allocate your 168 hours each week shows your real priorities. Claiming health is a top priority while devoting zero, none negotiable blocks to your sleep and meal prep, or even movement is a conflict in data. Right? So this is saying basically, you saying you want to be in shape, but you won't make no time to work out, you don't make no time to eat, right? You don't make no time just to be in motion. Your whole day evolve around you sitting on your ass. Like waiting on some shit to happen, waiting to do this, waiting to do that. Like, once you put yourself in that position that you waiting on some shit to happen, waiting on some shit to go down, you don't want to be in shape, bro. Just be honest. You feel me? Like, you know me, you know I'm you got some fruit on you, man. Hell yeah. Yeah, I got some nuts. I got some fruit, some nuts, seeds, which one you want? You dig? Like, that's just me because I want to be healthy. Like, I tell myself this so I go get things that contribute to my health. You dig? I tell myself, like I be telling myself this though. I don't want to have a six-pack, and I don't I don't know if I want to get bigger, but I don't want to get bigger, and I don't want to get smaller. So I'm like, damn, you want to look the same size? Yeah, but I just want to be more um faster, basically. You feel me? More flexible, like this type of shit. I'm not trying to get big. Them niggas that's big, you gotta keep that up. That's a lot of maintenance. That's like having a lot of cars, a lot of parts on your you know body part. You gotta keep all this shit up now. No, I don't need all that. So um the next thing is like I know, okay, I don't want to do this. So I'm not gonna overeat. I'm not gonna eat too damn much. I'm not trying to get big. I'm not trying to get fat. You feel me? And if I do, I need to go make some put some miles in tomorrow. You dig? I need to go put some mouths in the nigga. I put mouths in every day. But putting miles in is gonna what keep me in that position where I ain't gotta devote myself to being a big lazy motherfucker. You dig? So if you're not if you don't want to be somebody, you're not gonna, you're not gonna take on their priorities, you're not gonna take on their uh habits. Like stop taking on what a fat person would do, habits. Like, you know this is fat. Like when my girl got some shit the other day, I said, baby, that's big back activity. You know that. No, chill out with that shit right now. She still got it. That's on her. That's her back, not mine. And I ate something with her, you dig? But I'm gonna I'm gonna go run. I'm gonna go get my shit off me. But she's not gonna, she's not finna go run. So once you got some shit like that on your mind, man, look, you wanna be this type of person. You need to be embodying every habit they got. Because your intentions, this is what you're known by. Are you known for working over here? Oh, this is what they know you by. Are you known for doing this? Oh, this is what they know you by. You dig I'm known for this the dude that fixed the phone. You feel me? Oh, this the dude that you know that do such and such. Yeah, nigga, that's me. Yeah, what's which what yo on what's going on? Uh okay. Let me look at you feel me. That's when I put my glasses on. That's when I shit. Let me get in tech mode. You dig this what people know me for. You dig you can't, you can't you can't expect people to know you for okay, nigga. You do that, nigga. I how am I know that? You ain't you I ain't seen not one video. I ain't seen not one dance, nigga. I ain't know you do this. You dig, you gotta advertise what you do. You can't just say I'm doing something and everything you you do, it contradict it. Man, come on, cuz. And let's get to the next topic, man. Your bank account. Where your capital flows reveal what you actually support. Subscriptions, impulsive buys, daily friction reduces shows where your practical commitment lies. So saying, look at if you say you might you want to be rich, like this, me. I'm on my ass about this one. I say I want to have money, I say I want to do this, I say I want to, you know, just be a rich motherfucker, like everybody in the world wants to be. Let's be honest. Everybody wish they has some uh at least the over the money they need. Stop asking for the money that you just want. I had to learn that. God give you exactly what you just want. You feel me? You just able to do this, there's it. You feel me? But you gotta ask and you gotta, and he's gonna start giving you ideas so you can act on those things. So you gotta start acting on if you want to have more. You wanna be making a hundred thousand plus, you wanna be making five hundred thousand plus, you wanna be making a million plus, you wanna be making ten million plus. Nigga, okay, you need to get to work. It's a lot of ideas gonna be hitting you. You need to start putting them things to action. God don't give you the money, he gives you the ideas. And the ideas, they