In this episode, we’re diving deep into Physical & Environmental Authenticity—the idea that your immediate surroundings and daily physical habits are a direct reflection of your internal mental state. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or disconnected, the fix might not be in another mindset hack; it might be in stripping away the physical clutter and artificial noise that’s weighing you down.
We break down how to align your physical world with your core truth, building a baseline of focus, discipline, and clarity.
Yo, it's your man Rahin Rossia, y'all. We today, man, we think our minds live independently of the world that's on the outside of us. Like the world that's on the around us. You feel me? Because we look closely in our desert phone at the car at any of our surroundings, right? If it's just messy, if it's just not the way we need it to be, you feel me? Our physical habits are telling a whole lot of things. You dig you see somebody call all junky, all messy, it's because they life all messy. You did today. We're gonna get into the real psychological, not gonna say it's non-psychological, we're gonna say the real deal ways of how the script writer knows, man. You know I like about talking about being clean and clean is the closest thing you can be the godliness, right? So let's get into it, man. Let's get into it. Like, let's get in, let's grab this book right out because I'm on my mind. Genesis. I'm first starting reading Genesis, y'all. I done read this book, The Millionaire of Genesis. I think I got this from Country Wayne he referred to this one. But anyway, y'all, let's get into it. Um, but man, just knowing that your environment, it mirrors how you like. Nigga, I say, okay, well, it's kind of crazy because I do like shit. My brain be neat. I like shit neat, my brain neat. I'm I got if you know me, I got 80, 80, 80 out there, ass. I can't stop moving throughout the whole day. I'm I'm doing something. I know how to find something to do. I know how to do something. I know how to get up and go make something shake. If you might know how to get up and go get me some, give me some money young. You feel me? Like I just gotta get to the point where I know how to keep the money. No lie. If you got a problem with keeping your money young, let me know in the comments. If you're not thinking I be throwing my money away. Like I be throwing feet, I like I like throwing shit away, y'all. I don't know I don't keep no old food in the refrigerator. Everything in the refrigerator is eatable. You feel me? I don't keep no old clothes. All my clothes is wearable. It is like I think I need I don't keep no old money. That's my problem. I need to start keeping old money. That's my problem right there. But anyway, let's get into it, right? The detox phase. Why clearing out your physical spaces forces instant clarity? Like, hey says, we tell ourselves, right? Like that we we we should clean up, we should do this, we should do that, right? But most of the time, man, we don't start with the immediate surroundings, right? We want to start with some bullshit, some shit that we ain't got nothing to do with the screen. Everything in our physical space requires cognitive tacts. A messy desk 40 um browsers open or living pal are just like having shit everywhere. It just creates chaos. You dig like your brain, like creating, study, having shit undone, study shit to do. I done talked about this before, like having all them tabs open. What did it do to your brain? Like it don't make you the best man, it don't make you the right man because your brain is tired of being text. It's tired of having that feeling of god damn, bruh. I gotta do this before I even touch. Think about that. Let me get this out of the way. Like, I'm not one of them niggas you finna come in here. All my shit organized. You feel me? I used to think I'm gonna go blind when I was younger, so I used to make sure shit was the proper place. I already had to just close my eyes like a grab with the lights off. You feel me? Like, I put all this over here, all this over here. Everything is neat, everything is where I can grab and touch it and go, grab and go. You dig every if you if you're a neat person, you're a grab and go person. This shit was already set up right here. I put this right here. Like you a neat person, and this shit was over here or over there. Who move who move my shit? You feel me? Because you're not finna put it nowhere else. You dig people who are life is all over the place what they doing, never know what shit is, always losing shit, always goddamn having shit in the wrong, goddamn, and just just never just you can't call them and never depend on them to have nothing that you gave them. It's it's they lost it. You feel me? Because there's so much clutter in their brain, so much clutter in their life. You feel me? Like when you physically, like I talked about this last week, man. When you initiate a physical detox, bro, you literally stripping space down to your stencil to where you remove low friction. You dig like I