Don't Think. Breathe.
"Don't Think, Breathe." is a platform for myself and my guests to discuss ideas related to mastering our minds, healthily expressing ourselves, and forming a spiritual bond with ourselves and the world around us. You will mainly find discussions based around developing better mental health and in an effort to do that, we explore all sorts of modalities on this podcast such as meditation, exercise, psychedelic therapy & different mental frameworks such as ACA, IFS, and Gene Keys. Some of these modalities are based in scientific study and others are anecdotal and based in individual's subjective experience so, I always encourage people to do their own research as we are always learning.
Overall, I feel we are all capable of living fulfilling lives on our own terms and hope that this podcast can be a vessel for communicating that idea to the listener.

EP 25 | Face Your Loneliness | Advice for Facing "Negative" Emotions
Hey guys, so in this episode I talk about how I've been feeling somewhat depressed and lonely.. Typically when I am feeling lonely, my immediate impulse is to watch some TV, cook up some great food or go see a movie which I personally think at times can be very healthy and enjoyable for me. However, I have a tendency to isolate and find a little too much comfort in solitude.
So over these past few weeks I found a strategy that seems to work for me.. I've been going to Zilker Park recently here in ATX with my dog, Max. One of the first times I made the decision to do this, there was actually a lot of resistance. Seclusion felt right and I kind of craved it, but I knew intuitively I needed some spontaneous interaction. Unplanned, genuine and very relaxed. So I went to Zilker. I made a friend, watched my dog play and honestly felt refreshed and my mindset had been completely shifted.
This episode is just a bit of motivation and is proof that a little human interaction, fresh air, and spontaneity can shift your mindset for the better.
Thank you for taking the time to listen! Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to collaborate in any way. Also, always open to feedback on how to improve the podcast.