give you the what? The compensation, they give you the clients, they give you that that push that you need, you know? So you just gotta, like that's the thing I saw and said, like, make plans that you can't afford. And that's real. Like I shit, yes. I've been making hella plans. You feel me? Not the not like I need to, but I've been made like three, four plans. Like, damn. No, how that's gonna happen. But shit, I'm gonna let God have it. You dig? Like, cause you you think about it's gonna fucking fuck you up. So you just need to start working when you can. That's why they say step by step. You feel me? Like, don't if you know some shit is above your pay grade, don't do it. Ake wage. I'm broke right now. I don't, I'm not finna go buy no brand new car. I'm not finna go move for no big ass house. I'm not finna go move nowhere that I know is finna scratch me out. Oh, you can pay the bills. Just pay the bills? No, we're not doing that. You feel me? You got you need to be able to know, okay, this is the position I'm finna be in, and this is what I'm finna support. Because when you support and shit, you need to make able to make sure that you're not gonna be on life support later on. You feel me? You need to put yourself in the best position. Like, whatever your money concept is, whoever you believe in, see it all the way through. Like, look at it five, ten years from now. Look at it 20 years from now. Did this shit, would this shit be substantial? How big is the risk? Then you'll start moving on it. Because right now, man, like I just got into my, I done paid all my little small debts off. Now I gotta get to the stool debt. I need a real job to pay this type of shit off. If I'm gonna pay it off for like bruh talking about, goddamn. You feel me? Zero debt, it does sound good to me. I don't want no debt. Fuck that. We we we're gonna play this game. Let's play this game the right way. Fuck it. I'm gonna play it safe. I'm just gonna keep on getting first down. I don't want to play it like that. Y'all playing like this over here on this side of the town. Fuck it. Let me get a first down. Let me stop trying to throw so many damn touchdowns. You feel me? Like, that's my problem. I want to throw a touchdown every time. I don't want no no. Hell no, I'm trying to wait time. Like this, every that thing, this is the black mindset. Like, I'm trying to go hit the lotto. Or I'm trying to go um get a scratch off, or I'm trying to um come up with this type of shit. Man, no. Slow game, man. Be no game. Fuck that's why most people stop playing the game because they so it's so slow. But when you look up, bro, shit ain't slow, nigga. The same time like you had when you was little. You just looking at it in different now. You feel me? You just looking at it in a totally different respect. So this is what reveal who you really are. Nigga, you don't want to do nothing for the day. You you scared to get on that thing today and say what the fuck you gotta say. You feel me? You ain't putting nothing on your shit because then you ain't got nothing to say. That's your problem. You feel me? Everybody got something to say, but if you scared to say it, that's on you. You feel me? So let's get back to the imposter. I done got way up talking, but it is this still the same thing. Like your intentions versus your action. This is what I'm talking about today. This is the main thing. Like, why is your action showing different? Let's align this shit. If I say I want to read, right, I'll get my ass up and read every day. If I say I want to be the writer, I need to write every day. You dig? Like and I'm just in trying to, it's my morning that you really get it, y'all. I see that now. You gotta have a block off in the morning time where ain't nobody up. That's the only time you get to win. Only time, well, then you need to be hitting pavement. Money needs to be circulating in your pocket. Money needs to be getting made. You feel me? But before everybody get up, you need to be in and make your mental money. Like I've I really, my, it's so take time to get into that mental mindset in the money. But when you get that shit, I did a couple more than a couple times. But just doing it every day. Like, damn. This takes some this takes some lifting the weight. This is this is like this is harder than running. Getting up being mentally scrapped, nigga, man. This take, this is why you gotta get get somewhere in that morning, get be pressure. Like such pressure, because just the only time you're gonna be here quiet. Anybody up but you. Nigga, do what it do. Come on, make some move. You gotta have your man made up the night before. Like, let's get up and make this money, let's make this mental money. Because you don't, some the shit that you love to do, you're not getting paid for right now. You're not gonna get paid for right off. You just gotta do it. So let's get that locked in, right? And the next thing is, man, self-deception. The psychological of cost of micro