don't got no friction, that's why I'm able to run every day. I ain't got no friction, that's why I'm able to sit here and record and make sure I post this shit every day on YouTube. Like, because I have no friction, you feel me? You aren't just organizing items, you are signaling to your mind that you are that clutter is no is no longer necessary. You feel me? Like, clear space is the man's present moment awareness. They are they force you to face your thoughts without the buffer to physical distraction. Like, nigga, I ain't got no children. Like, well, okay, you done cleaned up. What else is there to do? You feel me? What's gonna help you help the world? What is gonna help you serve other people? How can you get a settled day? How can you, you know, help somebody else today? You dig like it's always something that you can think about. It's like being poor. You dig you can't never really think about what you want to do because you're so poor. You feel me? It's like being in poverty, like you can't think about the person that you're trying to do because you're so poor, you're trying to keep up. You trying to survive, you're trying to make sure you got money or food for the next day and shit. Like, it's the same thing with your environment. So if even if you're poor, let me clean up this house. Like, let me make sure this shit's great. Like, let me make sure shit get 1010. Then I can, you know, move on to the next thing. You dig? Like, that's how we're looking at this shit, right? The next thing is, man, we're gonna go over the fit the um the physical pillar, right? The physical and it's non-verbal truth. Month is a physical routine, filling that glass of water. I mean, mindset advice often focus heavily on the intellect, generally, information or logic, but your body is where you actually live. Motivation is emotional, it fluctuates constantly based on your sleep, stress, and mood. Physical discipline is a non-verbal truth, right? When you struggle for a physical habit, whether it's um a morning walk, a cold shower, or a structured workout, regardless of how you feel, you align your physical state of mind with your intent. Your body doesn't care about your excuses. It responds to the movement and execution. When external noise tells you to procrastinate, physical action becomes your anchor back to reality. Right? The takeaway action attaches your focus to physical execution over mental resolution. When you are feel stuck or overloaded, your body, your you move your body in your first and you let your other thoughts come in, right? So it this is saying that goddamn it, um nigga, you know what's going on. Yeah, like once I done woke up, I did my like me in the morning. I'm finna go running immediately. If I'm not if I'm not busy, too busy with the kids, they didn't did something, I gotta I got behind on schedule. But I go running for drop them off. You feel me? Like go running, or right, I thought I'll drop them off. Like either way, but it's just like a routine, like that's in the routine. Like once you got that routine and you know it's it's gonna align. It really does align me. Like when I don't do some shit more, I gotta do this shit later on, brother. I'm thinking about running all day long now. I know I gotta run more what time of the day I'm running, but I'm running. Somebody finna give me some free time to myself. Let me go run the lab right quick. God damn, I need 10 minutes to myself. Like some days I really don't get 10 minutes to myself. I'm like, damn. Shit, but guess what? I get them. I'm gonna find them. It's somewhere in the day. You see, someday I can't get it 10 minutes to myself in the morning, but I'm gonna find them 10 that I can. Oh, I got it. I got 10 right here. 6 o'clock, 7 o'clock, you feel me? Like, I can go bust a block. Somebody finna give you free 10 minutes. Somebody finna give you something. You feel me? So let's clear that up. Let's go ahead. If we cleaned up and shit, we ain't got it. We got 10 minutes. You got 10 minutes to clean up, you got 10 minutes to go run. Where the fuck are you at? You can't go run from the house. We stay in the hood, nigga. I stay in the hood, y'all. I still go fucking run. I stay, goddamn it. Well, goddamn it. This is not what you want to stay at and be running, period. You dig, but I still go running. This is me. This is a man thing. This is not no, I don't survive, this is no female. Right? And the next last thing is, man, eliminate artificial attractions to recalibrate your focus. Like, let's just get a riddle of that phone. That's really the short-term meal. You feel me? Like, we talk about the digital over stimulation. Modern environments are engineered to hyper stimulate your dopamine pathways. Constant notification, short feed, short-form feed videos, and constant media streams that create artificial baselines of arousal. When your baselines is that high, ordinary reality feels boring and deep focus feels impossible. Like you can't never be happy because you're so used to seeing that weak ass dopamine on their phone or laughing, or