#61 Harwell Consulting - Adam Powell & Harvey Rivers

In this episode I'm joined by the boys from Harwell consulting , Adam Powell and Harvey Rivers. 

Two former professional football players turned recruiters, the lads launced Harwell as their own recruitment business 8 months ago and by all accounts have been absolutely flying ever since!

They are treating the business like their own baby and genuinely care about the people associated to it's success (other employees, clients, candidates etc) and I think that has been a huge factor why they hit the ground running so fast.

They also talk about loving what they do and having fun along the way. So important to any recruiter that they live and breath the job all while having a smile on their face as well.