lives. Self-deception rarely happens in massive draft ships. It happens through micro lives. Small lives, like sending alone for 6 a.m., hitting the snooze button three times. That's me. I got my I didn't sit, I didn't bother down now, because I stayed right here. You started too high. I started at fucking two o'clock. Nah, I did three, three o'clock, three o'clock. They said, yo, you thank them best at three. Like it's something like your subconscious the high. I'm like, nigga, who getting up at three? Damn. So I had my shit set up like that like a whole month. My good mad as shit. Motherfucking alarm going off. I'm man. I'm like, you don't get up or what? Nigga, no. Hit that button. Stoop bad thing, hit the wrong button, snooze button, hang. Shit going off every 10 minutes. I'm hot. I'm like, yeah, I gotta cut this shit down. I did about like a week because a week or a month or so, then I cut it down to four. Nope, can't do four either. It's just like I gotta go sleep too early. I'll be going to sleep late sometimes, and that's my listening part. I know you can go in a bed early. I don't even put the the the bed, the kids' bedtime at 9.30. Shit, they ain't even sleep yet. Shit, I gotta get some sleep sometime. And I don't even do, and I know notice too. If I don't eat a lot of some shit, I can get up, I don't need about four hours of sleep, five hours of sleep. I don't need that much sleep. Like my body don't got restored itself that long if I don't eat bad. If I eat good all day, oh I don't need no sleep. Fuck it. Give me two hours. Give me two naps in a day. Feel me? Take two, three hours out the day, I'll be straight. You feel me? Don't just I need to be doing something though. I can't just be doing nothing. But man, when I got some shit on my mind, I can work all day long. We don't need no damn break. I ain't been eating stupid. Shit, all I need is a man, come on. No, I don't need just a goddamn description and an agenda. So it's saying saying you'll finish a project by the end of the day and push into next week without a valid reason. Like this is just, I don't like them type of lies. That's no hell nah. We ain't I give myself them moment last. Like, nigga, you finna get up and do it later on in the day. Like right now, it's late in the day, it's four o'clock. Man, nigga, I suppose the band did this, but I had what other shit I had to do. And I did that. You feel me? Like you make sure the main shit done before you go do the other shit. Like you need to know, okay, this is the main thing. This need to be filled, this, this need to be fulfilled before the day over with. I need to do this shit first off in the morning. I'm on your ass. I'm I'm up I'm up there. Uh I'm sending you that over. You feel me? Or goddamn it, I need to be done editing in this by that time. She you do that shit in the morning while you're about to sleep, shit. That nigga wake up happy. You feel me? Your customer wake up shit lit, ready to come, you know, do business with yourself. You gotta be just on your P's and Q's, man, when you wanna do shit. Good say blocking time for focus work and spending time the next 20 minutes and checking notification. Like that phone shit too. Nigga, right, I ran. Like I I catch myself so much. It's bad, y'all. Like nigga, you start catching yourself, just do it just randomly one day. Just y'all done account how many times you get on the phone uh on social media, just trolling without even thinking about it. I do this shit too much. I get on that bitch one minute. Damn, nigga. I thought we okay, okay, okay. You feel me? I gotta really tell myself, nigga, get out the phone. What the fuck is you supposed to be in the leading videos? You got too much memory. You over here just scrolling. I need damn nerd to put the app, make it invisible damn near time ready to look at it again. You feel me? Because my brain just it knows how to go right there to it. You ain't even gotta tell your brain. I got my shit like in cues when you know you gotta click in it again, click on it. Well, you just get my phone click. No, it bitch gotta go in my brain, do that shit, but I just simultaneously feel like this unnature. Boop boop. Let me go look on Instagram. Man, fuck out of here, right? Yo get in here. Yeah, go post a video. What the fuck you looking at a video for? Go post something. You feel me? Like, nigga, that's how I look at any social media. You on that bitch, nigga, you better be posting something. Be selling some or something. You got nothing but time just to sit down and man, I ain't no way. No, why you a depressed? I don't I can't do social media all day. I'm telling you right now. I don't know what I'm type of nigga. Man, put your phone, nigga. My phone on my face. I don't even when I'm really just I'm not working no more, nigga. My phone, you don't even want my phone. Fuck is a phone here with me all day anyway. Don't nobody need to be with me all day, but God. This damn phone is talking to the devil. Like