seeing who business is there. Man, fuck social media. Fuck anything that's taking your attention away from you and not helping you. Like right now, I'm helping you. You feel me? Like I'm trying to my best to help. This is this is the best way I can help somebody. Like this is the most, this is how I feel. Like I I don't mind talking about, you know, this and that. We can go over this conversation, go over that conversation. I feel like I'm a goddamn therapist sometime. You dig, but I'm my own therapist. You feel me? If I feel like I got too many problems, I go talk to God, I go, uh I go give it to, you know, the man above. But I feel like everybody needs somebody to talk to, and I can talk to anybody or any crowd, I feel like. So I just like putting that on my mind. Just to keep on doing this so I get better and more comfortable. And finding out who I really am. Like that's it. I mean, everybody is a big ass pathway of seeing who you are and knowing what to do. If you come from where I come from, it's hard to see that because everybody around you just stunning. Everybody around you just acting like they got some money and acting like they where they want to need to be at. And where they need to be at, they know they ain't there, but they'll tell you that they there. And I'm like, what the fuck? So I came to learn that this is just life, though. This is the front that people want to put on. So that's why I was wanting to talk about nothing but realness this week. None but the real, real everything, real conditioning and work, real physical conditioning. Like, nigga, if you if this is what you really do, I feel it. You feel me? If this is what you really own, you know, I know it because nigga, look at look, look how this nigga Kai look. Damn, this nigga needs a motherfucker. You feel me? Look how I organized this nigga, you feel me? Look how much he in the studio. Look how much time he put into this. You feel me? Like, like it's just all a big old, you know, just seeing what what I say Monday, yesterday, like just aligning your intentions. Like, with your, you know, aligning your action with your intentions. Like, nigga, if I'm gonna say I'm gonna do it, I need to be somewhere in the day putting some type of work into it. So y'all understand the plan, man. Y'all start playing your time, y'all start playing your life, man. I'm loving these these videos right now this week. Cause I'm so, I'm so relaxed, I'm so calm. Um, I'm not I'm not as hyper as I'm, you know, when I'm talking, but I don't know if it's the mic low or what, but I hear myself fine. But it's just like I'm loving how I feel my mind calibrating basically. Like how I'm talking about calibrating my mind right now. I'm calibrating the physical environment, like eliminating distractions and shit. Just the more I talk about it, the more I live it, basically. Yeah, that's what it is, y'all. That's exactly what it is. I'm talking about it so much, and I've been talking myself into a lot of situations, y'all. A lot of them. But I ain't know the full scheme, but it's like, okay, you get old, you start knowing the full scheme, okay. I can be in this situation here, and they can't fuck with me. You feel me? Uh oh, I'm unstoppable in this situation. Like, that's how you know you want to be, you want to be freely able to do what you want to do, and what nobody able to, you know, tear down, basically. And what I feel like I'm building on, like, this is unterrible. Like, you can't take this from me. You can't make this, you can't take a mindset from a person. Like, all these videos, is y'all seeing me re-in the um reintroduce myself and make myself better each time. Because I know I'm getting better every time I feel it. You feel me? I know it. So just being real with yourself, like what you want to get better at, you get better at it, and don't worry about looking at the scale. Like, don't keep working out looking at the scale. Fuck the scale. Nigga, it just work. You feel me? Look at that bitch, you know, three, four weeks from now. You feel me? Just put it in the work first, though. Fuck the skill. Like, this is what I do. I don't think about the scale. Fuck the followers right now. Fuck the comments right now. You feel me? Like, you just gotta grind. Like, the followers, they're gonna love you genuinely. Like, this is a genuine platform. Like, people ain't on this bitch coming on, you know, just a lot of bot shit. You feel me? People really putting time into watching. Like, I really like watching YouTube. You feel me? I'm a fan of somebody, somebody a fan of me. You feel me? I like watching somebody's content, somebody like watching me. It started with one follower. I started with one follower. You feel me? I only got, you know, just it's just what they like doing. What you like doing, and you gotta like doing it, man. So don't don't give up on what you love, man. Y'all stop playing y'all time, y'all stop playing y'all like, man. They hear the videos trying any kind of way, man. Y'all like, y'all comment, y'all subscribe, man. Let's go, man.
