Erin Wessendorf-Wortman

Erin is also a shareholder with Ennis Britton Co. LPA. She assists clients with a variety of educational law issues, including labor and employment issues, student discipline, special education and 504 matters, public records, school resource officers, transgender student matters, and general school law practice. She is a member of the firm’s Special Education and Workers’ Compensation Practice Teams. Bringing in her theatre background and an ability to make law practical, Erin is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and at administrator and staff in-service trainings. She has been selected to the Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list since 2017. Most importantly, Erin enjoys the time spent with her husband and two children, finding new adventures from the theatre to the woods and everything in between.

Jeremy Neff

Jeremy is a shareholder with Ennis Britton Co. LPA. He counsels boards of education and administrators on many aspects of education law, including labor and employment, special education, board governance, student discipline, discrimination complaints, property valuation, and public records. Jeremy is a former high school teacher and coach. This experience, and being the son of a superintendent and special education teacher, informs his approach to school law. He is a regular presenter at state and national conferences. Outside of work, Jeremy volunteers with an addiction recovery running team and a community arts group. Jeremy is a devoted father of three girls with whom he enjoys exploring the arts, the outdoors, and their neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine.