this bitch, I can't go nowhere without getting a call. Nope. Somebody finna call your ass. Each micro life sends a signal to your subconscious, right? My word isn't binding. Over time, this erodes baseline self-trust, making large goals feel impossible because you don't believe your own commitments. So this saying that your shit deteriorates once you stop believing in yourself. Like your own belief gone. You didn't you done self-destruct yourself because you don't believe in yourself. Yourself like, nigga, the fuck out of here. You finna stop smoking. You ain't finna go no job. Shit. I lie. I had to prove to myself the last week, nigga. What? No, nothing. Nothing. You don't get nothing. Nigga, like this is nothing to stop. Weed is not addictive, guys. Any chemical, I don't think no one think no drug but that shit that they be smoking when they gotta what they crack or something shit when they be doing all that. That shit is addictive. When you gotta go through a bunch of damn near coming out your body, damn near. You feel me? However, that shit go. I know, like I read this book about it's called what it is, Herbs and Stuff. But anyway, it's by Daphne Africa Olala. And basically it was saying, like, you and you, when people on the drugs and shit like that, and they crack or whatever it is, they just addicted to being sick. So they like they body just can't damn near take that shit when they, you know, stop taking it. I don't know. I think that's the only thing, real addiction. Them people have to go to rehab. But man, them liquor and stuff, man. You ain't no liquor alcoholic. Nigga. Stop it. Your ass just like drunking a lot too much, basically. And you don't want to stop. You dig? That's it. Smoking a cigarette ain't that damn addictive. You feel me? Like certain shit, that's why it's illegal. Because that shit is too damn addictive. But food, you nigga, you can stop eating. Food is addictive, but it ain't that addictive to you can't goddamn it can't. You're gonna start sticking and died when nigga, you stop eating too much. No, nigga, you can either eat and you done. That's it. Stop. You just want to go overboard. You dig? So it says, man, right here, to audit your goddamn priorities. Like, identify, like, write down your three main priorities. Deep focus, your physical, your health, your family. Like, write down this shit. Put it down on paper. Once you look at that, this is what you you know. How much time I spend with my family, I would say I want to be this type of person with my family. How much time I spend on my physical? I say I want to be this type of person with my physical. Shit, I want to say I wanna, I wanna handle this or I wanna grow into this. Or how much times do I sit down and read and and try to become a better person than doing this? You feel me? So you look at this shit, okay. This is really real. I don't care about nothing but going out. I don't care nothing but about goddamn it um sitting around, chilling shit. I don't trying to be healthy, fuck that. You feel me? Admit that shit to yourself so you can get over that, huh? See, I'm I'm ready for these health problems. Tell what you tell yourself, I'm ready, bitch. Fuck them. You feel me? Because you you know you being unhealthy, you know the health problem coming. Them bitches on the way, you bitch. Them joints finna lock up. Bitch, your stomach finna start hurting. Bitch, your head finna start thumping. It's on the way. Something finna go out of whack. Some business in your body finna say, I'm through. I ain't, I don't want no more. Some business finna say, I don't, I ain't with it. Cause guess what, nigga? That's what you done put us through. You've been stopping and clogging up every hole in this body, bitch. I look like a look like some broke a broke down van right now. So much shit on me hanging. You feel me? So much shit hitting the ground. Motherfucking chaotic muscles hitting the ground. I'm so goddamn big now. Ankles done disappeared. I got four necks now. Shit, you ask for this. Ain't no wrong with that. Ain't no wrong with being fat. That's cool. It's just a decision. That's what I feel like now. I used to have a problem with somebody that's fat and gave up. If you gave up, I don't mind you being fat, but don't be fat and complaining about it. Don't be fat and shame of it, bitch. We see you. Ain't no use to goddamn it running from it. You need to go ahead and make and make use of this fat. You feel me? Come here and give me a motherfucking hug, nigga. You feel me? Come here and give me a goddamn, don't be no uh crying and shit. Hell nah. I ain't we ain't with that. Mm-mm. I love you. This same like I love everybody else in this class, fat or skinny. We need to make sure that we love each other, no matter how motherfucker. Big of them, but that ain't got nothing to do with nothing. I love you. Period. You dig? So once you convert your energy to goddamn it, your, you know, just your intentions on what you gonna do every