Don't Think. Breathe.
"Don't Think, Breathe." is a platform for myself and my guests to discuss ideas related to mastering our minds, healthily expressing ourselves, and forming a spiritual bond with ourselves and the world around us. You will mainly find discussions based around developing better mental health and in an effort to do that, we explore all sorts of modalities on this podcast such as meditation, exercise, psychedelic therapy & different mental frameworks such as ACA, IFS, and Gene Keys. Some of these modalities are based in scientific study and others are anecdotal and based in individual's subjective experience so, I always encourage people to do their own research as we are always learning.
Overall, I feel we are all capable of living fulfilling lives on our own terms and hope that this podcast can be a vessel for communicating that idea to the listener.

EP 29 | Mitchell Hetrick | Project Wildfire & His Plans To Inspire The Youth To Live A Life On Fire!
In this episode, I am joined by Mitchell Hetrick!
Mitchell and I discuss his business Project Wildfire which is an event and media company based around influencing people to interact in a healthy, spontaneous and genuine way. Their goal is to build a bridge between popular culture and a life on fire.
I have had the pleasure of attending one of their events recently which involved food, games, genuine connection and music. It differed from many social outings that I see often in that there was no alcohol offered at the event and the individuals hosting the event are very passionate about creating a welcoming environment that is based upon respect, passion and connection.
In this episode, Mitchell discusses why he and his business partner Trey McBurney decided to start the business, upcoming events and what people can expect if they are curious and want to attend, as well as what their goals are and what the vision is for Project Wildfire.
