Connell Cuffie believes in the power of relationships. His company, Proceed 2 Lead, began as a dream to see healthier leaders in the workplace. He has served in leadership capacities for Jersey Mike's Subs, Chick-fil-A, Leitersburg Cinemas, and as a board member for a national foster care agency and the Maryland Symphony Orchestra. When Connell isn't teaching on leadership, you can find him digging in the dirt with his children or cheering on the Baltimore Ravens and Oklahoma Sooners.