day. You gonna feel much better. Than sitting there, oh man. Shit. I like niggas, you that's the type of nigga you talk that don't talk around you. Like nigga ain't said nothing the whole time. Nigga, what he wants, nigga, don't you don't look like you want it. At all. Because you don't want you scared. Them my niggas all the time, them type of nigga that be scared to talk to you. Them type of weird niggas that be around you, then did some weird shit, but don't don't want to address it. Man, get your weird ass out of here, man. You stupid ass. Get get get get the fuck back. You gotta treat them like a pet. Get the fuck out of here, because they're wasting your time. You understand me? The next thing is, man, the hard time block. Any uh assigned specific hours, like if you got some shit to do, man, get you a hourly plan. This is real. This is good. Hourly plan, you can write that shit down. What time? And you know, what place? Period. You write that shit down, your brain, you more likely to do it. Trust me. I've been doing it for the last fucking seven months, eight months now. Shit works. The shit, like damn. I'm like, bruh. But then you get to the point where you ain't gotta write it down, your brain got on automatic mode. You feel me? It's like with anything you get to the your subconscious, you're gonna do it anyway. So, nigga, I still write it down though, just because I like to see the coloring and see that me, damn, I get better at doing it. You feel me? So convert these priorities into non-negotiable like on the counter, like nigga, I've got to do this. This must be done. You like then the next last one is man reload, relocol, re recolation. Review actual vet versus plans at the end of each week. Calculate the ratio blocked hours versus the executed hours. Ooh, I ain't did that, wasn't it? I'll be looking at my shit like that. I executed everything, but I ain't see what I how much time. Okay, I'm gonna yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna look check that out. Because niggas ain't a lot of time in a week if you're a grown person. You nearly look at time. You go, okay. I got a lot of list. I can shit. I need to make sure I do this. You dig just put this shit on the counter look, put that shit on the hourly plan on what time is because you know, okay, if I put the time, nigga, damn, I gotta you gotta think a little deeper now. Because now you gotta give a little bit more detail to yourself. You gotta give yourself the actual plan now. So it's gonna make shit like, damn. I know I gotta get me about 10 minutes, 20 minutes to get over there. Maybe by 430 I'll be able to fuck it. I'm gonna do it. Yeah. You feel me? Like, this is how a real person plan shit. So get up and start planning your shit, man. Stop aligning things with bullshit. Align, aligning intent and action doesn't require perfection. It requires totally clarity on actual score. When you crown the max is your commitment to self-trust follow automatically. Like you want automatically, like, nigga, that's why I love myself. Nigga be like, nigga, boy, you something wrong with your ass. Man, I don't give a damn. You feel me? Like, that's how you want people to say something wrong with you. You want people to feel like, okay, this nigga here, but I fuck with you. You feel me? Nigga's a good something wrong with you, nigga. Like, what's what's up? You feel me? When people feel like that about you, that's good. You mean you don't mind, you don't mind being uh the one that's you know a little different, a little odd. That's cool. You feel me? Everybody is odd. Everybody, really, if you look at it, because they different. No human is the same. No human is the goddamn the person that feeling like, no, this nigga he'll act like I ain't never seen no nigga that act like you. You a different type of nigga. You people that that's it should be everybody. Because we all uniquely made, man. I know these videos that went way overboard, man, man. But y'all stop playing all time, y'all stop playing a lot, man. I had a lot to say on this damn topic. And we're gonna get more on trueness and realness in the next video tomorrow. But today, man, y'all get the realness in your body. Like get that shit sinking in you, like let it soak in you. Like, let me go ahead and line this shit. Let me put this shit up and let me do something different. Like, cause I ain't been doing nothing different. I feel like I'm just getting better, floaty, like I don't see it. But I know it's growing because I feel it. You feel me? But I don't see it, y'all. I'm like, damn, gotta go till you see it or something. Nope, you gotta go till after you see it. I'm like, damn, God. I'm like, well shit, that's how it is, though. You gotta go till you can't go no more. That's why I'm like, fuck it. I'm running every day, God. Fuck it, I'm running. Alright, y'all. I'm out, but man, y'all stop playing all things. I'll stop playing the life. Subscribe, man. Let's get a little skill, man.
