Rachel Gans-Boriskin

A storyteller, educator, and coach, Rachel has over 20 years experience teaching, researching, and writing in the field of communication. She uses the tools of narrative, storytelling, and Design Thinking, to help clients identify and implement creative solutions to complex challenges. Rachel employs empathy, humor, and charisma to facilitate engaging and dynamic workshops that leave clients with practical skills and actionable plans.

An award-winning educator, Rachel worked as a Professor of Practice at Simmons University, where she taught courses in storytelling, leadership, organizational communication, journalism, interpersonal communication, and group dynamics, among others. Rachel has degrees from Brandeis University, NYU, and the University of Pennsylvania.

When not working, Rachel can be found telling stories on stages in the Boston area or spending time with her family and their 2 cats, 2 dogs, & 8 chickens.

Sarah Patrick

Sarah is an innovative strategist with a background in project management, operations, program design, and event management. An outgoing, mission-driven professional, Sarah thrives when turning impactful ideas into tangible results.

Sarah has been solving complex problems and helping organizations design new systems throughout her career, boasting a range of experience managing teams in diverse settings and at all stages of the production arc - from ideation to implementation.

An active supporter of the Arts and passionate about DE&I work, Sarah sits on the board and DEI committee at The Advent School, the corporation at Community Music Center of Boston, and the advisory committee for the Berkshire International Film Festival. Sarah holds a B.A. from NYU and has trained as a Coach with Conscious Dying Institute. 

Sarah lives with her family in Boston, MA where they spend time cooking, hiking, and building LEGOs.
